After a long 4 year hiatus, traveling and studying, i'm back in the business for real. I hope i can count on you!

My size remains the same: NBPEL: 17cm / EG: 14,5cm

I did 150 jelqs for one week and last friday, 08/26/2016, through today, 08/30/2016, i started this routine:

Warm-up: 10 min hot shower;
300 jelqs - 90% erect;
10min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words];
Warm down: 5min hot shower.

I'm only focused in girth right now, and my goal is + 1,5cm in girth. Maybe in the future an inch in length.

It happens sometimes... But just like cheat meals in bodybuilding, for me the important thing is getting RIGHT back to it and staying consistent.

Yeah, my cheats started to put weight back on me. I have to revamp my calorie intake again. I have an official weighing tomorrow at the doctor. IF and I mean, IF I am below 180 I will take pictures. If not, I will weight until I hit my goal weight. If I am 180 now then I definitely need to drop another 10 pounds. I am not going to stress it, I will let everyone know what happens tomorrow.

I think 170 is a good weight, DLD. How tall are you? I'm planning to hit 170 until the end of the year. I'm 155 now, 5'8.5''.

:( Well I did not get the news I wanted but it still was pretty good news. I am not at 170 yet. My last physical, 6 months ago, I weighed in at 226, today I weighed in at 184 so I am still 14 pounds too heavy. I am 5' 9". I figure 3 more months and I am going to start to add in aerobic and weight training to reclaim my muscles. I am extremely muscular when I drop the fat so I really look forward to the 170. I will continue to take pictures of my progress but I will not post until I am at 170.

My routine is doing fine, i just didn't have the time to update my diary. After the last workout i posted, i noticed that a purple blurred thing appeared on my penis base, so i took 4 days off and restarted my routine. Could it be a vein? Anyways, now i have time to post again.

Todays workout:

After 20min or so my grip starts to burn a lot. So i do little moviments with my hand, rotations etc and begin again. :)

Most likely an emerging vein. If there is no pain you should be good but I would wait 24 hours to be sure I am right. If I am not right and this is a bruise, within 24 hours it should yellow and this will let you know, it is a bruise and you will need time off until it completely yellows. An additional question; Is there and hardness or pain at the vein?

do veins appear purple though and blurry, kinda hard to understand why not show us a picture just in case?

No pain at all! The blurred purple thing gone away in 4 days after it appeared. My fear is to start doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] again and the bruise or something come back. Maybe i can start with 10min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], right? Thanks DLD.

I have a question for you guys: Is it a good idea to split the pe training or do PE twice a day, focusing only in girth? For example: Jelqs in the morning, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] or other exercise at night.

Sticking with the basics until my measure, which i postponed to mid-October. I'll increase the number of jelqs week by week, until I hit 700 jels per training.
