I was sitting here pumping, and a light bulb went off over my head. I've done "wall presses", and similar exercises where pressure is excerted on the glans and front of the penis while the blood is trapped in it. So heres an idea I came up with. I got some cloth. Several sheets cut from an old T shirt. Packed my tube about the first 4" with these. Got erect, and inserted like I would normally. What happened?

I packed my tube almost immediately! I got pressure thoughout. It's like I'm pumping, and doing some sort of manual girth work at the same time. Not only is the vacuum pulling blood into my penis, but my glans and front of my penis has pressure on it from the packing material as well. I just finished the first set with 10 minutes. I'm about to go at it again for 20. Will report back. In the mean time, here are a couple pics to illustrate.
 
Well, so far so good. If you will look at the pics you will see that my penis only comes up to around the 6.5-7" mark on the tube. Before I added the packing, I would hit around 8.25". I could really feel a nice pressure inside my penis while doing this compressed pumping. Not sure what the long term potential is just yet, but based on my experiences with other some what similar girth exercises, it could be good. I ended up pumping 2 20 minute sets un compressed, and 1 10 minute compressed set, then 2 20 minute compressed sets today. I'll start over again in the morning with the compressed pumping.
 
Still, I will definitely try these, hopefully tonight if I can find some good material. Please find some more cool exercises, they always tend to work very well.
 
I do this too but I just have not been able to get any measurable results as of yet. I expect eventually I will see something but as soon as the pump goes down I go back to normal. I have been doing it this way for 3 months or actually a week over three months. It seems like it should work though!!

How often, and with what level of consistency?
 
Well I am on my second set right now. I put two socks in the tube and my penis can only go lengthwise at a max of 5.5". It is really getting pushed! This hurts bad because of my water blister, but whatever. It does feel like a wall clamp. Damn, genius.

Is it just me, or are you also able to use MORE HG?? 10 HG is about as high as I'm comfortable with going right now until I have a lot more pump time under my belt, but damn...I can really feel the insides wanting to push outward!

I'll put it this way. It's very, very hard for my mouth to suck out any more pressure. I have never had this problem before. I guess I am using 7+ hg easily, without any fluid buildup almost. This is amazing. I need to get a freaking pump so I can measure how much pressure I'm using. Also, my dick was sore like after a wall clamping session. My flaccid was HUGE too, and not a "bloated" look.

did 10min at 10hg with a sock stuffed down it and near pcked it wall to wall ffs.

in the middle of a normal pump for 10mins now and it looks good gonna do this

10min compressed pump at 10hg
10min pump at 7hg
x2

total 40mins pumping. hopefully this is a new step to me gaining girth again. nice find SWM thanx lad. ;)

I am doing it Monday-Wednesday-Friday and I go up to 9-10HG range with an few minutes at 11-12HG now and then. I am using a 2.5" tube now. I think it will eventually show results!

I found a way to do these even with a water blister healing. I used a g-flex sheath from TheGRIP around my erect head and put it in the pump with my two socks and tissue, only allowing about 6.5" max of length, bending and twisting the penis the rest of the way.

These exercises, oh my god. What force they put on the tunica! The past two times I have done these my penis has been BLAAAAAAAAASTED. It feels like a very intense stretch, not hurting, but a "hurts so good" type of thing(like a hardcore 2 hour workout, muscles don't "hurt" but are just so "sore", great feeling! This also means gains). Whenever I think about them my cock feels stretched and heavy, just psychologically.

I have to say that this looks extremely promising for girth. This has me even more hyped up than the wall-clamps. This is like an extended 10 minute constant-erection wall clamp. Your penis expands so uniformly in girth, too. It feels like I get over 10 hg with my mouth sucking(again, my pump is broken) and doing normal pumping I can only get up to 5 before it starts to hurt. This seems to really stop fluid buildup and make the expansion uniform, and it's also like doing manual clamp-girth work. This is an amazing exercise, especially for lazy people. You can be sure you're gaining in a pump and not have to put any work into it!

Plus, I learned with the sheath it is like a tight condom, so I get no donut or any fluid buildup on my head. I think I would get a donut if I didn't wear the sheath, but whatever, you still gain. The sheath just makes it a uniform girth increase, so it looks all natural.

People, please let us know your experiences with this. I could see this being useful for sex too as there is really no fluid buildup for me and it adds an easy .25" in 3 sets of 10 min.

You should need more pressure than normal(at least 2x more) to pull the skin up since your erection will only bend so far and more vacuum pressure brings up more skin, which you need for the seal, plus, the extra vacuum doesn't hurt or damage anything. It's weird, if I used 10hg normally I'd blow my dick up, it feels "normal" with my erection limited to about 6". Very interesting.

At the last set I got up to 20 hg and it felt GREAT! I actually felt euphoria all over my body at this level.

However, it feels like, yes, it is working my CC and mostly CS, but the thing that feels that is being worked the most is my INNER Penis EnlargementNIS. Like, it feels that the area about 2" under my pelvic bone(that inner penis) is just being BLASTED!

I'll take that as a good thing.

Basically the reason why I stopped is because it is a pioneer exercise and no one really knows if you can gain (if any) from it, so I went to a tried-and-true method of Penis Enlargement, which is water pumping.

Today I have a little burn but it will go away by tomarrow.I Pump one day and I take the next day to rest to let that burning to cure before working out again.

I will keep you guys posted once I can post my own post.I will also like to know what is the ring you guys talk about and other excersize for lenght.I am a 7.5 and I want to be a 8.5 or 9 if possible.And my girth goal was 5.5 but with the gains of yesterday I changed to a 6.I thought it was harder to gain girth but I think it's the other way around for me.Thanks for reading and I will appreciate any advice and tips.

I personally feel that if you have only been practicing Penis Enlargement for 1 week, you shouldnt be pumping yet. Lower pressure over an extended period of time produces better permanent results than shorter times at higher pressures.

I'm afraid to pump at lower pressure for more amount of time because of the purple color that I get when I pump for long.Is the discoloration bad or is it normal.How do you know that the penis is in condition.I feel OK when I pump at 5hg for 10 minutes.But since I got used to 5hg I don't feel the same pressure as before so thats why I went up to 6-7hg.On compression pumping I feel nothing at 5hg so thats why I pumped to almost 10hg because it feels like when I pump to 5hg non compression pumping.Anyways I was just wondering if this workout was OK.But I am a newbie and since you are a experience pumper I will take your advice because I don't want to hurt my self.It's just wierd that I'm a newbie at Penis Enlargement and this intensive work out feels OK.

The slight discoloration is normal and temporary. Doing 30-50 wet jelqs and helicopter spins between pumping sets helps with blood circulation and will flush the discoloration away.

Since you got used to 5hg for 10 minutes, doesnt mean you should increase the pressure. The wise thing to do is remain at 5hg but increase the time to 12 minutes and work your way up to 15 minutes/set.

Since youve already gotten used to pumping and like the feeling, it will be hard to convince you to stop for a few weeks and just focus on stretching and jelqing to condition your unit, but I would definitely do it. Your newbie gains are the quickest and usually the biggest gains youll make in such a short period and youre bypassing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] altogether. Newbie routines are the foundation for all Penis Enlargement in my opinion. Why pass up on some of the quickest gains you could achieve by simple stretching and jelqing for 2 months and conditioning your unit for bigger and better things?
