Length of that much could take as little as a month.
 
well i had this quick measurement today and im like 7.2 or something BPEL well adding a bit more is not a bad thing at all. NBPEL is the damn goal now

Posted this elsewhere. Its great cause you build to a threshold...

50-100 2 second kegals, 1 second relax
25-50 5 second kegals, 2 second relax
10-25 15 second kegals, 5 second relax
1-10 60 second kegals, 60 second relax

There also a slow 5 second kegal, 5 second release slow to FEEL them more.
