Well, after my year off, I'm finally back in the game, so here it is folks... :praise:

Started Penis Enlargement on October 3, 2003

My current routine is:

Warmup (5 min)
Stretching- standard strecthes, DLD's A Stretch, Still's Manual Lig Stretch (25 min)
500-700 Jelqs- I prefer to stand (25-30min)
Hot Wrap (5 min)
Stretching with DLD's Blasters (10 min)
Kegels/R-Kegels until I'm good & fatigued (10-15 min)
Hot Wrap & Massage (5 min)

1 1/2 hours usually, 6 on 1 off (I stretch on day off)

(The new) as of 12-16-04 been back in the above routine for a few days.

My routine is about the same but I've added a few Uli's; I've always been happy with my girth so I was and still am more focused on length. I'm still scared to over-pull but prolly should start stretching alittle harder as it seems I'm stuck at 7'' flat. All the gains, I feel were noob gains and I should look into some intensity changes with stretching. All in all, my cock still seems small to me, but I'm not discouraged. My goals now are at least 8.5'' by 6''. Apparently I need a length exercise only but all gains are welcome of course.
My off day is Sunday, but I still stretch. I NEED LENGTH ADVICE PLEASE

My only advice is stick with what you are doing. You have already recaptured your previous losses and from the looks of your routine you will make gains beyond this.
 
Aight yall, Enough is enough, I'm joinin [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] as a lifetime member with my 1st paycheck on Feb. 9th (hopefully) & I've decided to scrap my routine and go with DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. I'm a little more advanced than this but I feel it's a solid routine; I will however add in some "A" Stretches, Tug O' War Stretches, Uli's and some Blasters. Regarding what I thought was 6" girth was not so >:( rather mild swelling due to my recent one year off and probably the string I was using to measure. My current girth is as it is in sig. 5.75" at least as my erections can sometimes be so hard it feels like I gonna split open; who knows I might be at 6" when I've got a superman erection. As I've said before I want to focus solely on length but with my Jelqing I'm sure girth will even out. Somehow I still feel like I'm not stretching hard enough because I never feel sore after a good stretch session. I feel that as soon as I step it up that I'm gonna do some serious damage and would rather keep the cock I have now than to have some limp fucking tard dick. I've inc. a "Heat as I go" type deal with a hotwater bottle to reheat/reloosen during my stretches; it might be just me but I feel it's better for me to stretch with a constant "warm-up" & with teh bottle I can hit specific target areas for a quick warm-up if needed. On a side note: I notice about .25" BPFSL increase after a nice long warm-up and stretch session which has me jumpin for joy cause I know that if I make a routine of it my body will recognize it and adapt :cool:
ADVICE PLEASE: I've also noticed that no matter how hard I try, I always end up "just wacking off" rather than finishing my routine. I have to watch/look at hot women/adult entertainment and it's just too damn tempting because I have to jerk alil to help maintain my 70-80% hard-on. ?:( I'm going to try not to from now on but shyt afterwards I gotta.

Vasoline is the perfect lube for Jelqing and the powder is to absorb any moisture on my hands to prevent slippage during stretching ;)

Just had a good workout, my shit felt thick as it ever has in my hands. Reportin damn near 7.5'' BPFSL in a seated position after workout, but standing up it barely hits 7'' BPFSL >:( WTF is up with that.. I'm still doing the newb routine with more variety of stretches. I guess any routine is better than none. My sleep schedule is so fucked up right now its sad. I'm alil depressed to, don't know why; prolly cause I've no friends since I quit smokin pot and I haven't had a GF in a fucking long ass time. My part-time photo job ended up being shit and I'm looking for new one and it sucks. I'm getting paid for a painting soon...when I finish it but all that money is going straight to fucking bills leaving me broke as shit which sucks. If I can't find another job soon...I'm prolly gonna join the Navy...they'll hire my ass. I hate still living at home..makes me feel like I'm still 16 (I'm 24) man I need to get a fucking life LMAO. I'll be back in school in May but I still got 2 years solid left or more. My goal is to graduate, move out and have a 8 x 6.5'' cock by the time I'm 27. which isn't so bad I guess. Sorry Im ramblin' on about shit but I'm bored and this is my thread. Been workin out everyday with Phase 1 now that I'm a member. I've added the A stretch in with my kegel work cause I like it and cant wait til the next phase lmao. I also do LAS and SWM's Manuals. Gonna measure again when I start Phase 2 in prolly a month. My shit is getting fatter I know, I can tell everytime I workout or get a hard on and its all rock hard girth, just feels wierd in my hands cause its bigger. The videos on the paysite have helped me tremedously and they own, I definately have a better idea of how to stretch with proper force after watchin that shit...seems I've been barely yankin for my past sessions. After my warmdown I've been wrappin for about 2.5-3 hours with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace Bandage[/words], adjusted every 15-20 minutes for circulation; been seein my flaccid size hang a bit lower and fatter...depending on how cold it is. I have used so much Vaseline and Baby Powder in my 4 years that I should be getting stock options from Johnson & Johnson:D
