Add clamping baby. Pumping and clamping go hand in hand like soap and water. What I do is I warm up with really hot water in the shower with the hand-held sprayer thing, do stretches, rotaries, A & V stretches, etc., then I pump with the hottest water my shower'll give me (careful now!), for ten minutes. Pop it off, do some DLD girth blasters, isolated compression squeezes, bends, jelq-stretch holds, slow squash jelqs, Horses, etc. Then I pump for another ten minutes, do those manual exercises again, then I go straight to clamping. Rice sock in the microwave, I'd prefer hot water or a IR lamp and might put a tiny table for my laptop next to the bath for pornography, but yeah rice sock, then straight on with the clamp.
