Got almost no fluid retention after Pumping, I think the stretching and hanging did so that I expanded tissue with blood instead of water 🤩

20min bundled stretching, bundled fulcrum, bundled dld blasters.

Good soreness after earlier session.
 
Fasting is awesome.
you still fast? theres like a growth hormone increase if u do, and technically responsible for increase in tissues and bones in a way, bones is not science approved tho, suposedly once u reach maturity it blocks naturally increase, but i seen armwrstlers and heavy workers as you get bigger wrists for example, wrists is bassically bones and tissue so based on that i say its possible grow, and pe is a fine example of tissue creation by damaging it. althougth heigh increase based on that is a bit hard, maybe in future when people start using more stem cells, steam cells is other thing that might be a game changer to PE. but yeah fasting is also convenient, and gives digestive system a recovery break mode, not for all tho, sum have a need do eat regularly due to heath issues

I still fast but only occasionally. Often I do intermittent fasting a couple of times per week and prolonged fasts a couple of times a year.

I know about the bone and tissue growth from manual labor and training. I do practice arm wrestling and heavy manual labor as of work. 😅
 
Got in a short morning session today, around 10-15min of bundled stretching and some fulcrum and did blasters.

It is si cold here right now. Had -27°C/-16.6°F in the morning 😅 hard to keep the flaccid elongated when outdoors.
