Introduction
Ok, so I'd thought I'd start with a progress thread/diary myself. I've been at this game for a year now, with a break of 1 month after 5 months exercising and then 2 months off during the summer, so a total of 10 months with exercising. I'm 21 years old and live in Norway. I spend approx 15-25 hrs of training (non-Penis Enlargement) every week, and about 10 hrs doing Penis Enlargement.
Now some numbercrunching:
First of all, I'd like to say that I'm a metric-system-guy, so don't shoot me for some halfinaccurate convertions. I'm trying my best though =)
September '09: NBPenis EnlargementL 14.2 cm = 5.6", EG 13 cm = 5.1"
Current, June '10: NBPenis EnlargementL 16.9 cm = 6.65", EG 14,5 cm = 5.7"
Ultimate goal: NBPenis EnlargementL 19 cm = 7.5", EG 15 cm = 5.9"
I haven't measured since June due to the brake, and won't measure until my birthday 8th of october. My goal is to make it to 19 cm = 7.5" by christmas 2010. This would require 2 cm = .85" gain in 3 months. Me personally believe this is totally doable, as long as the dedication, time and effort is there.
My current routine
Stretching: Every day on until I feel to fatigued and sore to continue.
Jelq: 6 days a week on, 1 day off, typically saturday or sunday.
Supra slammers: 2 days on - 1 off until I've reached 20 reps during work-out, will then up to 3 on - 1 off.
Extenderwork: A couple of hours the days I feel like wearing it.
Morning routine, before school
10 mins warmup with hot bottle = 10 minutes
3 x 60 seconds left, right, up, down, downright, downleft, upright, upleft, straight out = 27 mins
4 x 60 seconds mandingo stretches = 4 minutes
(50 x 3-5second jelqs + 25 x 3-5second v-jelqs + 3 x supra slammers) x 4
Evening routine, after school, training and work, before going to bed
10 mins warmup with hot bottle = 10 minutes
3 x 60 seconds left, right, up, down, downright, downleft, upright, upleft, straight out = 27 mins
4 x 60 seconds mandingo stretches = 4 minutes
2 x 60 seconds straight up bundled stretches = 2 minutes.
Kegels: I try to do 50 short 2-second ones everytime I think about them, so I'm probably doing around 250-300 every day, guesstimate.
Total: Approx 90 minutes pr day (excl warmups) with focus on length. 70%-ish of the exercising is length-oriented as this is my main goal. I will get that almost-one-inch before christmas!
Training program - typical week
Monday: Day off/45 mins easy ride
Tuesday: Interval ride, typically 30 min warmup + 50 mins at AT + 2 hours riding after intervals
Wednesday: Enduranceride, typically ~4 hrs easy pace
Thursday: Interval ride, typically 30 min warmup + 20 mins at >AT + 2 hours riding after intervals
Friday: Short ride 1-2 hrs easy pace
Saturday: Enduranceride, typically ~4 hrs easy pace
Sunday: Interval ride, typically 30 min warmup + 40 min at AT (uphill training) + 2 hours riding after intervals
Although this varies alot, depending on wether I'm in the off-season building endurance and overall capacity + strength or mid-season doing races and shorter V02 max workouts.
The logging process
I won't be logging hours training non-pe here, as I'm doing that in a more detailed and scientific program on my computer, would take to much time logging this here. I will try to update log once or twice pr week, reporting if it looks longer/thicker, overall feel, injuries (i'll try my best to avoid this though) and ofcourse measurements and progress. My measuringdays will be:
1: 8th of october
2: 8th of november
3: 18th of december (day after my last exam, before going to spend the holidays with my family)
Short-term goals would be to increase by 0.6667 cm = .3" every month, so I'll do my best to aquire this. I know this is a hard-to-reach goal, and many might say it's impossible. I guess I'll be the one to prove them wrong This means that the measurements should according to schedule be something like this:
1: 17.566667 cm = 6.9"
2: 18.233337 cm = 7.2"
3: 19 cm = 7.5"
Other
* I'm drinking green tea like a bitch, 4 cups daily. I feel it helps with flaccid hang, and the shit is awesome - it cures cancer ffs! Well, at least close to it.
* I'm trying to get at least 8 hrs of sleep every night.
* I've rolled up a papersheet and made it the size I'm going to be - just for inspiration
