hello brothers! sorry i didn't post anything for a while coz i am visiting a third world country and couldn't even get a internet connection but today FINNALY I GO IT. today is the 27th day since i started my routine and the results seem pretty impressive but i didn't measure yet. i will only measure after the 30th day. but the changes i saw till now is pretty impressive. i will keep you guys updated)

hello brothers! 30 days already finished and i measured today. i am a little dissapointed coz i didn't reach my goal. after waking up in the morning, i measured and the results are as follows:
non-bone pressed flaccid stretched length gain: +1.25''
non-bone pressed erect length gain: +0.5''(with curve)
non-bone pressed flaccid length: +0.25''
i don't know why there is a huge difference between nbpfsl and nbpel((( i think i gained more el but due to smoking 3 packs of ciggerettes due to stress these days , my eq got fucked up((( the girl is coming to visit me in this 3rd world country where i am now due to bussiness and i am so dipressed that i didn't reach that goal. what could i have done more to gain 1'' in 1 month, i don't no(((

No need to be dissapointed my brother , you gained 0.5 erect length in 1 months..that's amazing....1 inch in 1 months is not a realistic goal...it's too much imo..maybe some gained 1 inch in a short period of time but that's the best case scenario.That's why i always advise people to set small goal....so they won't be dissapointed when they will measure in the future... Keep it up man,work as hard as you did in this month , and next month you will get to your 1" goal.

I don't know why you feel bad, PE was never supposed to be instant gratification. .5 inch in one month is insane get your EQ back and try to cement it!

next mont you will get the other0.5 n you will get the whole inch..i do understand how are you feeling anxiety is a terrible enemy along whit deppression.but one month is basically nothing specially if you are going to gain an inch ....

Something awesome about this is the disparity in size between your stretched length and erect length is the first indicator that the erect length gains are on their way. All my gains have happened that way, where I first saw a change in stretched length and kept working, saw a change in flacid length, kept working and it became erect length. This is usually about a 3 week process from when I see significant change in my BPSFL to get it to show in BPEL.
I know DLD is working on writing some stuff up about this process too, but just thought I would share to encourage you to stay consistent brother. You are really close to turning the stretched length gain into usable Erect Length to show that girl of yours what's up! Don't stop!!!!
