The height increase work and focus is taking a lot of energy and time for the moment. The height increase is in lot of ways like length work for me in Penis Enlargement. You do the workout sessions, and then, in between workouts, try to put in as much extra exercises and stretches as possible.
This is a constant new voice inside me that tells me to retain the focus. I´m sarting to figure out ways to integrate this in my everyday life when I start working again.
Unfortunately I recently lost my job(in july), but this has given me a lot of time to focus on HI and Penis Enlargement.
The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work already takes a lot of dedication, and now I´ve added just as much new dedication need. It´s all mental, and I feel that I have th focus and heart that it takes.

My spine really feels worked out in a good way. It doesn´t hurt or anything, it feel like it i described to feel when doin theese programs. I fguess I´m right on track!
But my hands have hurt a lot directly after a hanging set. I just had to take a break from hanging today. Felt like it hurt inside the bones in the fingers from all the weight to hold my body up on the chin bar.

This is really putting my mentality to the test. Penis Enlargement was already tough mentally, now I´ve added just s much extra in HI (height increase).

It´s time go out jumping and stretching. It´s a constant journey.

I lost my job recently which of course is a bad thing, but instead it gives me time to do Penis Enlargement and HI at an extreme level.
There is no change right now that I can have a regular job for the moment. I´m gonna make my self an own business card instead with the proffession:
"body manipulator and device specialist" !

Fortunately my economic situation is pretty good for the moment.

i just got laid off not too long ago myself fedora...but instead of utilizing the time to pe...i sat around doing nothing...i just started to go back hard at it recently...hopefully i won't be out of work too much longer...but i need to take advantage of the time i have to really get in some good work outs.like you said keep stretching

Fedora, I believe that you're right and height can be increased via spine stretching. It's a fact that our spines compress over time due to the nature of gravity. I've always wanted to look into gravity boots, you strap on them and then hang upside down from a chin up bar. It allows your spine to decompress and possibly stretch over time.
 
Some basic info about spine stretching for height increase I found:

Height increase through stretching is possible because that the 24 upper bones in the spine don´t fuse. Only the 9 in the lower back does.
So that is a total of 33 bones, including the neck bones.
Basicly you stretch the distance between the 24 for elongation.
Spine stretching has for most persons a possibility to give a 2" height increase.

I am seeing some results in body shape, finally starting to see some muscles that have been "hidden" for some years now....

As for the spine lengthening... I'm sure it's possible to add an extra inch or so.. I'd guess it's akin to permentantly improving you posture. After all, your muscles and ligs hold your back in place - and they are all plyable to some extent. We all spend far too much time hunched over desks, so everything gets tight and compresses.. a bit of stretching is probably a good thing to help rectify that - you only get one back though, so don't overdo it..

Yes, I´m playing it safe, I´ve seen some intense dangerous stuff on the internet but I´m taking the safe and long road.
Yes, the spine compress if a person has a bad posture and sit bad. All people are about 1cm longer in the morning than in the evening because of the gravity decompression of 24 bones in the spine that don´t fuse. Old people often becomes shorter due to a compression of the spine. This can be prevented with exercises!
The 24 bones have a certain possibility to compress the distance between them and also a possibility to extend and decompress the distance. This is the area we use and target in the height increase stretching.

Hi guys,

body manipulating has been great the last month. Measured today at 176,0cm(!). A gain last month of 4mm which I´m really happy with.
I have had a constant stretched fatiqued feeling in my back the last month, it has been a constant stretching no matter what, always a inner voice telling me to hang in my chin bar or reach higher and higher. It has paid off!!!

Congrats on the new Fedora, Fedora!! Have you thought of adding swimming to your body stretching routine? It would take some of the stress off your back and it's absolute dynamite for stretching your spine. I have lost virtually no body height and I'm going on 70. That's from all the years of lap swimming---especially useful is the back stroke. It stretches your entire body out and you leave the pool ready to "take on the world."

That is a great tips goingfor! Swimming is actually mentioned as one of the best complementary activities to my program.
If I add swimming also, I will have no time for even thinking about getting a job, then I´m a full time body manipulator! Gotta get me a new business card...
 
Hi guys!

Excuse me for bot being very active lately on this forum. I´ve been having a lot to do, moving to a new apartment and seeing a girl. I have kept doing exercises almost everyday but not as dedicated, and not much time being at home so I could hang in my chin bar. I made a measurement yesterday and was still at 176,2 cm in the morning, so no new gains, but no loss of gains either. After everything is in order in my new apartment I´m gonna get back to some serius height work.
