Yesterday was 8 hours of manual labor work at the workplace, 2 hours of snowplowing around the house and 2hours cutting brush and smaller trees with a chainsaw walking around the yard in 60-80cm of snow, so was also pretty beat up 😅

Tried wrapping after session. Still working on getting a good comfy wrap.

7min warm-down stretching over ricesock

Good stretch, been very physically active today cutting down trees and plowing snow, but have had warm clothes so not too much turteling.
