Week 32 is over. The last 2 weeks i trained on 5-6 days. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. Since 10 weeks no further gains. Im thinking about changing my routine.
Week 36 is over. Since 14 weeks no further gains. The last weeks i dont really had a routine. I did no jelqing. Mostly i was stretching for 20 min.
Next week i want to stretch for 30 min again, i also want to do Penis Enlargement more constantly like i did before.
