This stuff is the real deal. Going all in now. Today I biked with raised seat, a well-known exercise for leg lengthening. The seat must be raised to a uncomfortable level, which of course look kind of funny for the spectator... Biked 30 min in the area today, and got some strange stares I can tell you!! The jumping goes smooth, trying to increase the number to the Surma target of 200-300 each day (maximum power jumps). More around 100 for the moment but adding 10 more each day. Really feels I am stretching and manipulating body parts all day long, mixing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use with spine stretches, haning from the chin bar, and jumping. The body´s capability to adapt to the environment and forces are absolutely amazing. I totally agree with the MMA legend Frank Shamrock: "The body is the ultimate weapon".

Sounds awesome DLD! I also throw in that exercise you mentioned throughout the day when I get the chance, but hold it only for 10 sec. 1 hour is impressing stuff!!

I pop a movie on and stand there and watch it:) I must look like a freak but fuck it, I am getting taller and my posture is getting better every day now!

I am not so much concerned with height as I am posture. Maybe I will gain an inch in height, that would be awesome but no hopes.

Posture is really important. It send signals of confidence, honesty and power. My father use to say: "Enter the door like a king", a pretty good guiding light!

So true, so true!

Measured my height today, a 2mm gain in 2 weeks (morning length). It is however, a too small amount of gains to be able to confirm it. Now again back at 175,6 cm, gonna keep doing my multiple routine program, seems to be working nice.

Reached 175,8 cm on july 5. The day after I got a damm cold and temporary stopped all cardio work, but continued the stretching exercises and some light biking with raised seat. I am almost free from the cold now and plan to be back on track with the cardio and jumping exercises this weekend. Thinking about adding ankle weights to my routine but not totally ready to take that road yet... (risks involved). The jumping takes much energy (maximum power). My goal is to reach at least 200 jumps each day... but my record so far is 150, so need to work my way up the ladder some more.

Thanks a lot DLD!!!! I must admit... feels like my whole vacation consist of different body manipulating devices and exercises...:)

Ok, so I´m now starting to consider adding ankle weights to my routine. There are some interesting shinbone routines circulating height increase forums with some promising results. The idea is basicly to run, or jump as usual (without any weights), as this creates small microfractures in the bone structure (shinbone). By using ankle weights (legs hanging freely) immidieately the jumping or running, the bones are forced to heal in a extended state. However, there is still a debate wether the acutal height increase instead comes from stretching the knee cartilage, and not from the bones. What accounts for bone growth, is that gains from ankle weights seem to be entirely permanent. However risks are attached to this hanging technique if too heavy weights are used. I am thinking of going safe using 10 lbs on each leg, equivalent to approx. 4,5 kg. This is the minimum recommended weight (people at theese forums use som crazy weights....)

I start to see progress from cykling with raised seat. Today I noticed I no longer needed to stretch out my legs as before when cyckling with the current saddle height, so I need to raise the seat another cm tomorrow, a good sign of progress!!!

Just as in Penis Enlargement, consistency seems to be the key for success.

hey fed just wondering if you've ever heard of or used an inversion table with regards to HI?

Also, what technique do you use to hang from the chinup bar to ensure that you stretch your spine and are not just stretching your arms out of the shoulder joint?

can you post your favorite HI forums?

Hi there!!

Yes, I´ve heard of inversion tables for height increase. Seems like a solid device, I looked in to inversion tables before, but a bit afraid of all the blood pressure built up in the head, while hanging upside down.
The technique while hanging from a chinup bar is all about finding the correct relaxation. Imagine yourself hanging as a lifless rope(of course your hands are using force though!!), and relax your bpdy. I also find that I get into the proper relaxation after about 15 sec, so I think it is important to hang in as long sessions as possible. My hands usually get tired after 30 sec, but sometimes I can hang for up to 1 minute. Try to place the chinup bar as high as possible, so you can stretch your entire body without having to bend your knees. It takes some practice though, to find the proper technique.

The best HI forum I´ve found is http://www.growtallforum.com/index.php , a problem though at theese forums is that a lot of the users are young, and still grow naturally. But there are some solid guys there with great dedication and tips.

Here is the link to the 24 week program I am practising: http://grow-taller-secret.blogspot.com/2007/06/100-exercises-to-grow-first-week.html

Here is the link to the morning routine program I follow: (also great information about HI in general)

Measured myself today, and another 2mm in da house!!! Now measured morning length at 176,0 cm. However, I´ve been so dedicated the last 3 weeks that I hoped for some more height gains. I have not yet bought the ankle weights, but I am really tempted to do it!!

The hair loss fight takes a lot of my time as well. Recieved a dermaroller today, to increase the absorbtion of minoxidil, hope to get some regrowth in the temples over the next couple of months.

Congrats !! Now do you feel taller?

Thanks man!!!

Yes, but I think most of the feeling taller, actually comes from my better posture when approaching other people. Most individuals miss out on 1-4 cm while walking around, due to bad posture. I feel mu muscle strength in my lower back has increased a lot, which enables me to keep my spine straight and upright.
