Perhaps it was from the 1 month jelqing break i don't know.
This is the reason why i ask you DLD and some others, which is a good combining routine to my hanging.

In addition to HANGING I always push a manual stretch routine also. IIn the thread I linked to above you will find a very nice fulcrum stretch routine. As far as GIRTH goes; what are your goals? There are many different routines out there but I like to get an idea of what folks are doing and what kind of gains they have made before making any suggestions.

I'm not a native speaker so i need a lot more time to read and understand the threads in this forum.

You ask for my girth goal,i have no girth goal yet,because I'm only interested in length gains.
I read that much girth is not so good for length gains.If this is true, i don't know.
But i want to concentrate only on length now.

My girth is 5,1 inch erect.Is not much but its not bad.I can live with that.
When i reached my length goal, i will do a girth routine.
My goal in girth will be 5,5 inch,my dream will be 6 inch.
 
Hi guys,

i changed my routine.
Now i hang 3 hours total per day.I split the hanging in two sessions,1 in the morning and one in the afternoon.
I use 14 lbs now.

I hope my new routine will help me to gain.
 
Hi guys,I'm back from a long break.I have made some gains .

Now I'm 6,1 NBPenis EnlargementL, i gained 0,2inch during that break.
I want to start pe again.But i have a discoloration,i don't know if i should go on.
 
bro u gotta stick with it, ur a little more than a quarter inch away if u continue hanging n do some manual stretches im positive u can reach your goals in a month or so. u seem to be a hard gainer, but im sure if u continually add new things, ull eventually find the ones that work the best, u just gotta keep at it. im not a fast gainer, i feel discouraged sometimes. but ive seen a measurable difference and so have u, u know it works, just do it!

I hope i will get the other 0,2 inch.
 
Its me again.
I need some help.
I happy that im 6,3 inch NBPenis EnlargementL now.I measured it in a sitting position.When i was measuring in a standing position today,im was smaller.
Before this measurement, i was happy that im average in almost every size study now, except the size study of Durex, which says the average length is 6,4 inch.
As i said, i was very happy about it.Although about the fact, that in a lot of Internet forums, women say they are fine with a 16 cm(=6,3 inch)penis.
I felt good and was confident to reach my goal of 6,5 inch NBPenis EnlargementL and (perhaps) setting up my goals a little bit higher.
But now i do not know where I'm standing,hope you understand me.

I also started a threat in the major forum about how to measure.

Im doing pe again since 2 month. Im only doing 10 min of stretching.

I did no Penis Enlargement for 1 year. Before that i only stretched for 10 min per day.
Now i want to start Penis Enlargement again. My goal is to gain 2 cm. Then im done with Penis Enlargement.

I started Penis Enlargement on Monday. My routine is 10 min stretching. I will train 6 days per week.
Next week i will incorporate 10 min of jelqing so my routine will be 10 min stretching and 10 min jelqing.
 
So my first week of Penis Enlargement is over. I did the stretching for 7 days. I think i will do the same in the future.
Today i changed my routine. I add ten minutes of jelqing to my 10 min of stretching. I think i will do this regime for quite a while. Im watching out for incresed morning wood. If this is the case, i know for sure that im doing nothing wrong.
Guys, wish me luck that i will gain my 2 cm.
 
My second week of Penis Enlargement is over. I trained 7 days. I did 10 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I also did some kegels.

Next week i will do the same routine, but i will try to do kegels everyday.
 
My third week of Penis Enlargement is over. I trained on 7 days. My routine was 10 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing.
 
4 weeks of Penis Enlargement are over. I did 10 min of jelqing and 10 min of stretching. I have trained on 7 days.
 
Hey, im 2 days late, normally im posting each sunday. So here is the routine i did for the last week (till sunday october the 7 th).
From Monday- Thursday i was doing 10 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. On Friday i was only stretching for 10 min. On Saturday and Sunday i took 2 days off.
So far im doing Penis Enlargement for 5 weeks. Next week i will give an update on sunday like i normally do. Actually im thinking of changing my routine.
