Introduction

Ok, so I'd thought I'd start with a progress thread/diary myself. I've been at this game for a year now, with a break of 1 month after 5 months exercising and then 2 months off during the summer, so a total of 10 months with exercising. I'm 21 years old and live in Norway. I spend approx 15-25 hrs of training (non-Penis Enlargement) every week, and about 10 hrs doing Penis Enlargement.


Now some numbercrunching:

First of all, I'd like to say that I'm a metric-system-guy, so don't shoot me for some halfinaccurate convertions. I'm trying my best though =)

September '09: NBPenis EnlargementL 14.2 cm = 5.6", EG 13 cm = 5.1"
Current, June '10: NBPenis EnlargementL 16.9 cm = 6.65", EG 14,5 cm = 5.7"
Ultimate goal: NBPenis EnlargementL 19 cm = 7.5", EG 15 cm = 5.9"

I haven't measured since June due to the brake, and won't measure until my birthday 8th of october. My goal is to make it to 19 cm = 7.5" by christmas 2010. This would require 2 cm = .85" gain in 3 months. Me personally believe this is totally doable, as long as the dedication, time and effort is there.


My current routine

Stretching: Every day on until I feel to fatigued and sore to continue.
Jelq: 6 days a week on, 1 day off, typically saturday or sunday.
Supra slammers: 2 days on - 1 off until I've reached 20 reps during work-out, will then up to 3 on - 1 off.
Extenderwork: A couple of hours the days I feel like wearing it.

Morning routine, before school

10 mins warmup with hot bottle = 10 minutes
3 x 60 seconds left, right, up, down, downright, downleft, upright, upleft, straight out = 27 mins
4 x 60 seconds mandingo stretches = 4 minutes
(50 x 3-5second jelqs + 25 x 3-5second v-jelqs + 3 x supra slammers) x 4

Evening routine, after school, training and work, before going to bed

10 mins warmup with hot bottle = 10 minutes
3 x 60 seconds left, right, up, down, downright, downleft, upright, upleft, straight out = 27 mins
4 x 60 seconds mandingo stretches = 4 minutes
2 x 60 seconds straight up bundled stretches = 2 minutes.

Kegels: I try to do 50 short 2-second ones everytime I think about them, so I'm probably doing around 250-300 every day, guesstimate.

Total: Approx 90 minutes pr day (excl warmups) with focus on length. 70%-ish of the exercising is length-oriented as this is my main goal. I will get that almost-one-inch before christmas!


Training program - typical week

Monday: Day off/45 mins easy ride
Tuesday: Interval ride, typically 30 min warmup + 50 mins at AT + 2 hours riding after intervals
Wednesday: Enduranceride, typically ~4 hrs easy pace
Thursday: Interval ride, typically 30 min warmup + 20 mins at >AT + 2 hours riding after intervals
Friday: Short ride 1-2 hrs easy pace
Saturday: Enduranceride, typically ~4 hrs easy pace
Sunday: Interval ride, typically 30 min warmup + 40 min at AT (uphill training) + 2 hours riding after intervals

Although this varies alot, depending on wether I'm in the off-season building endurance and overall capacity + strength or mid-season doing races and shorter V02 max workouts.


The logging process

I won't be logging hours training non-pe here, as I'm doing that in a more detailed and scientific program on my computer, would take to much time logging this here. I will try to update log once or twice pr week, reporting if it looks longer/thicker, overall feel, injuries (i'll try my best to avoid this though) and ofcourse measurements and progress. My measuringdays will be:

1: 8th of october
2: 8th of november
3: 18th of december (day after my last exam, before going to spend the holidays with my family)

Short-term goals would be to increase by 0.6667 cm = .3" every month, so I'll do my best to aquire this. I know this is a hard-to-reach goal, and many might say it's impossible. I guess I'll be the one to prove them wrong ;) This means that the measurements should according to schedule be something like this:

1: 17.566667 cm = 6.9"
2: 18.233337 cm = 7.2"
3: 19 cm = 7.5"


Other

* I'm drinking green tea like a bitch, 4 cups daily. I feel it helps with flaccid hang, and the shit is awesome - it cures cancer ffs! Well, at least close to it.
* I'm trying to get at least 8 hrs of sleep every night.
* I've rolled up a papersheet and made it the size I'm going to be - just for inspiration

And as a first post I'm logging my exercising this week so far:

Monday
Did the routine with the supra slammers introduction. I've never done this exercise before and man this is AWESOME! I'm getting probably 0.5 cm = 1/4" expansion girth-wise, and it seems like I'm pushing the length as well. Did 6 of them. Stretching going ok. Ejaculated.

Tuesday
Once again with supra slammers, 9 of them this time. They give me a really large plump flaccid afterwards, I have high hopes for this one. Didn't ejaculate today. Other note: Got my iPhone 4 today, oHydromaxygod it's awesome!

Wednesday
Day off the supra slammers, EQ is better now, just proves that the supraslammers really beats the shit out of my dick. "Had" to shoot my load in the evening before the evening stretching routine. First day of school this year =)

Thursday
Back at the SS. Once again great expansion and my dick feels really sore. The same goes for my head which is starting to feel sore from all the stretching and extenderwork. Maybe I'll try to not use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/learn to wrap differently and more comfortable. Blew my load. Did 12 SS today.

Friday
SS again today. Going as normal, but got more horny than usual from the SS today, so I ejaculated. Did a great stretching routine today, so threw in 15 min more of stretching during the morning-routine (half an episode of the simpsons - lol). Did 15 SS today.
 
Yeah, I know. It's a pretty tough goal. I have to gain close to what I've gained during 9 months, in just 3 months. But then again I'm putting in three times the effort

Saturday 11.
Day off jelqs. Did a total of 1 hr 30 min of stretching today. 3 sets of 30 minutes. Gone okay besides I've gotten a small tare in the frenulum. Oh what the hell :blush:

Sunday 12.
First a set of 30 min stretches. Next session 1 hr 2 min (give or take a couple of seconds :) ) jelq/supra slammers. Did 16 of them today, the routine felt too long and I didn't feel that I benefited from the extra SS. Right afterwards I put on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 2 hours before taking a couple of hours break (training) and then the last session 45 minutes of stretching.

Monday 13.
Did a 30 min nice and easy stretch. Normally I pull like I'm about to rip it off my body, but took it nice and slow today with extra heating. Felt good. Then I put on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1 hour while doing some homework. Just did 45 minutes jelq/SS, did 12 SS today and it felt much better. Think I'll stay at this level for a couple of more days. Going to work now, and I'm gonna do a 45 minute stretch session when I get home, and then put on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for an hour while playing COD :s

Overall impressions after 1 week
I can tell my BPFSL is longer already, possibly around 1/4" longer. I used to be shorter than my tv-remote, now I'm longer ;) I've lost some EQ, but that doesn't really bother me all that much right now. I don't belive that EQ has to be 10/10 to produce gains. The routine feels good, and the SS are awesome for expansion, they really rock. Oh, and I've started drinking black tea with ginger. I've read on another forum that this helps with EQ so why not give it a shot?

The remotes used to haunt me:) My big remote is 11" and my smaller one is 8". When I first started Penis Enlargement I was shorter than the small one 10 years later I am almost as long as the big one:) Penis Enlargement is amazing:)
 
Haha, yeah, remotes are awesome :P Since I've passed my 1 remote by 1/2 inch I guess I'll have to buy a new one to compare with :D

Tuesday 14.
Woke up with a fucking iron rod of a morning wood. Pretty packed schedule today, so got a 40 min stretching session before school, then straight to training and then straight to a meeting with Samsung. When I got home 11.30 PM I did 30 minutes of jelqing with GREAT expansion (got little red dots). Felt like I had a good "length pull" as well during the jelqs. Black tea seems to help when drinking it 20 mins before jelq session!

Wednesday 15.'
Even more packed schedule for today. Woke up, did 30 min stretching while eating breakfast before running off to school. Went straight from school and off to work. Did my jelq routine as well, 45 minutes.

Note to self
Total Penis Enlargement time last week: 16 hours jelq/stretching + ~ 10 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

On really stressed out days that leaves no more than 1-1.5 hour of time for Penis Enlargement, I'm doing 1 stretching routine of 30 minutes, but what should be my priority for the 2nd session? Should I do my jelqs or get in another stretching session? Focus is LENGTH and length only.

Thursday 16:
15 min of morning stretching, but I got erect all the time so did 45 min jelqing. I the evening I did another 30 min of stretching. Note to self: Recieved my 5000$ training program today, can't start on it due to knee injury

Friday 17.
30 min stretching in the morning followed by 30 min jelqs (no supra slammers today). Did 45 min stretching in the evening.

Saturday 18.
Today is my day off. Was going to this craaazy party, but my grandmother is now in the hospital, so I went home to my parents.

Sunday 19.
Supposed to do routine today, but since my frenulum is injured I'm taking another day off. Went to visit granny, she's ok.

Monday 29.
30 min stretching, got 80% erect during stretching so just did them partly erect. 45 mintutes of jelqing w/12 SS, going to do 30 min stretching later on today.

Relevant notes
*Black tea really helps with EQ
*My EQ is not 100%
*Total of ish 10 hours jelq/stretching + ~8 hrs of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (don't really note down the extenderuse when I'm going to sleep etc, only in combination with the real sessions.)

NEED SOME HELP!!!!
I've got a couple of questions to you guys:

1: My erections are really easy to get up to 80%, but I rarely reach a full on 100% iron rod hardon. What causes this? How can I fix it? Is it most likely due to alot of Penis Enlargement?

2: I had 2 days this week where I didn't have time for 3 sessions. I do 1 stretching session on days like these, but what should be my priority for the 2nd session? Jelq or another stretching session? I'm only interested in length atm.
 
You may be overtraining a bit if eq is faltering. Maybe take a few days off, when you can, and see if eq increases....I know it will.

If you are mainly concerned with length then you should do mainly length exercises. Jelqing is a poor length exercise, instead do two stretching sessions.
 
I do not pay too much attention to those numbers, I am more concerned with long term gains measured properly using a ruler. What I do know is the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is bringing me ever so close to the 11 x 7 size I have been trying to cement for a while.
 
Tuesday 21:
1 fucking superset consisting of: 20 min stretching, then 1 hr [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] while doing schoolwork, followed by 40 min jelqs, followed by another hour of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] while finishing schoolwork, then followed by another 30 minute set of stretching. In the evening I did another 30 minute set of stretching. WHAT A GREAT DAY!

Wednesday 22:
40 min jelq including 12 SS. Got fluid buildup today (at least that's what I think it was). Followed by 30 min of stretching. Went to school, did 30 min stretching when I got home and then another 30 minutes stretching before going to bed. Been doing Supraslammers 1 on - 1 off, MUCH better!

Thursday 23:
30 min of regular jelqs followed by 45 min of stretching. Did a 30 minute stretchingset in the evening. EQ is much better due to 1 on - 1 off with the supra slammers. I can feel my girth have increased, squeezes are alot more difficult to do now. Friday 24:
30 min stretching session when I woke up. Then did a 40 min jelq session including SS. Penis feeling really fatigued after a tough week, looking forward to rest day tomorrow.

2 sets of stretching, no jelq today!

Day completely off. Felt nice

Monday 27.
2 stretching sessions of 30 mins each. Didn't feel like jelqing today.

Tuesday 28.
30 min stretching followed by a 30 min jelq session. Then did 30 min stretching in the evening. Supra Slammers today

Wednesday 29.
Same as yesterday, but without the SS. I felt NO expansion whatsoever yesterday and today. Low motivation for jelqs, they get really boring now adays. Any comments? Should I stop and do some other exercise or just stop being bored while doing them? :P
Also, as of tuesday I started with a new thing. Once I'm about to ejaculate and orgasm, I stop stroking near the head, only the shaft. Gives insaaanely powerful and longer orgasms, and the EQ seems better.

I mean, it must have been 1/4" larger than usual just in the blink of an eye! I was like wtf and continued the routine, and it just wouldn't stop expanding!

After 16 SS my dick was so fat and long (btw, I've added something to the SS. When "clamping" I grab the head with my other hand and pull out = an erect stretch as well). I tried on a condom which I haven't been using for sex, it's one of those you get for free from one of those companies that fights STD. I just couldn't put it on, it was painful to roll it over tha glans, and it squeezed all the blood and size away! AWESOME! I didn't measure though, as I'm not on a measuring day until next weekend.

Update once again!

Thursday 30.
40 min jelq + 30 min stretches. SS today. Got a HUGE expansion girthwise! Length also seems longer, I'm 95% sure I've gained noticably. 30 min stretching in the evening as well

Friday 1.
1 week until measuringday. Did 30 min stretches, then 30 min jelq, no SS. My dick feels thicker (cant close my small girlie-hands around it no more once completely expanded), and looks longer. DId another 30 min set of stretching in the evening.

Saturday 2.
Rest day, but can't keep my hands away. Did a 45 min edging session. As a gift (both for doing good Penis Enlargement work and as a birthdaygift from me to me) I bought myself a Louis Vuitton messenger today. I'm looking hot and packing! :cool:

Sunday 3.
1 30 min stretching session today. Looking forward to next weekend and measuring day. I think it will be postponed from friday 8th (as it's my birthday and I've got alot of plans), and till monday 11th. Will spend the weekend with my family, so not very inspirational for Penis Enlargement :P

Monday 04.
1 hr stretching set, didn't have time for several sessions today, so only one long.

Tueday 05.
30 min stretching in the morning, followed by 30 min jelq. My dick feels bigger all over, and the middlefinger against thumb test verifies this. I can now officialy don't close them once erect without squeezing my dick. My dick doesn't have the same girth all the way though, it's fatter just behind the head and fat at the base. There's a 2" "piece" between these two that looks smaller. What can I do to even this out?
 
the side or underneath? either way... few options

1)Change your jelqs to where you focus more pressure where it thins out(ex. if its on the sides kind of pinch in)

2)Bathmate

3)Persistence, you've been doing this routine for a solid month(very good thread btw). To even EVERYTHING out might take a little longer than your intended goal. Think of it as fine tuning a machine, you have a deadline for the draft then you go back to tweak it to get it to where you like.

Great advice. For many guys unevenness seems to be corrected through basic pe after some time.
 
No worries then? ;) I'm kind of thinking like, hey, let's get the basic size up, and then fine-tune the appearance (skin + evenness + skin color etc) once the fundation is build. First raise the house, then paint the walls!

Same day as every other day :P 30 min stretch followed by a 40 min jelq session. Then another 30 min stretching in the evening. Supra slammers

Thursday 7.
Same as yesterday (even did the supra slammers to days in a row now! EQ is worse.

Friday 8.
Happy birthday little duck! :D Was sooo busy, so only a 30 min stretch session

Saturday 9. + Sunday 10.
Resting. EQ low + at my parents place, so no privacy.

Monday 11. MEASURING DAY!

Today is the evaluation of the past month, and making adaptions to the next one. I will change my routine based on the measurements I get here. From the first post, this was my plan:

1: 17.566667 cm = 6.9"
2: 18.233337 cm = 7.2"
3: 19 cm = 7.5"

The red highlighted is today the measuring day. And this is my results

NBPenis EnlargementL: 17.4 cm = 6.9"
BPenis EnlargementL: 18.6 cm = 7.3"
EG: 15.1 cm =5,9" mid shaft + base, in between 14.7 cm = 5,8"
NBPFSL = 19.1 cm = 7.5"

This means I´m .2cm SHORTER than the plan. This could be due to bad erection though (have been going through some seriously challenging emotional stuff this weekend, goddamn women lol). Will do another measurement pherhaps later today or tomorrow to compare.

On the countrary, I´ve grown .9 cm in girth! That is INSANE, .4" in one month! I give all the credit for these gains to the supra slammers, they´ve been awesome!

Changes in routine, and adaptions

Well, I´ve reached my final girth goal, so no point in working alot on that any more. This would mean I´m gonna stop doing supra slammers from my routine and shorten down the jelq sessions. No more 45 min jelq routines (thank god, they were getting boring, but effective as hell). Instead I will now focus even more on length, but do some basic jelqs to keep bloodflow and EQ.

On another note I know for sure I´ve been shooting off after too many sessions. This could be and most likely are the reason for my low EQ. Will try to fix this, although it´s quite addictive.

Also, the difference between FSL and EL is 1.7 cm = .7", which is quite big. What exercises can I do to close the gap? This is something I havent read much about, any tips? On the positive note though my future size is the FSL right now, so I have high hopes =)

New routine

30 min stretching session with the basic stretches + mandingo.
20 min jelq
30 min stretching
(2 x 10 min stretching somewhere during the day)

This is now focusing even more on length, and I´m hoping this will bring me the gains I want.

Overall impressions and "review"

I´m quite happy with myself and the gains i´ve gotten. I have been working really hard, doing long hours of Penis Enlargement. This has brought me results. It´s not quiiiite as good as I´ve been hoping for lengthwise, but girthwise has really blown me away. Guess I´m an easy girthgainer and a hard lengthgainer. The SUPRA SLAMMERS are the most powerful exercise I´ve ever done, and should be tried by anyone that wants to gain girth.

New goals for the next measurements

2: 18.2cm = 7.2" (november 8th)
3: 19 cm = 7.5" (december 18th)
 
I just compared the previous me with the brand new me on thevisualiser. I've grown 12% in volume since the last measurement, and I'm a whopping 64% bigger in volume now than a year ago!
 
Did another measurement today. Results are these
NBPenis EnlargementL: 17.4 cm = 6.9"
BPenis EnlargementL: 18.6 cm = 7.3" (No change in these from yesterday then)
EG: 14.8 cm =5,8" mid shaft + base, in between 14.6 cm = 5,7" (smaller than yesterday)
Clamped EL: 17.9 cm = 7"


I don't quite know how to interpret these results. The girth could be EQ type of thing as I blew my load twice yesterday :blush: But the main thing that I'm noticing is the .5 cm difference in NBPenis EnlargementL and clamped EL. Thats a fairly large difference! Maybe I should do some clamping?

Before going to bed I did 20 min stretching + 1.5 hr of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]

Thursday 14.
8 min x 3 clamping. 40 min stretching followed by 2 hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Then in the evening 30 min stretching followed by an hour of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Clamping doesn't give me an extreme expansion, but I'm sure it will be better once I'm at a decent timelevel. It gives me more length expansion than girth expansion, so thats good!
 
I don't seem to get much responses on my questions here, but I'll ask nevertheless. I don't get much fatigue feeling from stretching. It takes a LOT of power to get to the same "stretching feeling" as before, and my hands are too weak to apply these forces. What should I do? I know I've been very inconsistent and slubbish with the warmups, maybe this will help? Or should I take a week with only 1 light stretching session each day to let the penis recover and let me start all over again? Kind of lost on this

30 min jelq with 14 supraslammers (hard to stop doing them, they're sooo awesome). Sunday 17.
1 loong superset of 20 min stretches, 1 hr [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], 30 min stretching and 1 hr [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] egain.

Monday 18.
3 x 10 min clamp. 30 min stretches in the evening.

I think your gains are great. Don't worry too much about the feeling when stretching. Use good technique, get the hours in and measure. I wouldn't change it if it's working for you.
In my opinion, warm ups/downs don't matter that much.
I would say really intense girth workouts need more recovering time than stretching. Use EQ and soreness as signals for rest.
 
Hmm. How often do you think it's ok to stretch? As of right now I'm doing 2 or 3 30-minute stretching sessions each day. Do you think it would be more beneficial to do only 1? Or should I just stretch as hard as I can as much as I can for as long as I can? :P

I've been thinking the same thing. Especially, how hard should you pull? When you stretch muscles, muscle won't stretch, if you feel pain, so is it same thing with your dick? As far as I know, you can do it as often you wish, but you need to watch your erection quality, and if you feel pain, don't do it.

Nah, I can't wear it more than one hour before taking a 10 minute break where I massage my penis. It's not a very comfortable device imo.

WTF i thought, it's just basic jelqs, i've done tens of thousands of these without injury. Well, from the looks of it I've burst a capillar and I now have a 6x6 mm "lump" of blood. Wasn't intense or anything like that, so i must have pinched it or something, i dunno. Oh well, time to rest I suppose...
 
Good news! Did heating and cooling yesterday, and the bruise is almost completely gone. Won't be doing any jelqing today, but i'll do some constricted boas.

Monday 08 - MEASURING DAY!

So, I've done another month of pretty tough Penis Enlargement'ing, lots of stretching and sore frenulum for all the grabbing and stretching lol. I've shortened down the jelqs and done more extenderwork and supersets including my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. And the results aaaare: *Drumroll*

I've grown .4 cm in one month. I don't concider that bad, but I'd wish it was more because of all the work I've put in. Last month I gained .5 cm, so I've gained less this month than last month, even though I've been doing alot more stretching.

From this I learn that concidering the difference between my SL and EL, I need to do girthwork. Get that bloodpump going, learning my penis to accept more blood. I can also see from the look of my penis that i probably could park a 40-foot boat in between the ligs on the top of my penis, as I like to do downward stretches the most. Next month I'll do more upward stretching, back to that later.

I kind of thought that it was too good to be true. I've lost some size, but I'm not really all that dissapointed. I haven't done nearly as much jelq work as I "should" do this month, and my gains from the last time wasn't really cemented. Don't really have alot to say about this, as this isn't my priority right now.

NBPFSL

I've grown .3 cm in FSL since last measurement. I find this odd. I've done less girthwork to fill the penis up with blood, and yet I've gained more in EL than in SL. I don't really know how to understand this. Maybe the "cord" which I've been restrained by before has been tougher to enlarge than what my tunica has been, i don't really know. However, I know that I'm now past my final EL goal in SL, so the possibility of reaching my goal is still there although it might take more time than what I was dreaming of. We'll see ;)

Review of routine:

1: I've confirmed my presumption. Mostly stretching and little jelqs don't really do it for me. I haven't gained what I was hoping for, and now I need to do something different.
2: I like doing downward stretches, so these are what I've been doing the most. I think the possibilities of gaining from these are smaller than from upward stretches.
3: I've been doing to little kegeling and too little jelqing. I've had a much lower EQ this month than last month
4: I'm still shit with warmups, lol

Changes for the next month, and new routine

I won't be doing as much downward stretches as before. I will incorporate resiflexes for my next month, and I'll be doing supra slammers again. I will also keep using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and during my stretching routine I will be doing more upward and straight out stretches, and less downward and behind the cheeks.

The routine, most likely a sundays off routine

Stretching, done twice or more pr day
60 second stretches to the right, left and down. 1 set of each.
60 second straight up and straight out, 2 set of each
Resiflexes, 5 x 100 kegels
Mandingo stretches, 60 seconds, 2 sets each way, total of 4 minutes total
Internal stretches 60 seconds, 2 sets

Jelq and girthwork
15 minutes of jelqing
10-15 supra slammers, totaling in 20-25 minutes each day.

Other
Try to do more kegels and maybe try some balooning.

Total gains in 2 months (+ 2 months of very inconsistent and little Penis Enlargement)

I concider this to be VERY good! rofl According to thevisualizer, this is an increase of 12% in volume since two months ago, and a whopping 63% increase in 15 months.

I hope I'm proving my point that when it comes to length, MORE IS MORE! 1.5-2 hours of manual stretching + extenderwork brings results.

Thank you! There's a reason for my goal. I'm afraid of leaving some of it out in the cold, I reaaally don't want that.

I have a question for you guys though. My testosteronelevels have always been sky-high naturally. Do you think this is benificial to Penis Enlargement? I've always done great at every sport I've been doing, and I gain muscle mass at incredible rates. The downside however has been some pretty fucking intense acne, causing me to stay inside for pretty much a year, doing anti-depressants and roaccutane. I literally have no pictures of me between age 14-17 because of this. Maybe I'm finally seing some benefits?
