Yeah, when you start to pull on the tube when pumping, it increase the pressure inside, sometimes drastically so. I did an experiment with 5HG and when I pulled hard it went nearly to 15HG.

just finished doing 4 sets of 300 jelqs (1200 jelqs lol) and 15 mins of testicle health massage/ball jelqs. on good news side of things: I was able to fix my extender (part of the base broke) but I'm not going to test it until my blisters heal.

I’ll tell you what my brother, I had a small ingrown hair that caused the small pimple to arise and I popped it squeezed it and when I started doing PE again the scar got stretched out and it left a much bigger pit mark that if I left alone??

all gone. good and healed now. still some pinkish spots on my relatively darker penis skin but no sensitivity or pain. tried the extender and it works so thats great. I realised what I did wrong before;I added too much rods so that I wasn't able to pull the cradle over the rods thats why the side of the base broke,so I took all the extras off and tried it from there for an hour. while I was able to get a good extension,it wasn't very strong so I'll start again by adding the 2.5 cm rod instead of the 5 and go slowly from there. you live and learn from your mistakes and I am surely learning now

last couple says were super stressful, I couldn't do more than 1 hr in the extender and some jelps but my EQ was so bad and my mind was all over the place and it was such a crappy jelq session so I stopped because I was just jelqing the skin and fluid retention was starting to happen. I've got exactly a week until my summer vacation finally starts,when that happens hopefully I'll be stress free not worrying about studying and deadlines and able to do some high quality PE

I’m glad to see that you did not get upset with the extender And went to the gym, it’s better to leave well enough alone and to get out of a situation that stressful, you can revisit it later. But I’m very happy to see that you did get stretching and in some girth work. Keep up the good steady were being progressive when you can.

day 5 friday: wore the extender on max for 1 hour,and after the gym I did 15 mins of blasters and 1 set of newbie stretches followed by 4 sets of 300 jelqs and some pumping (didn't time it because I enjoy it so much)
took saturday off.
day 6 sunday: will try to hang if I get some privacy,if not,then same workout as friday.

I hung 10 kgs for 20 mins then a set of swings with 5 kg for 10 mins. also wore the extender for 2 hours on max (the base is starting to hurt me now...) and in the pm I did 4 sets of 300 jelqs, 5 mins ssj and 5 mins of width compressions.

You will get to nine by September but it will take you putting effort into this every day and doing whatever it takes to get there. It’s not far from where you are so see it as I see it, very simple gain to make.

I'm not gonna measure my bpel now to avoid frustration,but I'll measure it in september. meanwhile I will monitor my bpfsl every 2 weeks or so. now,I'm starting my second week of consistent PE tomorrow. I will try to incorporate hanging more, as well as increase extender time to 3 hours per day on max tension.

Exactly the advice I would give you. This is going to be the best for you because the frustration of constantly measuring can really throw a wrench into your routine.

thats exactly what made me stop before,the frustration of not seeing any gains,I'm glad I went from 8.5-8.6 bpfsl to 8.75 in one week,to me that means I'm doing something right, I will re-measure the bpfsl 2 weeks later to monitor not more. the final bfpel will be in september hopefully it will be 9 inches. also,I graduate dentistry school next year, so I'll start life enlargement as well lol
 
Today I did 5 mins bundled stretches followed by 3 sets newbie stretches,600 jelqs,5 mins ssj 5 mins width compressions.maybe I'll strap on the extender for a.couple of hours. I'm seeing great positive indicators: longer and fuller flaccid hangs and fuller erecyions and I'm more horny than usual haha
 
hit a bit of a rough patch now..... idk things will get better soon I hope. anyways, still trying to focus on my routine and gaining. I'm getting much better looking erections now, and much better flaccid hangs. will measure my bpfsl again in a week to see the progress.
