I actually before i stopped doing PE for a while went on doing PE every single day to make some gains along with adding exercises. It worked. No rest days= best.

I don't know if no rest is best, you HAVE to get some rest or you are asking for an injury in my opinion. It just can't be half the month at once. Some guys are doing 1 day on 1 day off and making crazy gains. I do 3 on 1 off myself and I think my gains speak for themselves in that regard.

I built up from 1 day on 1 day off and increased the days. I increased all the way to doing it every day. Think about it like this, small muscles and areas of such like the penis are healed very quickly because of the surface area. Your body works really quickly believe it or not. I've had gotten results from going on every day, DLD can testify. You rest every hour you don't do PE. Also know I did 1 hour of PE every day. So my penis rested 23 hours. That's quiet enough, It's not like working out the rest of your body like legs or chest which require at least 2 days to rest.
