if anyone should be into weightloosing and are having trouble with appetite during a diet, check out this drug called (concerta) for ADHD diagnosed people. it has slow release formula so u don't get so "on fire" on it. and it lasts throughout the day. (fuck ephedrine and stuff like that) this is the shit. (and for me, this is a safe drug, but i only advice you to read about it, not consume it without knowledge of certain "small" side-effects that may occur during cycle on concerta.

Thanks for the great comments! Since january this year, I have been exercising a lot in a local gym, about 4-5 days a week. Running 25 min, then 30 min weight lifting machines. This pic are from late february, so after about 2 months of exercising. Now I returned to the height increase focus, following the same 2 different routines as before, when I gained 1,5 cm. This time I am focusing even more on jumping, to release HGH. At the same time I am doing Penis Enlargement and fighting hair loss (been on rogaine since 2003, propecia since nov 2009). So basicly my life is stacked with body manipulating for the moment!!!! The goal is to increase 2 cm until end of August. Gonna measure tomorrow and update my height. WOW, so awesome fedora!! :) Would you know if it is possible to get shorter with exercises?? You are doing an amazzzing job! I was looking at some personal pictures of myself from a couple months back and I noticed I have made extreme differences in my body also. You're an inspiration to have along on here, Congratulations on your progress.

Well, that should be possible. However growth in bones can´t be undone, but the distance between bones in the body can be compressed or decompressed. It is actually what usually takes place when a person gets older (50+). So I guess it translates in to doing the reveresed exercises. I guess this area is a lot less "internet forum researched" than to get taller though....
 
where would you suggest someone should start when interested in Height Increase? Is there something like a 3 month [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]?
I felt that the forums I went through were either scams or full of 17 year olds who were proud they grew another 2 inches through their amazing routine...
 
Inspirational! I am working on height and spine correction now. I started last year but gave up because of personal issues. Started again last week and I can tell you, my back is always in pain from correcting my posture. I have to be aware of myself constantly, reminding myself to sit up, stand up straight, keep my head back, shoulders back, etc. I will include some dead-lifts soon too to strengthen my back. It is amazing when posture is correct, I am taller, my belly flattens and I don't look like I am ashamed of myself with the poor posture. Your thread has always been an inspiration for me to accomplish this.

Look out the links posted early in this thread. I use both programs simultaneously at least once a day. But just as with Penis Enlargement, start by reading and researching a lot about the areas to target before starting out. ALso buy a chin bar, and mount it in the doorframe, try to hang relaxed as much as possible throughout the day. Always aim higher!!

That´s great news DLD!!!!! Really inspiring that you trying out height increase, I am 100% sure that you will get amazing results in height increase and posture correction with your great dedication, heart and focus. DOn´t be afraid of the pain, it should be there, I also have a "stretched feeling" in my spine sometimes even painful, but you get used to the feeling and after some time it does not feel like pain, more like a elongated, healthy and slightly tickling feeling. The posture is extremly important! 50% of the belly of most men is actually spine curve and bad posture!

I really recommend a chin up bar to hang from, it´s the ultimate device for HI.

How does this spread out over the day for you? Are you doing this every day? How much time do you spend?

I will give that a try. I also do an exercise where I stand against the wall, heals, shoulders, butt and head touching. I will stand like that for about an hour, really helps. I have also noticed that people notice me now easier! Before when I was slumped over I must have looked depressed and ill. Now I am very cautious about my posture. I am going to stick to it this time. I will measure my height tonight to keep track.

Sounds awesome DLD! I also throw in that exercise you mentioned throughout the day when I get the chance, but hold it only for 10 sec. 1 hour is impressing stuff!!
