Day 1: morning
extender (for as long as I can take it to condition myself to wear it for as long as I can)
evening: gym and after it do some manual length and girth plus some pumping.
before bed put on ujw
day 3: couldn't put on the extender this morning,but when to the gym, will take a shower and do some stretches and jelqs maybe pump then wear the extender.
day 4: woke up late so I had a workout now I'll take a shower and do some stretches and jelqs and pump then wear the extender for w few hours. btw the stretches are the newbie routine and I do 4 sets of 300 jelqs.
how and when should I increase the intensity?Sounds like a good relaxing work out and a good way to ease back into things.

the big goal is 10 and a half maybe 11 bpel. I'm not gonna measure my bpel now to avoid frustration,but I'll measure it in september. meanwhile I will monitor my bpfsl every 2 weeks or so. now,I'm starting my second week of consistent PE tomorrow. I will try to incorporate hanging more, as well as increase extender time to 3 hours per day on max tension.
thats exactly what made me stop before,the frustration of not seeing any gains,I'm glad I went from 8.5-8.6 bpfsl to 8.75 in one week,to me that means I'm doing something right, I will re-measure the bpfsl 2 weeks later to monitor not more. the final bfpel will be in september hopefully it will be 9 inches. also,I graduate dentistry school next year, so I'll start life enlargement as well lolExactly the advice I would give you. This is going to be the best for you because the frustration of constantly measuring can really throw a wrench into your routine.
