It´s back on!
Decided that it´s time to get back on the Height-increase horse again! Been dedicated for 3 weeks now, hands are sore from all the hanging... just as it should be!
Been doing the jumping exercises + spine stretch for the last 3 weeks, about 5 times a week + 5 min/day hanging on the chin bar.
I will measure wednesday morning to see my status, I probably have lost some of the height I gained before, my all time record is 176,2 cm, I´m guessing now I´m maybe 1cm shorter. If I could get to 178,5 in morning length and keep it there, that would be my ultimate goal (revised from 180cm)
I´m considering starting slowly with some leg exercises to increase length. Using light weights is considered safe, and safety is always key, just as in Penis Enlargement, The weights should be applied right after the jumping sessions, to take advantage of the microfractures that occurs during all the jumping. If I add this to y routine, I will go for 5-10 pounds on each ankle, just to play it real safe.
The last 5 months, I´ve been running for 4-6 times a week, about 25 min each time. Body is in good shape for the moment. Will post a pic soon.
It´s time to stretch that spine once again!
