Firstly, let me say I cannot take all the credit for this. I was prodded to try edging for my stubborn girth by Supra. I took what he recommended and tweaked it to incorporate it into my workout and after one workout the pump I got was second to none.

I was doing a combination of jelqing, then uli, then horse squeezes everyday. Tonight, I did a mere 5 minutes of edging before starting my workout and 3 minutes in between each exercise. I measured my post workout girth and it was significantly bigger around than usual post workout pump. More than I've ever had. I will say that edging is TOUGH stuff, its hard not to cum and if you do cum your workout will be over right there.

I urge people to try this. I am still definately in the experiment phase but I tihnk this has tremendous people. I have heard rare stories of people gaining girth solely from edging and I think that when combined with other girth exercises, the gains can be multiplies many times over. I will keep this thread updated as I learn more.
 
This stuff definitely has me intrigued. I wonder what the specific actions involved are? Why would edging have this effect?

Supra needs to chime in and give his exact explanation on how to do this stuff.

When you come close to cumming, youre dick sweels up with a rush of blood and puts you past a full erection. Do this repediately and you will enlarge the tissues. Use it in conjuction with jelqing and squeezing and the results are even better. Theres some other fringe benefits like helping with premature ejaculation. I"m waiting for Supra to chime in on this. He is the one who recommended it to me and claims to have gained .5 inches girth recently from just edging.
 
I always edge after any type of Penis Enlargement. First it gets the CC and CS to full expansion. Second it gets the circulation going like no other exercise. Third I have gotten .5 in girth in 2 weeks from it.

To edge you must jack of till the point of no return, and right then you stop and squeeze the PC (Kegal) as hard as you can. You dick will explode with blood and the head will blossom. I try to do a total of 10 successful of them.

I uses seconds once I get to the first edge I do it. Then I jack of ass hard a possible for 9 seconds and once I have gotten to 9 I should be ready to come, then edge again. DO this all the way till 1 till you cannot touch your dick anymore without it blowing its load.

BTW - If you cum, it is game over.
 
I have always done this just in regular masturbation.

It actually works based on normal sexual anatomy and the arousal/sex cycle.

I dont know if you guys have read those diagrams that show exactly what happens physically when someone has sex from arousal to orgasm ( such as changes in clitoris and penis size),but the penis expands significantly, especially in girth right before orgasm. I have always known this, and I guess I take some of this for granted as common knowledge.

So when edging, you basically take advantage of that by bringing your penis to and keeping it at that orgasmic size state.

Plus I think edging is best for P.E. ( premature ejaculation). I have learned to keep my penis at the poreorgasmic size and state for hours without ejaculating.

This thread should be at the top of the list. Edging sounds like a serious routine for girth. Everytime i do this watching porno, my girth is serious. I wonder if i should incorporate this? If i do, it would have to be a seperate workout tho.

Shouldn't you edge before you do a Penis Enlargement routine, then? That way, I'm thinking, you'll be able to force more blood into the CC and CS, especially when you jelq.

That's what I do. After a Penis Enlargement session, I will not be able to get maximum firmness for awhile. SO I either do it prior to or wait until late at night.

Yeah, the pre-cum is normal. I still have accidents from time to time where I can't hold back. The last time, I had a lot of stuff to clean off afterwards. I probably ejaculated the volume I normally would in 10 ejaculations.

Ya, I start off with this before jelqing and squeezing, although I throw a few in there between jelqs and squeezes to remain engorged.

Thats the point of edging, not to come! I ruins your pump, I also is not training your dick to last longer.
 
I've been edging for a few days now, and I think my dick is starting to hate me. I get to the brink of orgasm, where I can feel the cum just about the explode up my shaft and then stop...my dick starts twitching like it's having a seizure. It's hard as hell trying to fight the urge to orgasm, but it almost feels good in a way...hard to explain. Two nights ago, I followed all of your advice and tried edging. I used it when I started to get softer during girth exercises. I did it successfully about 4 times and it really helped. After one time I was going to start to do compression squeezes on the vanity after edging and it just pulsated for maybe 15 seconds before I could really get started (interesting, good, and weird feeling). I guess I got to just before that "point of no return." I will definitely incorporate this into my workouts. Thanks.
 
I think it's great that edging is getting so much attention.

When I started reading about NPenis Enlargement I had already been using this technique for some time, so I incorporated it into my routine. The point to remember is not how many times you GET to the edge, but how long you can STAY there... it's like surfing.

As I see it, that's why edging is beneficial to Penis Enlargement: you're maintaining high erection levels for long periods, not approaching your highest levels and backing off. I'm sure that's beneficial, but if you can master the edge riding, you get the added bonus of more intense orgasm.

Maybe im different, but before girth workouts, i do eding for about 10 minutes straight. Then on off days, i do edging for 20 minutes for the sake of girth benefits. i dont focus on reps, but on time. Maybe its just me?
 
It does not matter, 10 reps for me ends up being about 10min anyways, all in all its the same.
 
Edging definitely works. I gained .5" over a year and a half period by using it.

I didn't know it at the time, but it would explain that crazy girth jump. Bascially I'd edge about 25 times when I had sex with my girlfriend.

Love for it to be proven, but I'm going to be using it for now.
 
30 minutes of Ulis, Horses and bends. Gives me at least 3/8" pump which remains for most of the rest of the day.

This Edging also helps keep fresh DHT, testostarone fuelled blood in the penis for longer, right after edging the penis will have a nice top up of this, as you near ejaculation and you kegel you will feel an expansion, thats caused bt certain chemicals and hormones, but also them two I just mentioned.
Its these chemicals and hormones that keep getting shall we say spiked in this manner that gives us the gains we see when we edge.... IMHO anyway, I aint got anytrhing to back it up, nor shall I search around the net either .... take it or leave it lads ;)

Wouldn't it be better to push in the inner penis (as in BTB jelqing, but you don't jelq you just push hard.)?

instead of doing a kegal, try doing a reverse kegal...man when I do that I get swollen, istead of squeezing the PC muscle push with it its a total different type of pump. Doing a regular kegal you only force blood into the penis with that first squeeze, then while your holding ihe PC your just holding the blood in there, but with a reverse kegal your constantly pushing blood into the penis try it out!

Would a reverse kegel stop the ejaculation? I need to try that because with a regular kegel I have a really hard time edging for more than one set. Thanks for the tip.

From my experience in stopping the ejaculation reverse kegals are the better IMO. When I kegel It just wants to fly out, but when I do a reverse it seems to block it from coming out. You can also reverse kegal when you get a full erection to ballon it up even more than it already is. While your are masterbating. I did this last night for like an hour after a good girth workout, I did not cum but at the end of the session it was extreamly hard to fight the urge just to finish off. All I can say is try it out you can also learn how to breath while doing a reverse kegal so you don't bust a vein in your forehead. when I do this my penis starts to beat like a heart...up and down and down...I love to do this man its great to keep a high blood flow in your penis for long peorids of time without having to resort to a tourniqet of anytype puls it feels real good. I beleive this can help cement your grith gains without a doubt! Happpy edging my friends.
 
I am in agreement on the reverse kegal slowing the urge to shoot.

Man, after an hour or so of edging, you should really let it fly. The load you've built at that point is no doubt much bigger than average. If you kegel at the right moment, you'll be surprised how strong the ejaculation is. And really a lot of fluid from the edging.

I don't think that doing this would do wonders for your ejaculation control. If you're always teasing yourself and never cumming, when you get into some actual pussy you'll be so built up and horny that you'll bust off within a minute's time.

It can be brutal. Lately I've mixed edging with squat stretches and girth work and it's intense. Pretty good aerobic workout after an hour. But I have to release fluid at some point, and for sure at the end of any day that I've done this.
