well i'm going on a one day on one day off routine to rest out this rest thing and gains i have started this month but have not got a full month in. so jan. 1 2005 will be the first test month
just wanted to write some thoughts down. i have'nt really made gains as of late but i know my eating habits have held me back. i have to much fat on my body i have 1 and a .25 fat pad that is really holding me back. i weigh 224 and i am 5 '9 inches tall so i'm pretty heavy i do like to work out and lift heavy though like power lifting. so it's not all fat but i would say 20% is. i still do my routine pe wise and know it's working i just have to lose some fat pad. my plan is Jan. 1 2005 to start i diet to lose fat and gain muscle.
