I took Wednesday off I just got to busy with sick kids and a rough day at work.

Thursday

I was able to do much but did get in basic stretching and some dld blasters then into the PF for 4 hours or so. For the rest of the day I took of the PE. In the evening I did some BM work. 5×5×3 with ssj's and c-ring for 1 hour post routine.
 
Sunday

BM 5×5×3 with 1 minutes SSJ
C ring 30 minutes
(Wife mentioned how my EQ is shit every time I pump and we have sex)

Monday
Using malehanger today
Hanging 5lbs SD for 10 minutes
Hanging 7lbs SD for 10 minutes
Hanging 7lbs upward 10 minutes
Hanging 7lbs plus random weight SD 7 minutes

Man using the malehanger I felt more of a stretch in the shaft, ligs and inner was sore a bit into the day. I think I'll work on getting some sleeves and thermaband and continue using this a while.

Is your wife saying that your EQ is not up to par when you pump?
 
Yes after pumping my EQ sucks. I try and try and kegel and get hard enough to cum but it feels like I'm 75% hard and or there is a shit ton of "extra skin".
 
sounds like the 'extra skin' is fluid-retention...I've been experimenting with what I call 'compression-pumping' with my MV and the FR is virtually non-existent (even after 20 minutes at 15hg!!). The trick for me was to size the cylinder as close to my MSEG and therefore reducing the space in which FR could amass

I lost my job so life has been rough for the family.. I'm drained and depressed. I had an interview I'm trying to stay positive about.

A setback is a setup for a comeback...What are books or courses you can take to grow through this process?
