Hi, i am from romania so my native language is not english:P

I am starting a progress log, to get better results, and support from you guys:).
I have been searching ways to improve my member because it is not big enough for me:P. I am a muscular guy 190 cm tall and 100 KG, so a 14 cm penis looks small on me.
I have been practicing jelqing since 01.08.2009. I havent made back then any measurements. I did the jelqing and got better erections and stronger, maybe i gained some in EG. I have read a few online pdf guides, but they where not detailed enough. Then i found this site/forum, and learned lots from it, spending many hours reading and absorbing all the info. I live with my family 23 years old, so i have limited privacy.
So since 22.05.2010 i started Penis Enlargement with streches and jelqs, experimenting with resting days and so. My biggest "problem" is that when streching I get always erect or semierect, and have to wait minutes to subside:P. Doing streches at night, jelqs at the morning. Is it a good idea to ejaculate before streching so i dont get erect while streching? ?:(

My current routine is DLD`s phase 1, with 2 sets of streches as on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words], and instead of 600 standard jelqs i do 400 standard jelq and 200 V-jelqs. As for training 5 days on and 2 days off. Doing kegels dayli. Warmup and down with hot water directly to the penis for 3 minutes. My stats are in my signiture.

Any advice or comments are apreciated:)
 
I would do only jelqs. I just recently quit doing v-jelqs as they are giving me turkey neck (you are basically stretching the TN to enlarge with each stroke). You could try to do some advanced streches like fulcrum stretches, bundled stretches and mandingo =) Good luck, have fun! :D

Todays routine went well 2 sets of streching at night and 600 jelq at morning. Since i leave off days i dont get overtrained. I tried 2 weeks ago, i tried training every day. After 7 days my erections ver not as hard, and i could not get erections as easy as before.
So i seems that i need 2 off days for recovering.

Yesterday i did the whole routine at 14 pm. My parents leaved the house so i had privacy:D. This morning i had woodie, entered the bathroom and did 600 normal jelq`s. Through the day i do some JAI streches, surprized how it relaxes my penis. Before i done that it was a little hard even when flaccid. But since i do these streches, and some heli shakes it is much more relaxed when flaccid.
 
Today morning had a great jelqing session. At night when i began streching i would get erect or semierect, so i decided to ejaculate. After that, i could strech really well. I do separate my girth and length routine due to limited privacy. So if i ejaculate before streching will this make the session less effective? Any thoughts? (i have to do this 1-2 time in every week - training 5 days a week :P)
 
In my opinion it makes stretching better. After ejaculation the penis seems to be more pliable and stretchable.
 
Yesterday i had less EQ so not so good jelq session, but awesome streching:D. Today morning i had an insane erection, after i get up i did a great jelq session with much better EQ then yesterday.
 
Yesterday my girfriend pissed me off, so i was totaly flaccid, and did a great streching session, without getting erect:D. Today and tomorrow are off.

Yesterday i was really busy, but did the whole routine at once. Huh it took a little more than an hour to done it. I finish quicker in the gym than it the bathroom:P. I noticed mild stretch marks on the skin mid shaft, i hope it is from growth, not from skin stretching:D
 
After jelqs or a heavier masturbation session i get tiny red dots on the head of my penis (these dissapear after a few hours). That means that i do to much, or with too much preasure? Also i have smaller flacid hang and tightened ligs. In my off days my penis feels better even a little bigger in general.
 
If my flaccid penis is more tense, more tighten up (with heli shakes it softens up) i am doing the exercises to intense, sould i back up a little? I dont feel any pain or disconfort, just its a little more tighten up than in the past.

That will help, you can also use the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch, this really gets things loosened up!
 
Ah thanks for the advice:), i have a hard time doing the testicle health massage because i have a very tight scrotum, but doing them it will become easier, and indeed it relaxes my package. As for todays routine i have done it with ease. In 3 days i will make my measurements:)

It will be a quick process stretching out the scrotum, within a few weeks you will notice a very big difference!
 
Hell after stretching my sack is much more loose, i am heading to the right direction:). As for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], i would love it, but it is too big to hide from my family.:(

Yeah you are maybe right, for the moment I go without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Todays routine was quite difficult, got turtling after. Luckily now i have 2 days to recover. I have been Peeing for 5 months still i have to be careful with the force applied, i can easily overwork myself.
 
I spent the weekend with my girlfriend, had sex for 7 times in 2 days. Oh man yesterday`s girth routine was weak, because of my weak erection levels :P. At least stretching went well:). I measured myself in the weekend but only after 2 ejaculations, so probably it is not accurate, because of the not so high erection level. Measurements are the same as a month before.
 
Today i made 600 fast jelqs, with 2 sets of every direction stretches. It took me an hour to finish. I sorta managed to keep my penis from becoming erect while stretching: i take my book to the bathroom, and when i start to get an erection i read a few lines and tadada i am flaccid again:)

try clamping and hanging. I don't get any erection while I'm hanging and you could do very fast 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] min sets. Also try to clamp. 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] min but start these exercises slowly. They are very good if you didn't have much privacy. And they only take 1 hour per day. But they are intense! Don't do both at one day, thats too much I think.
 
Thanks for the replies, DLD my question is that i have seen guys with BPFSL longer than BPenis EnlargementL, and why is that? Because their are Penis Enlargementeing longer then me, or just by nature? As for hanging for now i will stay with my hands stretching. As for clamping i thought about it, i still need to get a cable clamp:).
 
Yesterday was a good routine, with reduced intensity i got a relaxed flaccid, and my scrotum stretches are become easier day by day:). Today and tomorrow off days.
 
The main reason is because soft tissue stretches longer than hard tissue. It also takes some time in girth work to effectively fill the new, stretched size.
 
Thanks for the answer, now i understand DLD:) so keep stretching and doing girth work. I managed to complete todays routine just fine, but i missed the warm down almost completely because of some unexpected guests:(.
 
Yesterdays routine was a blast, everything was so good. Today i had erection issues so i ejaculated end great stretching session after.
 
Today i did my routine without separating it, i had more time:). I noticed that after my girth session my penis is a little fatigued so it is easier for me to keep it flaccid for stretching.
