Anyway, I thought I was 5 inches in erect length before Penis Enlargement but I know I was about 4.5 to 4.75 in length for sure. I was definintely 4 inches in girth as well. I still have the string I measured it with initially.

A bit over 20 months later I'm 6.75 BPenis EnlargementL and 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL and 5 inches MS and just under 5.5 inches base girth.
 
I changed up on my workout. Im going to work length, since its harder to gain. When I started in late May on this site I was a basket case...self-employed w/all of those problems, seriously hooked on viagra and hadn't woke up naturally with an erection in several months...I couldn't even remember when.

So I started hanging an hour to two hours a day, sometimes shorter/longer depending on time. Then I stopped due to a change of employment and have been doing nothing more than a "token" manual stretch routine and hardly anything else. Translation for token: just going thru the motions with zero enthusiasm and no solid goals.

As of November 20th here's my routine. I needed a routine that was relatively quick/efficient AND obviously productive and this will fit my schedule no matter what.

Morning

1. jelq for 15 minutes followed by
2. Uli #3, 10 sets of 5 squeezes

Late Afternoon

1. jelq for 15 minutes followed by
2. Uli #3, 10 sets of 5 squeezes

Evening

1. hang weights standing straight up then bending over, 1 set for 20 minutes, increasing poundage as needed (if I wasn't gonna hang weights then I would do manual stretches in the straight out position while seated OR the DLD Blasters...probably minus the kegels...for 20 to 30 minutes using baby powder)

My personal experience
I was fortunate enough not to be lacking in size when I began this episode. I began jelqing exactly two years ago, partly as a dare from my girlfriend. No weights, not devices, nothing other than the old well lubricated fingers.

I began with a length of 7 3/4 inches, circumference of 6 inches, and am
now at 9 1/4 inches with a circumference of 8 1/2 inches. Jelqing really does
work, particularly in thickness...and I do 3 stages:

1) Stretch the ol' weenie while in a totally flaccid state, applying as much pulling
pressure as is not painful. After 15 pulls, you should begin to get a semi
erection.

2) Grease your son with a lubricant and jelq for at least 200 strokes, as instructed
elsewhere on this excellent web site.

3) Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state,
encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your "finger ring" towards
the meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up
the pressure, and repeat this routine 10 times.

4) This final exercise will dramatically increase the size of your penis head and add
much girth to the penis, but you must do it without fail every AM and PM. My meatus is nearly 9 1/8 inches in circumference, so large my girlfriend sometimes
experiences pain during sex unless I keep it very slick with lubricant.

I have no personal experiences with weights, stretching devices, etc. so I will not be judgmental...they may and probably are effective. In fact, the other methods would probably enhance your progress. The above is just my personal
experience.

Do not judge your progress in terms of days or weeks...in the beginning, you
will see little change. Give it 6 months minimum. Your penis size can best be
ascertained by your lover...they always will feel the positive change!!

Timeframe
I noticed no improvement for at least 6 weeks, but my girlfriend then
reported our sex was getting even better. At around 2 months from

Peabody, In Step #3, I don't use a milking motion. With a 3/4 erection, no
more (for safety sake, perhaps!), slide your overhand OK sign fingers firmly
up the shaft, engorging the meatus and at least half the shaft. Hold that
position, trapping the blood, and pump you hand forward to further engorge the
head and shaft. Each pumping stroke is about 1 second, during which the
engorged section will very visibly increase in size. Don't overdo it in the
beginning. After a few weeks you can safely apply more pressure. This is
particularly effective to develop a large snake head rather quickly. In fact, you
may truly surprise yourself at the rapid growth, if you just keep the routine.
To the second question, while milking I always use the overhand grip, with
particular pressure being applied to the sides of the shaft, where I think the
greatest growth takes place.

As for the lower back pain, may I report my own experience?
Here in Asia, we think that an over indulgence in sexual activity (too

you're good w/that routine, in that order, provided you still can get semi-erect for the jelqs. Some guys can't get enough blood flow while jelqing AFTER they stretch.

Cool was right in warning you but you seem to have enough time under your belt for Uli's but I need to caution you to be gentle but firm initally for the first week. I really squeezed hard for the first time this morning and my head felt like it was gonna explode...it's a totally different sensation so you have to go by feel. Use plenty of vaseline, especially on your head when you do the uli's.

After you've gotten used to them after a week and you start to apply harder pressure when squeezing, you're gonna freak out. After I was done working out I took a ruler and measured the width across the top of my head (of my cock) and it was just under 2" across...that's a first for me and now I'm seriously hooked on the Uli's...looked very cool.

This is the best part...I woke up my wife to show her and she smiled at it and then slapped my cock...oh yeah! rofl

Cool, you'll move a little towards the head and then as you're doing the 5 squeezes your hand will move a little more towards the head naturally. On my 5th squeeze my ring finger is just beneath my head and I'm now holding each squeeze for a good second before starting the next squeeze.

Cheers mate, I gave these a try last night actually. Did the 200 jelqs then probably did about 2 or 3 uli's but then just progressed into a REALLY hardcore jelqing/moving blood around the top half of the penis session, with plenty of kegeling. It was freaking amazing, I was just going with the flow... I imagine this is probably how Uli discovered this exercise - it's really good. I'm gonna try and do a session similar to this most days to work on some girth before Spring to try and get a good 6" EG all the way along, then might look into some more length gains... :)
