The reason that I began to consider changing things up, is because how my ligaments would fatigue using the Kettle Bell. I would only feel the ligament or attachment (not sure what it is) behind my penis at the base (between ass and balls) bearing the weight. It is my understanding that it is best to hit the suspensory lig to begin with and I did not feel consistent fatigue in that area. Although with the KB positioned correctly on the shaft (just forward from the extreme base) I could put a nice stress on the suspensory ligs, but it wasn't a consistent feeling.
So I decided to look into hanging and have spent the last 3 days perfecting my wrap and technique with the Captn's Wench. It's an amazing tool that is incredibly affordable and surprisingly very sturdy and promising in the way of the weight it can hold and how comfortable and user frenziedly it is. I plan on upgrading to the BIB once I am hanging weight over 10-12lbs.
I have been doing a lot of reading on hanging theory and my understanding of it, has made attack using BIB's theory, riding the fatigue. I heal very fast so I feel that it is important to stress the ligs all through the day every day. So as not to let them heal and become stronger and shorter on off days. So I have decided to incorporate manuals and piss pulls on top of my hanging. I would hang 3 times a day but due to privacy and college I am not able to dedicate this much time, so I am going to rely on my AM 10-20 min manuals and my piss pulls to keep things lengthened and keep the ligs in a fatigued state throughout the day until I am able to hang in the late PM.
So my new routine is as follows:
- 10-20 mins SD & BTC manuals first thing in the AM
- Uncle Jim Wrap (all day re-wrapping at each restroom break)
- Piss Pulls SD & BTC throughout the day
- Hang 4x-6x SD @ 7.5lbs/20mins
Comments: I have finally begin to perfect my wrap technique and am now able to get consistent sets at 20 mins. I am using heat for 15mins each set and for the last 5mins I am removing the heat as to let the ligs cool elongated. I read at thunder's about research that some scientists did on lengthening rat ligaments. In this journal they said to lengthen the ligaments not only is heat needed but to have the ligs stay elongated and permanently lengthen, they have to cool in the extended state.
This is my strategy for the time being and I am hoping to get a consistent 45 days straight with no time off and measure BPFSL to asses my efficiency.

Great update. I am happy you like the Captn's Wench, it is so simple to build and you can hand a decent amount of weight. The routine looks tight and I think the November 5th measurement will be fruitful!
