Solid routine but it seems like you have reached a plateau. I would say add more hanging throughout the day or at night. My thought would be to add anything that you're able to be dedicated and consistent with...I tried hanging for a short spell and it wasn't something I could see myself doing with the amount of discipline needed for good results, so I focused that time/effort on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] routine. You may find hanging enjoyable and therefore willing to put the necessary time into it...same with using The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] or any other device.

One thing BeardedBaldy keyed-on, was healing in an erected state, which followed what I've been doing with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] sessions...having the highest EQ for the longest period has given me the best results, but of course, YMMV

As an addition it would be good but as a replacement, no. Yes, that is a great time to wear. To gain size you will want to wear at full intensity and when healing you will move to a medium tension. At full gaining mode I would go 1/2-1 hour a set before taking off, circulating blood and reattaching. If you want to avoid the time it takes to do this I highly recommend the VLC modification as you can take off and put on the SizeGenetics in seconds rather than minutes. For healing wear as long as you can at a medium, comfortable setting.

When using an extender, you need to increase the tension every 15mins or 20mins. But during your first set, don't increase tension. Start increasing the tension from your second set. Let's say you want to wear the extender for 4 hours. During your first 1 hour, just stretch to max tension but dont increase the tension every 15mins or 20mins. Increment should start from your second set because the first set is considered as warm up.

from the second set, start increasing the tension every 15mins. English is not my language, I do hope you understood what I have written.
 
as per my failure to gain any length using any mentioned technique,routine etc... I have decided to go back to square one;heavy hanging. And for girth I will rely on pumping and clamping. Will start from today and see where this leads me after a month or so
