Don't look at masturbating as something you didn't do regularly, this may sound weird but ejaculating is what you don't want to do often. It literally drains your body out, if you ejaculate a lot you won't notice it at all because you're used to it. I disagree. Maybe this is true for masturbation to some degree and probably sex too when you´re not used to it. But I believe that sex when done frequently will raise your libido and give you more energy. If you show your body that it can have as much sex as it wants then it will also want more. After having sex twice or even three times a day I notice more frequent erections and I get horny easier the next day. I think having sex once a day or every other day is perfect and will give you more energy.

Lol, when I hit puberty I used to masturbate 7-10 times a DAY... everyday and I mean everyday.

Depends on which direction you are going. I like to finish my girth with masturbation and get length work in there but I am not actively gaining, only maintaining. Okay that's pretty much what I have been doing. The only difference is that I do semi-erect Jelqs instead of SSJs, because of my EQ. I usually do erect bundled before I start girth in the AM.
And then later on in the day I also use a cock-ring while edging for at least 60 minutes and this just gives amazing expansion and then I let myself ejaculate do warm-up with a warm/hot washcloth for 5min.

Yes I did too.
That was one reason why I at least kept edging afer I stopped PE, but unfortunately I didn't gain any real length and lost some non cemented girth.
