heres my new routine for gaining some girth

5mins hot water bath
200 wet jelqs
10min clamping while watchin adult entertainment and kegeling
200 wet jelqs

Seems like a killer workout, I don't even really do that much. How long do your jelqs last for/what erection level do you jelq at?
 
i jelq at as full erection as i can and i make any attempt i can to keep all of them around two seconds. i don't do any exercises while clamped though, i just keep as full an erection as i can and kegel blood in to engorge the head. i have been doin the same routine with only one clamped set for the last two weeks and i am really starting to see an increase in head size. i am now able to get nearly a .5'' expansion during my second clamped session of the workout
 
i also forgot to add that i always do another at least 5 minutes in a hot water bath when i'm finished with my workout. alloy, you gained quite a bit in length without doing length work, do you think i'll see any length gains from this routine? i'm not particularly lookin for length right now, but a little extra is never a disappointment
 
Length has just been a natural byproduct of my girth work. I haven't ever really done one stretching set since I started. I've actually gained a little length recently. I'm hoping that by the time I break 5.5" EG I'll be around 8" EL - a pretty nice improvement. Jelqing seems to help a lot.

Just keep up the girth routine, you may find you are a good bit longer than you were a few months ago.
 
in what increments do you think i should add more to the workout alloy? i was on a Penis Enlargement break for a while and then i came back and did a lot of jelqing for a bit over a month and for the last two weeks or so i added one set of clamping and cut down the jelqs a bit. then i decided to add one more set of clamping and i think i should do this routine for about thrity workout days before i add more. what do you think?

well i did this routine again last night and i decided to start rubbing the glans while i was in the last ten minutes clamped and watchin adult entertainment. i could not believe the expansion i got, almost .5''. anyways after the ten minutes was up i decided to continue with the stimulation and edge a few times before the last 200 jelqs, qell i didn't make it to the last 200, i blew my load >:( so i really need to work on my control so i can finish the workout because this is the best girth workout i've had by far,resting today, will keep you posted
 
ok, its official, i really hate rest days, i just feel like i should be doing my exercises, but i know i need rest. i guess this just goes to show how much pe can really become an obsession, or possibly even an addiction, i just feel better after i Penis Enlargement. in the absence of Penis Enlargementing, i went down to target today and bought a small pack of magnums so i can try those out.my girth isn't very big, its just over 5inches, but its all depth so maybe thats why normal condoms are so tight on me; i think they hurt my erections so i'm tryin the magnums out tonight and we'll see how they work.
 
Sounds like its goin well, just dont get negative or start to worry about measuring/comparing your size to other items, such as large fitted condoms ect, you WILL gain...but in time. Also if you want length, their is that type of exercise with constriction...I loved the bends and TCS/CTS stretches....also the TOW stretch done clamped is KILLER and I know two/three guys have gained from useing it, Kausion_420 and TennisNut are the guys. Alloy hit it on the head, you can gain length just from doing such work. I NEVER EVER stretched on a reguler basis and at first NEVER EVER did a SINGLE stretch, yet I gained some length.
 
sounds good red, i think i'll look into doing some bends, but then again i was also thinking about throwing a basic stretching routine before my girth routine, we'll see how i feel. as for the condom thing i wasn't really fixating on it, it just finally hit me that the normal condoms were the reason i didn't egt as good of erections when wearing them. i tried the magnums on last night and they felt great, nice and snug. i am also trying out a new spread, i am doing my workouts as follows: 5 on 1 off, 4 on 2 off, 5 on 1 off, 4 on 2 off, 5 on 1 off, etc. i am doing this to get that extra day of rest and repair in there every 10 days or so, i think this is really gonna help me not to get too worn out

when i started months ago i was at 5.5'' NBPenis EnlargementL x about 4.6-.7 EG. i did mostly jelqs, a few stetches and experimented with hanging and got real lucky i suppose cause after a month and a half or so i went up to 6.0NBPenis EnlargementL x 5.0EG. and then i had to stop Penis Enlargement for a while (even though it was a mistake) because things got real hectic in my life and i had zero privacy. i didn't really lose too much, maybe a little, but i started up again about a month and a half ago and the first month i just did a whole lot of jelqing and for the last two weeks i've been experimenting with clamping and have come to the current routine i have now. i am back at 6.0NBPenis EnlargementL x 5.0EG as of a week or two ago and i am pressing ever onward and have started my own thread to help keep me going. i feel that i am gaining some girth with my new routine, but it is too soon to be sure and i don't want to measure til around christmas time, hopefully santa will bring me some good news on measurement day.

Ignore the spot and continue.
You'll get alot of these with intense girth work like what your doing.
Its not an injury, just a slight side effect thats noticable when you get into this line of work, e.g constriction...but dont worry and get stressed out otherwise you wont get anywhere and will fail.
Its JUST a spot, blood vessels under the skin burst and its caused a bruise....it will go. Apply COLD Water or ICE to the region if it makes you feel better, but whatever you do...DONT STOP.

well i did like Red said and i continued my routine today. i still have to say the is the best routine i have ever done, i feel great when i am done and my cock is as swollen as it can get. i experienced minor fluid build up near the head during my clamping sessions, but it did not get bad nor did it increase any, so i kept on with my routine. i did all girth work today so i left out my stretching but i am thinking of doing my stretches later tonight. i am also pondering doing my stretching separate in the AM. i know it hasn't been a favorite on this forum but i also have the cirle device that i bought a while back during my first run with pe. although everyone speaks down on it here when i've seen it brought up, i was extremely happy with the results it previously gave me. i wore it for the few months that i pe'ed, in fact after the first month of stretching, i abandoned stretching and just wore the circle device 5-6 hours a day. i got a .25 length increase from it in two months, so i was not at all upset about that. unfortunately after being out of pe for the time i was, i lost most if not all of that gain, but i kept my previous gains from stretching, i guess i had to give one up huh? anyways i am continuing with my routine and i am very satisfied with it thus far. will keep you poster. Keep up the good work with your current routine. I know you will gain, especially with guys like Red and DLD and others helping out and encouraging you. Also, helps when others post their gains with pics too. I also noticed that constantly updating my progress log keeps me on top of my Penis Enlargement. alright, now i don't know what to do. i just read the thread about the tunica question in the hanging forum and now i don't know what to do. in it bib said that he believes gaining length through hanging is much easier if you have a smaller girth, so what i'm thinking to myself now is, am i making a mistake by training girth now and length later, should i change my focs to length and then come back to girth. my intermediate goal is 7.5 by 5.5 and i am currently around 6 by 5.1. anyone with advice please chime in. am i doing myself wrong by training girth now?
