Day 1 - 15minutes of jelqing
Seeing as I haven't done much jelqing before I'm starting off slow.
Will work up the minutes as the days go by.

Jelqs are the great granddaddy pe move. The original. Old Arabs or Africans came up with it? African tribes handed it down and supposedly still teach it today. Old [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Mos[/words] threads when I first joined in 07 talked about that.

So, great place to start. All newbie routines start with jelqs. I mean its free and takes no time at all. The busiest guy could fit in a couple minutes every bathroom break and add up to gains in both length and girth.

Your dickskin will need to get used to being manipulated., inner structures too. You'll have to find that sweetspot where you're erect enough but not Too full, and not too sensitive to the stimulation. This is only found thru personal experience in time.

Meanwhile keep reading those routines. Measure, then Go a good month before adding anything. Of course learn as you go. If something just not working right somehow adjust.

Day 2 - 18min of jelqing. Building my way up. It kinda hurts my skin and kinda pulling on my hairs aswell that run at my lower shaft so I might need a shave lol :).
 
Day 3 - 20mins of jelqing today. Is there any other way to warmup besides a shower, wash cloth (coz it gets cold quick), heat pad, or rice sock?

Good idéa thagawd. I'd like to try this too, going back to just doing the basics. I've kind of totally lost my faith in Penis Enlargement due to no permanent results what so ever after Penis Enlargementing for a long time. I'd love to gain my faith back. Inspiring log!

How do you find this sweetspot or how do you know you're doing it right? I mean, if you need to get the inner structures and dickskin used to being manipulated, how do you know you're pulling and gripping/clamping with the right force?

1st) hold the phone on wife. The governor called with a stay of execution... might be some more lovelife left to report...
2) when I was first starting in Sept first week or two was painful. Skin getting sore... then I got baby powder and heating pad. Ahh comfort.

So as my skin and ligs etc got used to pulling etc of Penis Enlargement I moved from pain into, able to pull harder and harder. Impossible to tell you in pounds or anything. Just keep doing harder day by day until its a major arms workout? I'd get hand camps or arm muscle pulls sometimes... that's hard as I can go. Especially if you're going to do expressive stretches, you're gonna need to really pull hard. Go read Dlds threads about basic stretches routines and you'll see him talk about building arm muscles from intense pulling over time. Yep.

If you can feel anything like a light burn after a hard 1/2 hour + session that's hitting it hard with the right moves. That's as much a part of it as how strongly to pull. Pulling into the right moves, all angles, just basic stretches with no bells and whistles is all I did, no funky twists or wrist A-stretches, just angles and rotaries. Read my first thread with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] about it.

Were talking jelqs though which is kind of an art, balancing stimulation... thats really what i was referring to above. most guys do it semi erect. Like 80%. That's tricky to maintain just so. If i get overstimulsted I can easily become masterbating... thats okay, now I'm ballooning and edging, NP that's fine too. Myself I do more of that, and SSJs now... kinda skipped over regular jelqs... but that's because I was going for length only until recently.

Jelqs are worth it if you're new and doing only manual work. But you will have to find that artful balance with your dick in your hands with just enough stimulation... its what I meant.
I can't tell you that, I can't give you my experience and train your hands and dick and brain... no one can. You have to gain your own experience of these things thru your own practice and perserverance . Its worth it.

Day 4 - 22mins of jelqing. I just feel like I'm going to gain on this routine (especially coz I'm a newbie). I'm noticing positive changes already, like fuller and more flaccid hang.

Before there was the wheel there was Jelqing, and men have been using it ever since to increase the size of their member. Dld in his "first" or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], and elsewhere, says he did basic stretches throughout the day during regular bathroom breaks. Can you do jelqs this way/? Take a break every few hours to do 5 Mins jelqs. This could add way up fast. Still do a major session to start the day off right or cap the nite, or both? More is better to a point.

I've had some good basic stretch sessions where I went an hour back in my 1st inch run. If you're feeling the flow, go with the flow.

Hey thagawd. I read I think in Supras slammers thread(?) brothers advising, for girth manual routines... the first 20 minutes is the warmup. Then you've got everything pliable and expanded... and Then everything over/after 20 minutes will help you see gains in girth. So a big session either AM or pm or both is a good idea, yes. Plus if you fit in mini sets thru the day to repump up the expansion into your cockring, can help cement that expanded state of CC today...

I can speak a bit from prior experience a couple of years back with jelqing. The thing about jelqing, and really any form of girth work, is that your goal should generally be to get as much expansion as you possibly can. That means the bigger and thicker your cock gets in any particular session, the more results you will eventually see.

Now the longer a session is (obviously within reason and more importantly with as much intensity as is SAFE) the more expansion you will see. Intensity of jelqing is key here (that doesn't mean squeeze so hard that you hurt yourself) combined with time.

Think of it like this, when you start a jelqing session, how much expansion do you get? Now compare that to after 10 minutes of a great session, and that to 20 minutes. Basically if you can keep your erection level consistent with the level that works best for you, you should be seeing your penis get slightly thicker through the session. So if you expand that session out a bit, it can benefit you.

Ok thx man :). Yeh I was going to stay at 30mins when I reach it. Today is my day off today, my skins quite tender at the base of my penis. Is it meant to be like that?

Sometimes things like that happen. I would say overall with Penis Enlargement there is going to be slight discomfort and skin issues a lot, the key is to think about it personally. If you are experiencing any kind of pain (don't confuse irritation with pain), then you need to quickly stop whatever you are doing and think about what the issue is. Pain is never a good thing and you should always be cautious before doing something like Penis Enlargement.

With that being said, slight discomfort is going to happen and you have got to work through it in order to achieve gains. Take some time and see what sort of issue you are having, and if it anything that could possibly lead to permament damage stop, let it heal, and switch up your routine.

It took me about 50mins, kept losing grip (so annoying). Sorry about breaking the jelqing only guys but I wanted to do it and thought I need some stretching in my routine. I did do the 300jelqs at the end of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words].
Also did 45mins of edging.
Am I suppose to ejaculate at the end? When I'm winding down to stop? :)

If you're going after length only, you can ejac early on as part of warmup.. it is considered to "ruin" girth work. So do your jelqs and edging, ballooning whatnot to expand those CC and tunica tissues, then ejaculate to really release the PC muscles and get them out of the equation... then do your basic stretches. Then [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJS[/words] to heal extended.

If you are doing girth, don't ejac right after or during routine.

Day 9 - did DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but only 2 sets of it not 3. But, I did do 500jelqs instead of 300.
When you guys are stretching, especially up or rotary stretches, do you realise all the skin is up near your head, like squished up at the top, it just feels like I'm stretching my skin than the actual penis. Please help, do you feel this? (If your uncut) :)

Need to work on your grip for basic stretching. No okay grip. More fingertips curled inside. . Don't pull the skin up seperately from the inner structures.

Grip "through" the skin to grab onto the inner parts. Tighten grip, use fingers curled in to grip the cc's and whatnot. Imagine those balloon like parts inside and grip them, not okay grip getting just skin.

Use baby powder during stretching to help sooth skin for the rough handling of basic stretches.
Use hydrocortisone after all done to heal and sooth the skin.

Btw guys when I wake up I normally have a raging boner (morning wood, 90-100% hard). But ever since I started Penis Enlargement it's only like 50-65% hard when I wake up. Is it because my penis is trying to heal from the workouts or what? Please help, thx guys

Yeah pretty common to have the side effect from Penis Enlargement of varied erections from rest periods... some guys respond the other way too, with raging wood they didn't have before.

When I started I had better erections, especially using RoP. Could have also been helped by my suppliments free with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words]. I just cant afford $50+ supps monthly. Anyway, using PT now my detections aren't the same old Sequoia unless well stimulated. I will report in when I have some fun with wife to try things out ... I'm not worried tho.

I only get bloodspots if I do stretching, never on the days when I only do jelqing. Is this good or bad? Thx.
 
I get them atimes. They come and go. Indicates putting a little too much forced bloodpressure into the glans. So add a bit more massage and blood-pumping in between individual moves. Imagine forcing a bit of bloodflow through the glans.

I squeeze the glans tight getting all the blood out. It turns ghastly white. Then kegel and jelq a bit of blood into it it colors right up. Little massage rub, back to stretch grip. 5 seconds total elapsed. NP.

Just realized, also make sure for stretches your not just doing a tighter version of okay grip. Okay is for jelqs. Curl your fingers into the tunica inside structures... should be getting some bloodflow during stretches.
 
Once a grip is created that works for you, stretching will never become an issue again. There are different ways to increase grip other than gripping tighter. Some men find using a wrap around the area they will be gripping to be more comfortable. Other men will use gloves of some sort, leather, rubber, latex, etc. these all help with comfort of grip and better intensity because of it. A cushioned wrap can be created too by wrapping with some soft cotton below the wrap (ACE Bandage). Good old fashion baby powder has always been my favorite way to grip.
 
Day 19 - stretching for 8-10mins,
then 800 jelqs over 25mins. I would kegel during a jelq did a couple hundred of them it was awesome. Had a bigger expansion from it. Is there any danger doing kegels while your actual in a middle of a jelq?
