My flaccid size varies considerably

I really just estimate my flaccid size, as I don't even know if there is really a way to accurately measure it. It seems as though flaccid size will vary depending on many factors. However, mine really seems to vary considerably. Many of you have heard me voice my disappointment in my flaccid size and at times I estimate it is not much more than one inch. However, at other times, it appears to be a healthy four inches or more. This has a huge effect on confidence. For example, if my penis feels short, I have a hard time standing next to another guy at the urinals. Not that he is likely to be paying much attention, but it's something that goes through my mind. If I'm at the four inches or so, I have all the confidence in the world.

Any thoughts on this? Do the rest of you tend to have a fairly consistent flaccid size, or does it vary tremendously? Is there anyone that was born with a small (flaccid) penis that has made substantial gains? If so, does the length vary less than it used to?

yea bro i know how u feel. my flacid size does vary a lot. i think that this has a lot to do with body temp. however i dont think that this is the only factor. anyone know any other factors????

Your level of arousal is also a factor that causes your flaccid size to vary a lot. I find that if I haven't jacked off for a couple of days my flaccid hang is easily 4.8 - 5'' BP, and on the other hand when I've been blowing my load a lot it might shrivel down to about 4''. This causes me a lot of frustration, so I try and avoid masturbating more than a couple of times per week to keep it at a decent size.

I also started out with a small flaccid size, especially girthwise (although I never measured my flaccid girth I can clearly see that it has increased tremendously). Lengthwise I was about 3.8'' or close to 4'' on a good day, so I'm moving in the right direction now, from being a grower to being a shower!

I can honestly say that there are many times when I notice my decent flaccid length and I've had no sexually related thoughts to cause any arousal. It must either be another environmental factor, or sexual thoughts I'm unaware of at the subconscious level.

And while it seems you guys experience the same phenomenon, believe me when I tell you I seemingly go from micropenis to decent. Very odd, in my opinion.

I measured my flacid penis last week and it was 18 cm (that's 7 inches I think). Sometimes, if it's cold or I am tired, I guess it goes down to about 15 cm...even smaller perhaps.

My point is, that the flacid size varies one hell of a lot so don't worry.

Thats a very large flaccid size. Mine can get that big but only at its max. Mone varies from about 3.5"-7".

What is your erect size?

I does seem to have some benefit in this area. I haven't noticed my size reaching the lows at had at times since I've been wearing the ring.

One of the most importation factors is DRINK LOTS OF WATER!
if you get dehydrated you will shrink. Fight or flight syndrome will
cause shrinkage also. Go to a stall and do a few stretches before

My erect size is between 8 and 9 inches - THAT varies too depending of God knows what (usually nearer 8 than 9).

My flacid size being as much as 7 inches, for some reason I still don't think it's big enough...just goes to show, doesn't it?

Drinking on rare occasion. No smoking. As for caffeine, I get a little bit when I get my diet sodas in restaurants, simply because most do not carry caffeine-free varieties. I live a pretty healthy life.

By far the biggest factor is heat for me. In the winter I sometimes get depressed because gains slow down big time. My dick is at it's smallest, which is about 4.5". In the summer, or when I'm in a well-heated room for long enough, I'm at full length, which is a little over 6" when 100% flaccid. All my best gains have been in the summer months.

This is still a pretty good gain - going from 2,8" to more than 5" - hang in there and you will see greater gains.

I think it all has to do with the type of penis you have :

If you have a blood penis , as in GROWER , you obviously totally depend on the blood , that is currently in your penis. When erect , the baloon fills up and grows alot larger.
