I don't know if i already told this in here, but i want to gain 1cm e length too. Last time i measured myself, I was 16,8cm/17cm. I want a solid 18cm, and I'm thinking for next week to add a 3 days length routine, with the newbie stretchs routine. And I ask you, brothers: Can I gain 1cm with a routine like that? My main focus is girth, but I reais in some place that a thicker shaft is more difficult to grow in lenght.

Yes IF you've not done previous length work. It becomes harder to gain length if you keep doing the same basic techniques. Give me your whole routine directed to length that you've done before.

I never trained length before, just a few stretchs. Never had a routine Just for length workout.

Today my training was a little bit different. I tried some light clamping mixed up with dry jelqs between sets. It went like this:

10min warm up
10min clamping
5min dry jelqs
10min clamping

Very good work out. Just measured while doing my PE session and these are the results:

NBPEL: 17,5cm
Base EG: 17cm
MSEG: 15,1cm

Which exercises are better to gain some girth just below the head/glans?

That looks like a great girth workout bro, what are you clamping with?

As far as girth exercises to target a specific area of the penis... I don't know if you can do that. The only thing I could think of is [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and jelq up with the bottom hand to the area you want to expand and then squash down with the other hand to expand that area. For clamping, I'm using a cable clamp with micropore tape in it, but I used minimal pressure to avoid injuries! I'll make a wrap with mouse pad + the micropore tape that is already in the cable clamp to add more pressure with safe. I'm gonna try to stick with jelqs everyday for a few more months and after I'll do clamping one day/jelqs 1 day.

Exactly. So if you wanted to spot train mid shaft at one point concentrate both hands together, equally between the space you want to expand and crush these hands together. If it is below the head or at the base it is the same protocol.

I got a great expasion where I wanted, just below the head/glans. After the session the whole shaft was more harmonious. I'm 13,5cm just below the glans, and without measure, i think i got a 0,5cm expansion. I'll measure the next time. Thanks, guys

I do not know anything about clamping so excuse my ignorance but. I was thinking about the spot training just under the glans... Would it be possible just to clamp up a bit higher up the shaft and expand that area like that?

Yes but very unsafe and would promote discoloration in an uneven way. With the SSQ you have total control of pressure and the ability to compress the area of intent. With a clamp you are restrained to that area and pushing against this, in the way of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], would be very painful.
