Yes I´m till doing yoga/stretching of spine almost every single day. I also do as much hanging in a chin bar (door post) as possible. I haven´t measured my height in a long time now. Gonna do it soon!
 
Been doing less spine work lately, but I´m doing a lot of hanging in my chin bar, and throw in some stretches every now and then throughout the day. Took a measurement a week ago, and was still at 176,2 cm, so no new gains. But I have not been dedicated in HI lately. Penis Enlargement and career have been the focus. Gonna get back into more dedicated HI after the summer, aiming for 177,2 cm before next year. Then I will have a 1" HI gain in total.
 
i was wondering if there was any progress with this...it got to be difficult to try to do all things in one day..truly have to have a lot of time to touch on everything..right now..i'm working on pe and weight lifting..and looking for a job :-D

Yes, ittakes a lot of time to get all things done! I have to make a lot of sacrifices for the moment, like seeing friends 1 evening at the most each week, and almost no alcohol at all, and almost no partying. Since I´m also changing my career right now (from fashion designer, to finance and real estate), there are no room for other things than career, Penis Enlargement, and studying.
I also run for 30 min 2 days on/ 1 off now, to get my body in shape, and try to eat a bit healthier, goal is to fit in a thin 48 (US 38) suit soon. I took a body pic earlier today and I can see the results coming.
I´m gonna try to add HI soon, it takes at least 20 min each day, but I think I can put it in my schedule.
 
The running is giving results, 2 days on /1 off, about 30 min running each time. Here´s a pic I took yesterday, that shows where I am for the moment. Did the height exercises seriously again last night, gonna try to add it in my schedule. Aiming for 177,2 before the end of the year. I also try to get rid of the fat pad, that covers about 1,5cm of my el.
I get a lot of interests and pms with questions about HI, so I´m gonna try to keep this thread updated more than it have been lately.
 
It´s back on!
Decided that it´s time to get back on the Height-increase horse again! Been dedicated for 3 weeks now, hands are sore from all the hanging... just as it should be!
Been doing the jumping exercises + spine stretch for the last 3 weeks, about 5 times a week + 5 min/day hanging on the chin bar.
I will measure wednesday morning to see my status, I probably have lost some of the height I gained before, my all time record is 176,2 cm, I´m guessing now I´m maybe 1cm shorter. If I could get to 178,5 in morning length and keep it there, that would be my ultimate goal (revised from 180cm)
I´m considering starting slowly with some leg exercises to increase length. Using light weights is considered safe, and safety is always key, just as in Penis Enlargement, The weights should be applied right after the jumping sessions, to take advantage of the microfractures that occurs during all the jumping. If I add this to y routine, I will go for 5-10 pounds on each ankle, just to play it real safe.

The last 5 months, I´ve been running for 4-6 times a week, about 25 min each time. Body is in good shape for the moment. Will post a pic soon.

It´s time to stretch that spine once again!

The stretching continues... Height increase focus is good for the moment, stretching the routine morning 20 min + evening 20 min. During the day 30 min jogging while also incorporationg a lot of jumping.
Ret of the day when i get the chance, I hang on my chin bar until my hands bleed:)
I´ve made a lot of research lately and learned a lot about bone structure, distance between the discs in the spine.

When I was stretching in the park the other day, an old woman was talking a walk, she came up to me and said: "Young man, keep doing what you´re doing, I didn´t do that myself and got back problems, because the distance between my discs shrinked when I got older, I also got shorter because of that"

That is exactly how spine stretching works, the distance between the discs can move, either compress, keep it´s normal distance, or INCREASE. The body is a fantsastic thing!!!!
 
My spine feels stretched... but that´s just the way it should be! Been looking into some supplements (vitamin D, calcium and some other stuff), this is a true sport!

I agree... The active community here is by far the best anywhere on the internet. It's not all about penis size, but overall body improvement. I think this is where we thank you again for this amazing forum.

Body manipulation is making progress...! Been running 5-6 times/week for the last 6 months, and lost about 15 pounds since. Starting to see the ab structure again.. thought they had transformed into one round shape...:) but they are still there!

Your weight loss a couple of years ago was a huge inspiration for me, that showed an incredible focus and dedication. I know you can do it anytime again!!! You got ther heart of a lion DLD!
 
Hi guys!

Been having a cold for 2 weeks, but still kept the stretching exercises as planned + hanging fron chin bar. Stopped my running sessions though, but bow I´m back at it again. Haven´t measured for awhile now, will measure this weekend.
