Hey guys, my current starts are 6.2 BPEL and 4.7-4.8 MEG. I'm pretty average based on these numbers and I've always felt insecure about it. I came across PE last year and started half assing some jelqing and noticed an immediate difference, my dick felt fuller and I'd always give it up after a few weeks and then start again a few months later. I'm posting here now to help me stick to the routine.
I'm not too interested in gaining much length, I already bottom out in my girl. I'd like a solid 0.5" in girth though, maybe if I'm lucky to reach 5.5" EG and I'd be happy with any length gains I get from jelqing and other exercises. I'm currently just doing low intensity jelqing(100-200) and I've noticed my dick feels thicker in my hand but this is most likely due to EQ changes. I'd love some advice on an ideal routine for me but for now I'm just getting my penis used to the exercises.
Some more information about me, I'm 20 and an amateur olympic weightlifter. I train 8x a week. I'd like some insight if anyone has it into if this effects PE(negatively or positively).
Anyway, I'll be posting my progress here and hopefully keep on track this time. I'm looking forward to having a bigger penis!
