keep you d!ck guessing...if you have rest-days between training days, skip them...if not, throw-in an off-day or two. If you're exercises are max-intensity and low duration, try low-intensity over longer periods of time. What we're doing with our PE endeavors is making a massive change to our physical make-up, and our bodies will try and resist every step of the way

If you don’t find one you like please come back to me and I will help you write a custom routine. You may also want to do a decondition break maybe a week off so when you returned to the new routine your penis will be very shocked. I'm hanging 10 kgs 3 times a week and will increase by 1 kg each week and 10 mins bundled stretches and 10 mins blasters.

Sounds good and I like to progressive nature of your hanging. How many sets will you be doing? I’m very happy to see you have the bundled stretches in there he sure to do them before you train as they’re meant to loosen up the tunica so when you train you make better gains. I would suggest you also getting some erect stretching two or three times a week for about 10 min. Also don’t forget your Kegels❤️

Maybe you should reset by doing the newbie routine for a few weeks and over that time let me write up a routine for you that’s completely different than what you’re doing now so we can get you gaining.

My biggest piece of advice is do not quit before the miracle happens. I understand Mike that it can be frustrating when things are not turning out exactly as we want and become so easy to quit. But you’re not a quitter, your brother! ❤️ Relax and don’t worry too much on this we will make it happen.

I already did the newbie routine reset and still gained nothing. girth maybe getting better but length unaffected,that bothers me because I want more length and I haven't gained 0.1 inch in over a year

Stick with the newbie routine for now and let me put together a length exclusive work out. Something where we can just concentrate on elongation and worry about girth later. Does that sound good to you? How much time can you give me in the day?

that sounds good. around 2-3 hours per day
 
This is a good starting routine. I have another that is much more intense that we can move into when you plateu with this routine. Take you time and be cautious until you become used to it.

EXPRESSIVE STRETCHING
2 sets of 5 Minutes Low Grip LengthMasterStretches . This is where you will attach your LengthMaster very low on your shaft to train internal penis. These are referred to as Expressive Stretches.

After the LengthMaster work you will want to remain extended until bedtime and this will be done in a light passive way. Using SiliSleeve to remain elongated at all times you are not training to heal your gains fastest.
 
Foot long stretches are such good stretches I wish more people knew about them. There’s like so many stretches that I have come up with to end up unseen and deep into the forum pages. The foot long stretch is probably the most powerful stretchy can get using your hand. Hope more people try it and I’ll leave the link below so they can actually read about the exercise.

 
its been a bit over a month since I've been away and I hate myself for doing so. Life gets in the way so much that I cannot do any exercises at all,plus I don't live alone so that sucks. anyways, for some reason when the stress gets too much I think about PE and how much I still wanna gain.The goal is always in the back of my head but the motivation and energy (accompanied with the dry spell of gains) are absent. I want to start a routine right now but unfortunately I can't,not until at least the first of june. I need to break through this stupid plateau its been in my way for so long now. When I think about what I used to do to gain,I find myself lacking in some areas such as healing in a stretched stated using the wrap method, the warm ups and the warm downs.....
but enough being sorry for myself and for the time I waste(and for being demoted on here....),I promised myself I'd reach 9 inches bpel by december and so I will,just gotta stop messing around so much. I'll begin a routine once I think of something intense enough to break through the plateau,and as time goes on I'll become more active on here and reach my goals

I've got SRT memorised and I've been working off of it but I tend to steer off track,but come june;I'll have a routine written down and I'll post it on here for everyone to have a look and provide insight and advice. I want to make PE a part of my day to day routine and I've been trying ever since I started,do you have any advice on how to do that?

What you just did is what will keep you involved in that is being accountable to your brothers here. Forge relationships within your progress thread and become involved with other peoples progress. But getting yourself on the brotherhood every day is the most bulletproof way to guarantee you continue with motivation. I don’t think any of us can do this alone, it takes the brotherhood’s love and dedication to help one another stay involved ❤️
 
I have decided to buy a sizedoctor and one of the pump tubes I saw on the shop site. Not gonna do it right now but soon will do. I can't decide between the regular version and the game changer version,although I don't have lots of privacy for hanging ,I love it but at the same time I don't wanna waste money on an option I probably wouldn't use quite often. Is there any more differences between the regular version and the game changer other than the hanger/ads option??

Just my own personal opinion but I think you should go for the SiliStretcher
 
From my point of view, less parts to fail in Silistretcher. And in my opinion, much easier to operate than SD.
And MoS is working on a traction mod, Durosleeves etc., for Silistretcher, you could see it being a modular tool instead of just one application. Of course you can use SD in various ways as well.

Usually the more simple certain tools are, the more you'll use them.
 
MOS is in 100% control of the Silistretcher because that device is created by them. The SizeDoctor is not a MOS device, although the variations sold here, are MOS exclusive modifications on the original.

So, with SS you have more scope for future expansion in the product range compared with the SD.
 
Yea I get it now. I also read somewhere on here that the SD's vacuum is pretty bad and doesn't hold for a long while,kinda defeats its purpose right?
 
Pretty much yeah. The version being shipped now does have the pin issue fixed, so vacuum should be better.
You could also (should you purchase a SD) use sleeves rather then the grey ones that come with the SD.

so if I'm more interested in extenders the SD would be the best option? or maybe the SG?
 
For me it’s because it’s so much easier to use and there’s so many different options and using it. And as soon as we add the traction system which can be bought separately there is no other ADS that can even come close. The SiliStretcher is the way of the future in PE

Silistretcher can be way more discreet as it isn't as bulky as the SD. But it really comes down to wearing the right kind of clothes, loose ones that is. Some colors hide things better than others as well.

As said the SiliStretcher is completely concealable compared to anything else out there. It also allows you to do the two new SRT length workouts which are extremely profitable. Go with the SS and I guarantee you you’ll be very happy.

Here's a overall look for my plan this year: reach 9" bpfsl by the end of february (currently at around 8.5-5.6") and if my theory is correct I'd reach 8.5-8.6" in bpel. throughout the rest of the year I'll try to maintain any size I gain and during free time work for more length. by December 2019 I hope to reach 9" bpel and 6.5" EG. Since I haven't been doing any mentionable PE,I'm going back to the newbie routine and go from there.The big plan is to be 10 inches by 2020 and I know I can reach it if I put my mind-and enough work-in it. 2019 is gonna be the year I reach my goals,no messing around and wasting time this year

Hey Mike sorry to hear about the injury but I want to make sure that you do not pop or prod these blisters. Allow them to break on their own and when they break use bacitracin to avoid any scarring. Now we need to know why it happened. If it’s from over pumping I highly recommend you go with SRT 5×5×3 as this will not cause blisters and will give you excellent expansion.
 
9 inches is INSANE. How close are you to that goal now in May?
I haven't gained any length this year. I have been stuck at a plateau for a very long time now because I haven't been able to completely focus on PE these past few months but I will completely dedicate the next 3-4 months to close the gap and make up for the lost time.
btw 9 inches is just for this year. Next year I'll be going for 10 (if I hit 9 this year lol) then afterwards who knows,maybe I'll compete with DLD for that 11 inches lol

over-pumping for sure. I was pumping for length (packed the tube then increased the pressure for more "tugging" effect) then I wasn't focusing/looking at my penis for a long while and when I looked at the tube boom. blisters. I had to drain them because their size would have cause more damage than keeping them (don't worry I know what I'm doing I'm a senior med student) for anyone who needs to know how to manage a blister correctly: get a sterilized needle,sterilize the blister with a cotton lightly soaked with alcohol then make a small puncture near the base of the blister and apply GENTLE pressure. its very important to keep the overlying skin as it acts as a protective layer for the sensitive underlying tissues. after that disinfect the area with alcohol again but know that it will burn as hell. if you are going to wear pants/boxers, apply antibiotic cream then wrap the affected area with petroleum gauze dressing and change it every day. personally,I've found "letting it dry on its own after draining" more effective than wraping it but the vasline wraps aids in comfort. be smart with your pumping don't be as stupid as me guys lol
 
Yeah, when you start to pull on the tube when pumping, it increase the pressure inside, sometimes drastically so. I did an experiment with 5HG and when I pulled hard it went nearly to 15HG.
