6 weeks are over. On wednesday i changed my routine. 20 min stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I have trained on 7 days.
 
7 weeks are over. I only trained on 6 days this week. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing per day.
 
8 weeks are over. I did Penis Enlargement on 6 days this week. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I also incorporated a warm up in my routine. I used a warm wash cloth.
 
9 weeks are over. Last week i did Penis Enlargement on 5 days. I did 20 min stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I dont know may be i should start worrying about gains yet, since i didnt gain yet.
 
Im sorry, i didnt had time to write my routine for the last 4 weeks.
In week 11.11.-11.18. i did 20 min stretching and 10 min jelqing;5 days/week
In week 11.18.-11.25. i did 20 min stretching and 10 min jelqing;5 days/week
In week 11.25.-12.02. i did 20 min stretching and 10 min jelqing;5 days/week
In week 12.02.-12.09. i had no time for Penis Enlargement
This means that i do Penis Enlargement since 14 weeks, but only 13 weeks active.

One thing i forgot to tell. Since 11.04 my flaccid stretched lenght is 0.2 inches longer. The problem is that i didnt gained NBPenis EnlargementL.

I think i will downsize my goal. My goal is grow 0.4 inch NBPenis EnlargementL. Then my NBPenis EnlargementL will be 6.7 inches.
 
In the week 16-20 January i trained on 5 days. 20 weeks are over.
Last week 21-25 January i was on holiday, so i took of the training. 21 weeks are over.
 
Week 22 and weeks 23 are over. I trained on 6 days. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I also did 2X4 min kegel training with a cable clamp on.
During these two weeks i measured a 0,2 NBPenis EnlargementL gain. Im now 6.5 inches NBPenis EnlargementL.
I will try to realize my minimum goal of 6.7 NBPenis EnlargementL. I hope i will gain those 0,2 inches.
 
Week 24 is over. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing on 6 days last week. I also did 5 min of clamping with kegeling.

The result is 0.2 inch NBPenis EnlargementL.
I dont know what to say. I have a theory about Penis Enlargement but i dont want to talk about it yet because i havent finished Penis Enlargement yet, so im not sure if my theory is right.
All i can say for sure is the fact that you have to do atleast 20 min of Penis Enlargement on a daily basis (or 6 days per week). Everything less is not working. People who claim to gain form less than 20 min are liars in my view.
I would adwise every newbie to start the first week with 5 min of jelqing and 5 min of stretching. The second week he should do 10 min of stretching and 5 min of jelqing. In this two weeks the newbie should learn how his body is responding to the technics. In week 3 he should definitly do 20 min on a daily basis. Less is a waste of time in my opnion. You will never gain anything with less than 20 min.
This is all i can say for now.
 
Week 26 is over. Last week i trained on 6 days. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. Since 4 weeks no further gains.
 
Week 27 is over, last week i trained on 5 days. I got some issues with my skin. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. Since 5 weeks no further gains.
