Hey guys, my current starts are 6.2 BPEL and 4.7-4.8 MEG. I'm pretty average based on these numbers and I've always felt insecure about it. I came across PE last year and started half assing some jelqing and noticed an immediate difference, my dick felt fuller and I'd always give it up after a few weeks and then start again a few months later. I'm posting here now to help me stick to the routine.

I'm not too interested in gaining much length, I already bottom out in my girl. I'd like a solid 0.5" in girth though, maybe if I'm lucky to reach 5.5" EG and I'd be happy with any length gains I get from jelqing and other exercises. I'm currently just doing low intensity jelqing(100-200) and I've noticed my dick feels thicker in my hand but this is most likely due to EQ changes. I'd love some advice on an ideal routine for me but for now I'm just getting my penis used to the exercises.

Some more information about me, I'm 20 and an amateur olympic weightlifter. I train 8x a week. I'd like some insight if anyone has it into if this effects PE(negatively or positively).

Anyway, I'll be posting my progress here and hopefully keep on track this time. I'm looking forward to having a bigger penis!

Hey man, thanks for the info. I've looked into the SSJs and gave them a try but I don't think my dick is ready for those yet. And I'm looking for just manual work for now too.

I think I'll start to add in the SSJs in a week or two and I'm going to up the number of jelqs this week.
 
I also do around sixty jelqs plus pumping each session , and find it really intense. Why don't you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] guy? I hope you didn't go to thunders where they told you bathmates are evil, and all they do is rob you of gains.
 
Nah, I'm just a poor student at the moment and don't have the money to get one just yet. I'll be looking into one soon though. I'm happy with the manual work in the meantime

I checked out your first routine and I'm going to start doing that one next week with some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s too. How often do you recommend doing these?
 
Did some dry jelqs and SSJs some more but ended up with red dots all over from those, might not be ready for it yet.

Will measure at the end of the week

Measured today and came in at 6.3 bpel and 4.9 girth. 0.1" increase on both already and it feels a lot thicker in my hand. Feeling really motivated to get it past 5 on the girth now!

Spend a couple weeks with the regular jelqs and then after that, if you feel ready, switch the jelqs with SlowSquashJelqs.

Thanks for the advice. I got used to them the past couple of sessions and had a great long session yesterday with them. I've been jelqing at lowish intensity for a month or so already so I started doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s at a low intensity too (5x30 seconds) and now I seem to be able to do them for a while.

Yesterday I did 10 minutes jelqing and around 30 mins of SSJs. My penis was so hard it was hard to compress even a little bit but I got some expansion. Measured today and the girth seems a much more solid 4.9-4.95. My lady seemed to enjoy it more too ;)

I can feel soreness down there today though so I think I'll lower the intensity today and do some more flaccid jelqing.
 
Instead of flaccid jelqs just rest from them a bit. When you feel stronger you can do mainly jelqs, and throw in a few [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] here and there. That's what I do, timing is important.

Thanks man. I ended up doing some bundle stretches to try them out, didn't feel much from them and then did 10 minutes of jelqing at 30-40% erection and massaged my penis a bit for recovery. I'll take your advice though next time it's feeling sore and probably just massage it to help it recover.

Bundled stretches are extremely valuable as a pre-workout to length and girth. You may not feel the intensity but it is breaking down the tunica, allowing for greater elongation and expansion. If you feel as though you can't get a strong enough pull with your hands then get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and you will certainly feel the intensity!

To target the base do lots of heavy downward stretching and Behind the Cheek stretching. Any kind of heavy downward stretching increases base girth very quickly.

Hopefully back on track tomorrow though. You really want to be at around the 90% erect point to get the best results with SLowSquashJelqs. Measuring advice? First take a good set of all measurements so you know exactly where you are. From there I would not measure until 3 months. I do suggest that you measure Bone-Pressed Flaccid-Stretched once a month as you will see gains here before anywhere else and it could really help with adjusting exercise. I would also measure erect girth after girth workouts to be sure you are seeing expansion.

Just do what you can when times get busy bro, that's life. Just try to keep your consistency high.

Unfortunately I've lost a bit of girth but I think I've gained another 0.1" of length. Bit annoying since I'm looking for girth gains. I was thinking I will just go back to basics for a few days and stick to the jelqing again before and after 10-20 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. Girth gains do not become permanent until the penis reaches a deformity of the Tunica that will hold this new girth. Girth enlargement takes very consistent work & gaining temporary expansion each session. Healing measures are also extremely helpful in making girth permanent. Thanks man. I read through it all properly. Since I'm mainly going for girth gains, I should get a cock ring then and keep it on when I can? Should I do the wrapping method also or is that mainly for length? I train in compression shorts for up to anywhere between 2-6 hours a day so I can see how this might effect my gains. Is there anything I can do during my training hours to help maintain my temporary gains that isnt just going commando?

I think my end goal would be 7x5.5, I was pushing at 5" girth just before and it has gone down to about 4.8. This is still an increase since when I started I was 4.7. It doesn't quite feel the same either, more stiff. Flaccid girth may also be down.

I'm going to be more consistent with it now, I spent the past week or two trying out different exercises and neglected the jelqing a bit, from now I will do 10 mins bundled stretches, then 5 mins jelqing, followed by 5 mins [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, 3 times. Unfortunately i need them or something else to keep everything in place otherwise my bits and a heavy bar might have an unfortunate meeting :D it happened a few times before... never again.

If I can get a cockring to wear during training to keep a bit of blood in it so it stays expanded I think that will be ideal. How long can you keep one on for safely or do I need to adjust it every half an hour or so?

I would stimulate and bring expansion back every couple of hours. Eventually the pump will start to fade, this is when you want to get in a quick set of girth work to get that pump back and put your cock ring back on. Repeat this through the whole day.

Thanks man I will do this. Fortunately my girth is coming back again I'm around 4.9" around the shaft again but still a bit thinner than it was. Length is 6.4" bpel. Can't complain about the results so far :D

Thats great news. I think these mini-sessions of expansion and ring use is going to help quite a bit with cementing new gains.

Had a great session today. Ended up doing erect jelqs since I couldn't stay below 80% erection. Didnt feel great expansion from this, it seemed and looked like my shaft was thinner whilst doing it. But now my girth feels thicker than before I got really good expansion after. Haven't got a cock ring so I'm just doing a few slow jelqs and squeezes just to keep the expansion up every half an hour or so.

I have always jelqed erect. The only exception would be [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] where I shoot for 90%. I gained most of my girth through erect jelqing.

My girth growth came really hard at first, even getting good expansion was tough man. But since following this principle it has changed the girth gain for me and made getting and keeping good expansion a completely different game.

Well first off, the 5x5x3 routine is mainly a girth workout opposed to length. If you main goal is length I would also include a length routine too. I am so happy you took to the new study and gained a good understanding of how much more effective PE can be when we truly understand why we are doing what we are doing. I know this will help all Brothers make greater gains. Keep up the good work my Brother!
 
Had some good sessions past few days. Seem to be getting a bit better expansion now. I've found before training best for girth work and then length work after. Really hoping to break past 5" girth in the next few weeks.

I was wondering though how can I increase the intensity of exercise from here? I was thinking after doing the 5x5x3 doing a third girth based exercise. Or do I not need to increase intensity?

I've also been reading more around the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and I don't think I'm getting the same expansion you guys are. I get good expansion during the exercise but it doesn't seem to last afterwards too much. Maybe only 0.05-0.1" of girth lasting whereas I've read you guys get up to 0.5". Then again I am doing this exercise everyday so it's hard to notice. Any tips on getting more expansion?

Not a great session today, good expansion but ended up with a bit of bruising near the base. I also have a pimple at the base too, probably an infected hair follicle from using a lot of lube. Going to look into some different lubes for jelqing because the one I have is no good.

Going to take it easy for a few days, probably just maintain with a 10 mins of bundled stretches and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s until the bruising dies down.
 
Alot of times if you're training everyday, and you take a day or two off you'll expand more because of resting. For one you have better EQ, and the tissues are more relaxed so they can stretch better. I never use lube bro but I heard olive oyl is great.
 
Make sure you clean up good afterwards. I always had a towel, body wash and a water bottle with me when doing my jelqs. Wait until you get all the extra skin and get a pimple mid shaft, that's a fun thing to explain to a check. Just listen to what your body tells you, push until your body gives in and let's you have the say in how far you stretch or expand. Rest is needed so don't ever feel bad about it.

Any ideas which or if this is a good idea or not?

You can always dry jelq. I do in between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions. I'm fine with girth until I get the length I want. You have supra slammers also and go through the list of exercises DLD gives in his new thread about making gains and using twists. I've read it twice and the amount of knowledge and exercises in there is crazy. Read it more than twice. You'll find something new each time. Don't get discouraged, you'll find the right exercises in no time. Just keep a positive mind set and you'll get gains just from the relaxed state of mind. Believe in yourself and what your doing. That's half the battle. If your upset, your dick will retract. It sounds weird but it's true. Ask DLD. Good luck bro.
 
Only bundled stretches today. The tunica(i think) feels very tough at the moment. Going to let it rest for a few days on the girth work and just do bundled stretches and the newbie stretches.

Yea if jelqs aren't working for you,ssj are your best bet .

Which other exercise should I use as well as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], I was doing the regular jelq but I want to switch to another dry exercise.

I was thinking maybe clamping first, and then SSJs, 5x5x3.

Yeah, I'm doing 5 minutes clamped and then 5 minutes [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] x3. I got the best expansion I've had so far. I'm going to experiment still. Next session I will probably try a different girth exercise to go with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words]. Maybe will clamp 3-4 times a week since it seems quite intense.
