Everyone in the bus put their seat bells on:P. I did the stretching session in the bathroom during the party after the wedding, almost missed the dancer girls show:). Anyway "if you want it bad, you can make the time for it" so true:).

Spent the weekend with my girlfriend, damn i have so low erection quality for girth work after a weekend with my girl. Yesterday jelqing was with low erection level, today it was much better. Stretching on the other hand went very well both days:)

Yeah sex is great, my girlfriend is in college so we can meet only on weekends. Todays routine went well, i noticed that i have a few discolored veins where i used to grab for stretching, guess i have to be more careful with my grip.
 
Yesterdays and todays length routine was awesome, because of my fever the penis didn't become hard at all. As for the girth routine i had to use adult entertainment cause i could barely get an erection with my fever. No measuring because of low EQ due to my very nasty cold.
 
Getting better, but not yet 100%. Had to use antibiotics prescripted by home medic. Shit never again. My dedication is strong, did the routine even sick so didn't miss the sessions:). Hopefully by the end of the week i will have my measurements:)
 
Did the routines yesterday and today, EQ is low because of excessive sex, this means good stretching :P. I measured myself and gained 3 mm in length (soooo happy), but nothing on girth. Maybe i should do something for girth not just jelqs, i will incorporate ULI`s.

Todays stretching went well, for girth i did 10 sets of 30 sec ULIs super-seted with 30 jelqs in between, it felt good:). Any thoughts on my new girth routine?:)

Did my routine on 1-2 and off 3-4, on 5-6. My routine is 2 sets of 30 sec stretches in all directions (length), and for girth 5 ULIs (each 30 sec) and 30 jelqs between them, and another 30 jelq at the and so 6 sets of 30 jelqs, total 180 jelqs with 5 ULIs. Note 10 ULIs were to much for my dick it started to get harder when flaccid.

Taking a week OFF, first time after 7 months of continuous training. In 3 days into my break my EQ went up also my flaccid is bigger, looks like my penis will thank me the1 week off. It is hard for me to stay away from Penis Enlargement, i feel the urge to train. Also read that Big Al recommends 1 week breaks after 5-7 weeks of training to heal completely the cumulative effects of Penis Enlargement and to increase the sensitivity to exercises. Any thoughts on this one?

Some guys relate that after long periods of gaining and then plateau it is important to take time off to start gaining again...I guess you will fin out:)
 
Nah back to business:D. Yesterday and today did a lighter routine 10 minutes stretching 15 minutes jelquing (3-4 sec strokes) and 20 minutes edging with kegels. To 22.01.2010 i will be doing this light routine, see if i can grow from it, if not, then i will be stepping up the intensity. Truth is that i never did a light routine, when i was starting my pe journey i already did a 45 min routine and this without edging. I have seen members gain from 15-20 min of Penis Enlargement an only basic exercises (is that gain due to better EQ? or you can gain from that little)
 
What do you think DLD, about those light basic routines? Is it a waste of time and i should continue with my latest routine and include some blasters? Note Today is OFF
