I started a while ago and took about a six month lay off. I'm really doing a lot of girth work right now. Let me know what you think

Holy crap that thing's big! What's your girth routine like? How long is that!?!
 
I do a lot of clamping. The girth pic is while clamped. It sometimes reaches the 7.0 mark while clamped. Without the clamp it's just over 6.5. The length is right at 8.0. I would like to get to 8.5X7.25... I don't know if I'll be able to get there though. Length gains are almost nil for me!

Very impressive unit there, is 8.0 non-bone-pressed? Do you measure with a tape, you have quite a curve.....have you had Peyronies or some injury, it looks like it's a sideways curve? I think some have been successful at correcting that type of curve, if it's something you'd want to do. It looks longer than 8", you should be proud.

Wow o_o; What girth exercises have you done? I tried clamping.. no gains, along with those bends that involve squeezing at the base while partially erect(still no gains).
 
you made pretty good girth gains...i was wondering were your veins always that prominent or is that due to the clamping? how long did you do your exercises before you took a 6 month break? cuz i did the same thing...now i am doing my clamp sessions again and i started to notice my veins in the flaccid state too...i just don't want them to get out of control...thanks

I've always had a lot of veins. I am getting some new ones that are becoming more visible. I don't mind the viens and have had complements about them as well.

I just remember as a teen I would do a lot of constriction more from the fascination of how the glans would swell up... I was pretty much full grown by eighteen. I didn't know that I was above average until my friends girlfriend saw me in bike shorts with a mild erection. She told him that it was the biggest thing she's seen. I didn't give it much thought at the time though.

I would still like to get to 8.5-9.0 and 7.25-7.5 in girth. I'm wondering how long it's going to take.

As far as excercises I clamp for extended periods and cycle the blood flow. I try not to let it get numb or cold. I do some jelqing and manual stretching. I'm a little leary of additional length, since I've bottomed out with every woman I've been with. They have all been appreciative of the girth.

I'm really into putting on some mass and trying to get to around 190 pounds. I lost a lot of weight due to the divorce I'm going through. I'm currently at 180 pounds. When I moved out in January I was 157. Divorce Sucks! 15 years down the drain!

You and me seem pretty similer.
We both find it hard to gain with length...both have very similer stats, me being just alittle larger than you.
It looks great, I thought when I saw the first few pix before the tape that it was similer to my size...and its in the 7 inch girth zone, so I was correct.
Glad clamping [consticting] is working for you, keep at that and the girth will go higher and higher.

I will journal my routines and share what I believe works for me. I'm thinking about taking the approach that I do with body building. I think all tissue needs time to repair itself and I think I'm going to an every other day routine. I may work on length one day and then girth the next and take Sunday's off all together.
