We measure gains through a standardized method, standing, bending the erection parallel to the floor, holding the ruler with one hand and pressing it as hard as one can to the pubic bone and taking a picture.

When measuring for gains, bone pressed is the only way to go in my opinion.
 
Hey babbis, I have read your routine and stuff at ThundersPlace. It looks like a good setup, however, I'm not into stretching the ligs right now as I am working tunica only. I'd imagine you are teaching these guys what your whole log was about? At least something very close. Using 5 to 6 pounds of tension all day would cause some major gains. Honestly, if I was working my ligs, I'd never wear TheGRIP's [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] system, I'd just do what you did and use a bungee cord or whatever for about 5 lbs of tension with the hanging chamber on down my leg. Not so easy for the tunica, however.

Yes, I am preaching the less is more approach to Penis Enlargement. For veterans and plateuers the routine is focused on the tunica, for newbies the routine is focused on jelqing.

Once thats done, I really don't think it would make that much of a difference in which direction the cells stay open, comprende?
although it couldn't hurt around the waist, I personally feel a better "tug" down my leg.

I also did the suspender thing and it was also pretty good, didn't stick with it though.

When I wear anything "down," I feel it mostly in my ligs. When I wear it "around," I feel it all in the tunica and the inner penis. I'm not targeting my ligs, so I wear it around my waist.

Du, what do you think gives more length over all. Stretching the Tunica (shaft) or the ligs ? And dont say training both of them - because that is what I am doing right now for length - trying to break the 7" plateau?

In plain english - Statistically what has shown to give more length. Stretching the Tunica or the ligs ?

Is it better to stretch the shaft (holding the base & erect bends etc. . ) or to stretch without holding the base and just stretching everything.

I mean which has the tendancy to give, grow/enlarge, stretch easier. Will more gains come from just the shaft stretches by holding the base or not holding the base of the penis and gripping the glans and just going at the whole thing in a package ?
At this point I am encompassing both into my length workout?

It depends on how your penis is built. I personally look at this from BIB's LOT theory. Since my LOT is low, I hang HIGH. If my LOT was high, I'd hang LOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW :)

Even though my LOT was at 6 o'clock I still gained .5" from hanging SD and BTC back when I used my ghetto-ass-vice hanger after a few months. So it's not impossible to make lig gains, even at a low LOT.

With stretching the tunica, you are actually stretching the penis framework itself. When you stretch the ligs, you are pulling hidden inner penis out from the ligaments which connect the penis to the body.

With this in mind, I'd say tunica hanging is healthier and safer for gaining. You aren't tearing any ligaments which hold your penis upward or anything, all you do it elongate the tunica in the penis. However, lig hanging might have a higher threshold of quick gains.

Thanks man ! So your saying basically that stretching the tunica is better ? Do you think that working on just the tunica is better than working both, as I am doing ? I mean one at a time (tunica for a couple of months, then the ligs for a couple of months ) ? Or alternate then weekly ?

Let me know if I have the "Lot Theory" correct. If I cant pull with my penis one way (flexing it / kegeling), then I should hang/pull this way or should I hang/pull the opposite way ?

Hang opposite of your Loss Of Tugback(LOT). If you pull your penis down, kegel, and it doesn't "tug back", hehe, then you should hang as high as possible.
 
No offense guys, but could you maybe discuss LOT and the likes in another thread? My intention with this thread was to offer people that have been on a plateau for a long time some personal help to gain again. So far I am two for two from the last recruiting batch.

I am one of the persons who signed up to try this "less is more" thing the first time around and completed it, so here's my story up till now.

Lemme fill you in on my Penis Enlargement journey up till starting the "less is more" thing.
I had Penis Enlargement'd on and off for three years. Two years ago I started a serious routine (mostly manual lenght work (stretches), 1/2 hours a day, high intensity), that i kept at a minimum of 5 days a week for the next 18 months. During the 4-6 first months of that time I gained close to 1 inch length, but have been on a rock-solid plateau since that.
I tried switching up my training regime, tried hanging (Bib starter: kind-of-hardcore-hanging-regime, but it proved to be difficult to me due to lymph buildup and the associated hanger attachment pain) and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] (400 hrs hang time with nothing to show for it), but nothing as of yet was able to bust my plateau.
I had thought of trying vacuum hanging due to the problems with foreskin (lymph fluid build-up) problems associated with Bib-hangers, but had not gotten around to it.

When I saw the original post on a group focused on breaking plateau's with the "less is more" I responded, and got the last free seat in the bus.

The routine involves fairly low-tension work combined with rest. Measurements are taken while documenting the figures with a camera, such that any gains can be verified by others as well as one self.
After my first Penis Enlargement-period I was pleased to find that I had grown around 3 millimeters. This may not seem like a big deal to many people, but after being on a rock-solid plateou for more than a year (doing all kinds of different things to break it), this is really promising. I am soon completing my second Penis Enlargement period, so I am very curious to see what gains this will get me.

I told my story here to help get some more people on the Babbis/upp2eightand6 forum. The only thing I was reluctant about with this was asking people on an open forum to go and joing a closed one. I understand that some people might get mad at this, but the way I see it is that noone is charging any money for anything, and all that is going on is that some Penis Enlargement'ers are helped to gain.

This is wrong!
If you pull your penis down and you see a tugback, you have to hang as hight as possible (OTS).

No, you want to hang opposite where you LOSE your tugback, hence LOT. You hang opposite of your LOT if you follow that theory. You don't hang WITH your tugback.
