I didn't test it long enough for that, but there were definite immediate flaccid gains. I recall seeing a stat on the combination lock weight at ~7 oz.

shit man, that sucks. i just got an esl40 but the shape inside is terrible and its the kind of thing that seems like it would leaves blisters quick (havent got one yet though touch wood)

before you got the blister using it at average tension how long would it would you use it for before you got any swelling on your urethra or deformation. and was it comfy before that.

p.s sorry for the questions but i might get one, for use at 1.5 pounds tension or so
 
I would just use it while at work....so I would wear it 6-8 hours or so. I would advise to take it off and check on things every 2 hours or so. I didn't think the blister was really that big per se, but like blisters do, it started peeling making things kinda uncomfortable for a few days. As a result, I just don't use it like I did...and when I do, I check things frequently and use a much lighter tension.

Anyone tried golf weights or pe weights. I'm considering the grip system c flex sleeve coupled with the knee brace (which is way overpriced), its simple creates its own vacuum, seems easy to use and the sleeve is at a good price not the brace though. My only question about it is how durable it is.
