I have one more update to recall in this thread that I have not yet reported (sorry for lack of time at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] last year). A year ago (end of december), I went through and did the FUE hair transplant I mentioned some time ago. 1600 grafts at the top clinic in the Northern Europe. For those who do not know about FUE, it is a transplant of each single hair follicle, one at a time, done manually for each single graft. The results will be cemented after around 18 months, so still 6 months to go, starting to look good:) But I might have to do another one, since I had to stop Rogaine due to the transplant, and hence lost some more hair. Will post some before / so far pics here soon.

Goal for 2016
Six-pack abs (regain those abs and lose the damm fat:) I have gained last 6 months) 2 hours exercise per day, 6 times/week
Gain 3 cm in height (mainly through aeirial yoga and hanging)
Reach 6,5" mid-shaft girth

Fedora is back ! :)

Would'nt it be cool if we could trade height:) ? !!!!

Yes, 10 years down the road know, so great to see how much PE and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] has developed since the early days!

I have a feeling people always want something thwy dont have most of the time.
Like blonde girls wanting to be brunete, brunetes wanting to be blondes, people with green eyes wanting them blue, short people wanting to be taller.
Its human nature to feel the other thing might be better than what we have.

My prodigal son has come home! Kill the fat beast and bring out the best wine! So glad that you have come home my Brother! We have certainly missed you. I need to see your hair when finished, it sounds amazing. How much would this cost?

Thanks DLD! Feels great to be back!
I have frequently taken pics so will post the full before to after pics here soon!
Price was 90 00 SEK, which equals about 16 000 USD. However, this is in the higher price range for these proedures (and this is among the most expensive cities in the world - a cocktail at a bar costs about 20 USD....). I know that there are many available doctors abroad (with less reputation) that are cheaper.

Tried out Aerial yoga yesterday (aka anti-gravity yoga), this was a experience!!
Basicly, it is a square piece of fabric attached in the roof by two hooks/clamps, then you do variations of yoga using this fabric. The funny thing was that while we were hanging upside down (while having all blood in my head and a temporary headache..:) ), the instructor said : "Now you will be 2 cm taller", hang in there!" (Dont know if she was joking or not at the time..). All I can say is this type of yoga hurts a bit from the fabric (imaging rolling the fabric together and hanging with all your weight on it, feels like a sharp rope...), but the stretching potential is unbelievable!!

Have another session booked on sunday, hopefully I can perform more of the exercises correctly this time, and stretch more effective!

Cant wait to see the bfreo/after pics bro. Yoga is fantastic.

Yoga is really great! Fantastic complement to the stressful western world life.
Got a cold today, so unfortunately have to cancel the yoga session tomorrow... sucks..

Well I can not wait to see the new head of hair! What a great option for men who have hair issues. I would imagine Fedora that the best pricing for this would be in the Miami area. I know when I wanted to get dental implants in Massachusetts it was like $2000 a tooth! Way out of my price range but in Miami the same implants go for $200 a piece?!?! Amazing prices in Miami, most likely because there is a ton of competition. Anyway, I know this is something you wanted and now have so I am proud of you on many levels.

Hi warriors!
Been awhile since I posted in this section. For the last three years I have been working as a management consultant, often 60+ (sometimes around 90...) hours every week, but still managed to get in ~4 (short) gym sessions and 1-2 running sessions per week + girlfriend and cat:)
So work-life balance has been rather bad, but as I have been promoted a couple of times, income level is now at a much higher level than before:)
Now I am down to about 50-55 hrs/week work, which give me more possibilities to take the next steps in body manipulation.

Results of the hair transplant was good, but since I transplanted only 1600 g, I still look for a fuller results. So I have booked another transplant in late december this year to get to the level I would like.

PE has been on a maintenance level, so has height increase.

Been on vacation now in the summer and worked on getting my mindset right to take the next steps. Visualization, reading a lot of blogs about height increase, seeing girls reaction to big cock encounters (omegle, chaturbate), "writing quotes" in my mind to get that triggers needed to 1) manage to find the time 2) keeping focus, priority and energy level needed

I have found a really interesting topic called lsjl (lateral synovial joint loading) for leg lenght increase. This is rather new subject, so some warriors are still trying to find out how to get optimal settings (much like when I started PE back around 2004.. . critics and doctors say no, but warriors beat the odds underground and become strong communities). Still reading so have not yet started myself this method.

Now I am back at the jumping, cyckling with raised seat, stretching routine and hanging from a bar. Will eventually do swimming if I find a suitable pool nearby. Getting more fit and reduce fat level is another goal of mine. So I also do my normal gym (overbody) and runs. I expect about 2 hrs of body training in some way per day (excluding PE), 6 days a week.

PE-wise finally doing some girth work again (jelquing back to basics for the moment) and bringing back the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] into the game.

I will do new height measurements again when back from vacation in 2 weeks. Goal is still 5 ft 11 (180 cm) morning height. (Which equals about 178 cm (5 ft 10) evening height) So around 4 cm to my goal.

Now time for some exercise!

Well first I am overjoyed to have you back in the fold! Made me very happy. I know you knew I was working on weight loss and height increase (which I have already accomplished to a certain degree). I was 230 pounds when I came out of the hospital last year. Over the past 12 months I have gotten my weight to 180 pounds (my goal is 170). The weight I am loosing has been mostly fat as I am seeing most of my muscles again. Many know I fast every day (1 meal at night) and I have done this for the past 8 years. I could never understand why I did not lose weight. I was starting to think that the single meal was causing my metabolism to slow and that was the reason for the weight gain but it was not, it was something much more simple. Coffee! I was having 3-4 coffees a day at Starbucks. I took for granted I was taking in maybe 300-400 calories more a day but when I really looked it up those 4 coffees with syrups and cream was taking up almost all my calories for the day! I changed two things that changed everything. I started drinking my coffee with the smallest amount of low fat milk and I only drink one a day. The other thing I changed was I went from a mostly complex carb diet to a almost totally protein diet. This may have a lot to do with the muscles I retained. Today I feel so much better about myself. I am not perfect, nor am I looking for that, but it does feel good to look in the mirror and see my body look so much better!

I thank you and AIM for both supporting me through this. It was you guys that kept me pushing, even when it got very discouraging. I am happy you have returned for the accolades of your support! I love you my Brother!
