Ace Strapped...Uncle Jims instructions
In a completely flaccid state, starting at the base, start to wrap. Once you get the first or second wrap you will no longer need to support the base. Now, as you continue to wrap, stretch your flaccid penis as far as you can. With each wrap you will find that your penis will become longer and longer until your final wrap, just below the glans. When properly wrapped your penis will be your erect size (maybe even a bit longer) This was one of my first Penis Enlargement exercises I made up. I used it for months with very good results in my flaccid size. For me, I would rewrap every 2 hours at first to ensure good blood flow but after a That increase time to find your limit.

 
I've been using this method for awhile now (although I thought it was called 'traction wrapping'?). Anyways, I now have a much better flaccid hang. I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] self adhesive wrap because it's easier to apply.

I think it's especially effective when used after hanging.
 
But, wouldn't this be a temp type of gain... after all your not stretching any ligs or anything else... Seems like flacid length would go back down in about a day when you stop doing it..

You are correct, you would not be making any significant gains but that is not the reason to do these. The goal with this exercise is to train the flaccid penis to stay extended. For some men the flaccid penis has a tendency to retract, even though they have a 6, 7 or even 8 inch erect penis when they are flaccid it retracts. This exercise will help with this problem very quickly.
 
I like the sound of this very much and am going to give it a go tonight, would this make a difference even if i where to only do this say for about an hour every evening, obviously following the 15 min interval rule.

The other nice thing about this is it gives you one fuck of a bulge:D

IMHO anything from this method is only temp and will only be beneficial when going into the gym, locker room or out round town if ya that way inclined to care about flaccid size??? ?:(

Wouldn't wrapping and re-wrapping like that be awkward as fuck? Seems like you'd need three hands to do it.

It really is easier than it sounds. Start at the base, after one wrap it is secure then the rest is cake.

i wrap mine with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] (not tight) but it isn't stretched out flaccid...its just flaccid though it ends up stretching out once i wrap my capn'hook wench around it. I don't rewrap every 15min though, its more like every 5 hours...or whenever im in the bathroom.


is this healthy? or does it actually kill cells? i tried it today for 5 hours and it seemed alright, no red spots or anything of that sort.... any ideas or shall i keep doing what im doing? :)

For myself when I used to do this wrap I did it very tight so as to stretch my penis to it's full flaccid capasity. I did leave the wrap on 1 day for over an hour and my penis was cold, numb and had a strange milky fluid coming out of the glans. I also had a buble about the size of a quarter at my circ. scar. This scared the crap out of me and now I will not do any restrictive wrapping or hanging for more than 20 miutes.

yeah, i don't think i wanna go through something like that..though im going to try leaving it on the rest of the day (though it really isn't applying much pressure at all) and see the results since even when its not tight its larger than my retracted flaccid length of 3" or like 2" when its cold out, which it is.... ;)

does this eventually result in a perm. increased flacid length? also will it help pe in general in conjunction with other pe methods?

Bump, for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] bandages. Seems like a lot of the exercises use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] bandages at some stage or the other.

I specifically went to the Tesco & Boots, last month to get some kind of bandage, but the one i got was just too weak and slidy over my penis.


Anybody from the UK, come up with some solution for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] bandages ?
 
They are elastic, kind of like what is around underwear, but a different fabric. I use an elastic from an old underwear. It takes more wraps around and probably isn't as uniform, but I think it has the same effect. I haven't tried an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] yet. Anything with some give might work, as long as it holds the flaccid longer and allows circulation. Of course you want to check and re-wrap about every 15-20 mins.

Do you guys have bandages that are used for sprained wrist or ankle? That should be the same thing.

Does this lead to eventual permanent flaccid gains? In my opinion, it kind of seems like a waste of time and money if they are only temporary.

It will permanently train your penis to stay in an extended state.

I've been using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] whenever I'm not doing Penis Enlargement the last month and have gained .5-.75 in in flacid length.
 
Willn this work if you do it for say an hour a day? with work,Penis Enlargement, exercising, and other things I wouldnt have much time 2 do this. I no some of you say you sleep with it on but after using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I think I already cut blood flow to my penis back some because my erections are "teenage erections" anymore. So i dont want to take the chance of losing more blood flow. but how little of time can i spend doing this daily or even weekly and still experience gains?

I wear this at work and don't have blood flow problems. You dont need to wrap super tight to stay extended in it

That is when you want to wear it. The idea is to keep the penis in an extended position after training for length. You can read all about this in the SRT Routine.

Yes, one will last months before you need to replace.

Did you do any dry jelqs or stretches when you removed the bandage to promote blood flow to the unit after each 15 min session?

I attempted thhis routine a few years back but I ended up hanging more sets than adhereing to this routine because I was mainly working on erect length gains, but I am curious if there is any gains in potential erect length that can come out of this routine?

Every 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I would go for an hour but found fluid build up at this point. Plus, I love rewrapping to make sure I am as extended as possible, all the time. I would do some minor stretching, slapping, jelqing, massage in between sets, maybe 1 minute worth. I would say, done by itself, it would bring minimal gains in erect size although it will bring incredible gains in flaccid size. It is best used as a healing agent to a length routine, consistent with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Theory.
 
Okay I have a question that isn't a repeat. I have read through this thread and a question comes to mind.

Do you think it would be beneficial to use a heat pad while doing this. I work at home most of the time and have a heat pad for warming up for Penis Enlargement. I would think that it would help stimulate cell growth and loosen everything.

Just a thought.

Definitely! My thoughts on a heating pad are that it prepares, heals and aids in Penis Enlargement. I love using it for a warm up and down, if I have the time. Definitely try it with the wrap, could produce some interesting results.
 
So I found a good wrap and decided to do a little theoretical comparison. I wrapped the wrap to a thickness of my goal girth.

And well, I have to say that if I can make those gains I will be a very happy man. Also if the wrapping brings flaccid length closer to erect length, then there will definitely be quite the package outline. LOL. I think my goals are somewhat modest compared to some on here, although they are most girth related which appears to require some harder work.

I am looking forward to the gains and testing them on permanency.

Good for you! I used to wrap to the thickness of my goals too and just feel the girth like it was real....very inspiring indeed! Plus, once your pants go on you penis will be a massive bulge:)
 
Yeah well an excessively huge bulge is suspicious. lol Anyone else have an issues with your junk twisting a bit due to the tightening of the wrap? I'm just wondering if that would cause some permanent twisting that direction.

I assume I could simply wrap it both directions to balance it if it was a possibility. I also have some concerns about it effecting girth training. If the theory behind this is the same as girth, maintaining a lengthened state for long to train it, wouldn't the compression cause a reduction in girth? Or is it that the "stretching" is promoting cell growth length wise by stretching, but you couldn't have less cells through compression. Just a question I have had in my head.
