Hey everyone hows it going? Byrdy here, this is my first post in over 3 years, I haven't been on the boards consistantly since 2009.. Life however brought me back to me and I have been reading like a fiend on the new posts. I have found that reading other people's logs has been extremely informativie and looks like a good way to stay motivate and track progress.

I have decided to create my own thread the last 3 weeks I have been trying to find a proper routine that I felt would help me get the gains from Penis Enlargement that I have never achieved in the past. I started doing Penis Enlargement at the very in off 2007.. I logged around 100 hours on that only to get discouraged with glands discomfort and slippage. I believe when I very first started Penis Enlargement if I remember right I was:

NBEL: 6 1/4"
MSEG: 5 1/4"

I made noticeable gains in my past attempt only in BFSL which I remember seeing at 7 1/4. For MY EL and EG I never saw a noticeable change. The lack of ruler motivation and reward caused me to slowly fizzled out of Penis Enlargement.

Well I'm BACK
So the last 3 weeks I have been reading as much as I possible can on other peoples routines and decided to post my take on things. I feel like I finally have found a powerful enough routine that I am confident enough to post because I am almost sure of gains with this strategy.

Current Stats:


NBEL: 6 1/2"
MSEG: 5.5"

I believe in the last 3 weeks I have gained in girth solely from the Blue Whale MANDINGO stretches. I have a noticeable horizontal stretch mark on my mid shaft. I think I have gained around 1/4" in MSEG from this. How ever I did not see change in in EL.. This is when I decided to up my routine and gratefully stumbled upon KETTLE BELL stretches.

I began doing kettle bells last night and they seem so promising that I am excited about Penis Enlargement now completely.

Here is my current routine using 10lb kettle bell.

AM:
20mins Kettle Bell
3-5mins Mandingo
Jim's Wrap method
Noon:
20-30min Kettle Bell
3-5mins Mandingo

During everyone of my showers, I take two a day I try to do at least 5mins BTC stretching

I decided to start with a much lower weight than everyone else that I have seen posting in hopes that longer sessions will promote good gains. Also I feel if I gradually raise the weight it will keep my gains more consistent rather than getting gains quickly but then hardening the ligaments from the heavy weight and making growth harder.

My goal with the wrap method is to always keep my penis extended and never allow for turteling so ideally I am doing some form of Penis Enlargement constantly throughout the day.. The times I have to piss and can't re wrap right away I just count that as a small amount of time that is good for my glands and entire penis to get free blood to.

I am so confident in these stretches because today only after 2 days on them I noticed that my pubic hair was going down my shaft further than I had remembered it. I later read on another post that this was a sure sign of length growth. Very excited with future measurement. I plan on measuring again Oct. 30

Do to my bad experiences with noose [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] I think I am going to go the vacuum method and grab one of Monkey Bar's V4 vacuums

Also made great gains in the gym today new PRs:

10 rep Bent Barbell Row 225lbs
5 Rep Dead lift 315lbs.

I feel like I am on my way to mastering the Jim's wrap... This is approximately my 7 day using it. The only comments I can make on that is start at the lower middle of the shaft with the wrap than work your way down to the extreme base raping up your scrotum partially in the process than work your way up making sure to snugly secure every wrap on your way up. If you get the thing too lose it wont hold your stretch for more than a few mins.

I use my left hand to hold out my penis the entire time. Using my my fingers and my thumb I hold the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] in my right hand raping it one handed as my move up and down the shaft.

A++ for research and exercise choice. I like to see men take responsibility for themselves and really dig into the meat of what they are doing. I have not used the Kettle Ball but I know it was the rage last year. Hopefully you can bring some more light in this area. Yo DLD! thx for the post man!! I appreciate that, that's just the motivation i needed to grab some new gains. I am trying to be as dedicated as possible this time around and am trying to take a more statistical approach to my progress. I actually left my last gf to pursue my Penis Enlargement career lol.. I felt like I wouldn't have the focus and the time with her in my life ha! Penis Enlargement actually marks a new direction in my everyday life.. I am a recovering opiate addict and I feel that Penis Enlargement is something that I can put enough time into to keep my mind occupied!

As far as my exercises go everything seems to be going well. I feel that I will probably be out growing the small 10lb weight that I am using atm.. Although I want to stay with my plan and achieve any gains I can at lower weights. This is probably just the impatient part of my personality coming out.

I went down to the store and purchased a wood ruler so I could track my gains and my official BPFSL: 7 21/32" or 7.656"

I wanted to document when I took my measurement also. It was after my second hang session, hot shower than 2mins BTC and 2mins Mandingo. Pull and measure!

So since I last measured a few years back I guess I have grown :) so that's a small celebration in itself. I would take BPenis EnlargementL but I have a up curve and it makes it hard to get that measurement. I feel as though I'm always cutting myself a little short. However I am going attempt a tailor tape measurement possibly later tonight. As to photo document my EL progress

Well I am very happy with you new found inspiration to make this happen, you know what you have to do! It is also great that you are doing this in the public forums for so many others to learn and grow from.

I thought I'd check in and share my new hanging invention. It is made with a Theraband.. one of those workout band thingies that provide elastic resistance for exercise. I used the handle of one of those... did a small sewing modification (which I'm very proud of lol) and a AE pulley belt attached to barbell weights! So in loo of this I decided to add a 2 1/2lb plate to my weight total hanging weight putting me at 12 1/2 lbs.

I feel like the shape and padding of this handle is almost ideal for the type of hanging I'm doing! wish me luck about to do the first set!

Life got in the way of Penis Enlargement for the first time since I started my log. I was surprised on how fast my log got interrupted. My goal was to keep a journal every single day, but life has a way of schedule changing. I had a talk with my girl and decided to share Penis Enlargement with her and she is fine with it shouldn't be a problem having her around and continued to practice Penis Enlargement. I still managed a small routine

In the middle of my routine still but I wanted to post some thoughts.. I am thinking of implementing drop sets into my routine. So 25mins of heavy weight, than drop weight by 50% and continue hanging for at least 25mins. I thought this would be a good way to keep the penis extended for maximum time, and having it fatigued by heavy weight and then doing light would make the light weight that much more effective. And increase overall time extended by a large amount.

So far:

25mins KB 12.5lbs DROP 30mins KB 7.5lbs

Total hang time: 4hs 20mins Light hang: 30mins
 
i wanted to post my comments on my new hanger set up; I have logged about 2 hours so far, and it's working great. The only modification i plan on making is cutting a half inch off the handle to fit between my legs better. i had Chelsea take a picture of my set up, and i though I'd post it.

Yes sir it is! :P I have been experimenting with these today rather than doing a separate Mandingo manual stretch I thought I would incorporate "Hung Bundles" DLD style haha

I was wondering with your experience do you think a bundled stretch like this would bring primary girth or length gains?

Also I am thinking to add to my manual routine I would do DLD Blaster's I was thinking about the mechanics of these and to me it seems like the exact opposite pull that the KB provides.. My hypothesis is that Combining the two of these into one routine would be extremely powerful!! any input on this would be AWESOME!

Felt pretty good about the routine today. The added weight has challenged me a little, although with some good recovery rest I think my forearms will be up for the challenge again tomorrow. I think I want to stay with this weight until I can easily get three 30 min sets in.

Had some promising signs during sex last night, I hit my GFs birth control copper mesh thing inside her a few times.. I had done this in the past but last night it happened several times. Also it seems like the hairline on my shaft is slightly higher than before, it is hard to be sure. So hopes are high, we will see what tomorrow brings... :s

For me it was similar, when I got to about 8" in length I started being able to get my girlfriend to squirt and have multiple orgasms. What a good feeling that was!

Felt good about today's sessions, by my first hang set i could start to feel fatigue on the under side of my dick at the base between my ass and my balls... I always look to feel for this by my last set so I feel like I am generally hanging from something besides the suspensory ligament. It feels like its pulling directly on my inner penis, which could be a good thing or bad? I guess time will tell.
I experimented with angles of how the weight hangs on my penis, and I discovered that if let the weight rest a little further down the shaft instead of the extreme base than I get an intense ligament pull. So I will experiment around with different hanging techniques and variations to find the most effective ligament stretch. I feel that I want to focus on my ligs as I have not maxed out their potential.
 
Ok. I took a break from posting. I'm totally re working my routine. Since I'm just starting I thought it would be best to start with a proven form of Penis Enlargement. I like the Kettle Bell thread and I really do believe it has potential but I want to do something that has been proven more than once.

The reason that I began to consider changing things up, is because how my ligaments would fatigue using the Kettle Bell. I would only feel the ligament or attachment (not sure what it is) behind my penis at the base (between ass and balls) bearing the weight. It is my understanding that it is best to hit the suspensory lig to begin with and I did not feel consistent fatigue in that area. Although with the KB positioned correctly on the shaft (just forward from the extreme base) I could put a nice stress on the suspensory ligs, but it wasn't a consistent feeling.

So I decided to look into hanging and have spent the last 3 days perfecting my wrap and technique with the Captn's Wench. It's an amazing tool that is incredibly affordable and surprisingly very sturdy and promising in the way of the weight it can hold and how comfortable and user frenziedly it is. I plan on upgrading to the BIB once I am hanging weight over 10-12lbs.

I have been doing a lot of reading on hanging theory and my understanding of it, has made attack using BIB's theory, riding the fatigue. I heal very fast so I feel that it is important to stress the ligs all through the day every day. So as not to let them heal and become stronger and shorter on off days. So I have decided to incorporate manuals and piss pulls on top of my hanging. I would hang 3 times a day but due to privacy and college I am not able to dedicate this much time, so I am going to rely on my AM 10-20 min manuals and my piss pulls to keep things lengthened and keep the ligs in a fatigued state throughout the day until I am able to hang in the late PM.

So my new routine is as follows:

  • 10-20 mins SD & BTC manuals first thing in the AM
  • Uncle Jim Wrap (all day re-wrapping at each restroom break)
  • Piss Pulls SD & BTC throughout the day
  • Hang 4x-6x SD @ 7.5lbs/20mins


Comments: I have finally begin to perfect my wrap technique and am now able to get consistent sets at 20 mins. I am using heat for 15mins each set and for the last 5mins I am removing the heat as to let the ligs cool elongated. I read at thunder's about research that some scientists did on lengthening rat ligaments. In this journal they said to lengthen the ligaments not only is heat needed but to have the ligs stay elongated and permanently lengthen, they have to cool in the extended state.

This is my strategy for the time being and I am hoping to get a consistent 45 days straight with no time off and measure BPFSL to asses my efficiency.
