Does anyone know why foeskin and glans produce moisture when they are covereed? I know they are mucous membranes but so are lips and they produce no moisture.

Dude...stick your finger between your upper lip and your teeth. It is very wet in there! Your eyelid is the same way, dry on the outside, wet on the inside. Same with the foreskin. Its wet on the inside to keep that head nice and slippery and sensitive, just like it is supposed to be!!!
