My skin generally don't respond well to any cortisone
I am putting on a mixture of different oils for now that keep it hydrated and smooth. I've been looking at the mosred but it is very pricey for me

I understand. But have you tried diffrent brands? It's important it's hydrocortisone 1%.

Strong grip and a good ridge under the glans
I always wash with soap before stretching so there are no skin oils residue, always massage in oil after stretching is done
