Hi Guys,

I want to incorporate some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] work into my routine as an evening session and since I'm primarly looking for Length I think I will focus on erect streching with the tube witch I did a few months ago but had to give up due to massive discoloration.

Anyway back then I've modded by [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] with an attachment rope witch I would hook around a door knob or press into the ground with my foot to do the streching instead of my hands and today I got the ideea to use the pump as a hanger to do erect hanging.

I never read anything about this subject so I would like to know if anyone did any research in this area and could share hid experiences before I take the leap in what seems like uncharted teritory.

Never done that but I do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches which are very intense. I would think they are plenty strong enough to just do with your hands to get results

tying a rope around the door handle will probably work better then trying to hang with your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. all of sudden it will lose suction and the weight will fall and everything will be wet. i would be interested to find out how much weight could be hung from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] before losing suction.
 
Here's my first attempt at this, I did one set of 5 minutes with 16,5lbs(7.5kg) and it feelt light but it was all the weight I had around the house. I'll bring up more plates from the basement tomorow and try to hang 2-3 sets at 22lbs(10kg). So far I can't give you much insight about the efectiveness of this since it was just a test set but the streching feels VERY intense just a you expect from hardcore streces but with this I can hold it for minutes while having my both hands pressing the first ring of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] into may pubic bone. The seccond pic shows me doing some assisted hardcore streches with a rope hooked around a door knob.

I'll keep you posted about the progress in the following days.

I see all of them but the last post you made. Seeing the images shows me just how powerful of a stretch you have created, I have to try this, I guaranty it is the most powerful expressive stretch ever.
 
Of course it will fall of, but just as with manual hardcore streches you need to hold the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] pushed in the pelvic area in order to hold a great pump and make sure that the vacuum grabs and streches your erect penis instead of your bely.

Hey DLD, I have a question that bothers my mind, if the penis outside the body is erect then the portion of it that's hidden inside your body must be erect too as there's the same penis, right? Then how's posible to bend an erect penis at the point of insertion by hanging SD?

I got so excited by this form of hanging that I think I overdid it today. I did 4 sets of 6-8minutes with 16.5lbs, 16.5lbs, 10lbs and 7.5 lbs, I had to drop weight after the seccond set due to fatigue and now my unit is so sore that i can barely touch it and I feel it even at complete rest state witch its something I never felt from traditional weight hanging, it's like a very mild burning sensation simlar to what I felt in the past after some intense clamping sessions. I should have known better and not jump so fast on the weights... but hey, there was no manual on how to do this properly.

Anyway if you'll want to try this learn from my mistakes, start slowly with 5 or 7lbs especially on the first set until you reach propper expansion and add weight very slowly.

Sorry I don't understand the question/ Rephrase?
 
So, the penis has two parts, one visible(outside of the body) and one hidden inside that we expose through expressive streching, right. Now my question is how it's posible to hang or strech SD and therefore bend an erect penis at atmost 90°? this does not make any sense to me unles the hidden portion of the penis that's indide of the body is not erect.

Hope that makes more sense.

If you are erect the internal penis will also be erect so exercise caution in erect training at extreme angles as if a break happens it could cause Peyronies disease.
 
I remember reading somewere that erect bends are used to cure peyronies or to alleviate/create a curvature so this makes perfect sense.

I've been doing something kinda similar but less intense when I shower. When I shave I pump up and then just let the tube go and have the weight of the tube filled with water which is basically hanging a lower force. I figured it was kinda like hanging with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] or doing a stretch without having to stretch
 
Yes, I felt that too Jdcsd. You can even hang a wet towel on the pump to get an even better strech :)

It's been over 24h since yesterday's session and I still feel a bit sore, my flaccid is hanging lower by 0.1"-0.3" from what I can eyeball in the mirror and I feel some changes in the exit point of the penis, the tisues are more pliable and it seems that the exit point has moved a bit lower then it was last week.

Yah I feel like stretches in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] are good regardless of if you do it with your hands, the weight of the water or hang like you do. I'm sure your hanging is most powerful but they are all productive

No the chamber is filled with hot water and I press the first ring of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] into my pubic bone to keep it in place. I usually pump up to the highest pressure possible with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and take a short brake in mid set to give the pump 1-2 pumps and reset the high pressure. Are you in Europe brother? it seems we share the same timezone.

I can't wait to see down the road how much you gain with this method, it looks to be so intense and I would think your gains would be quantified big time!

That soreness is definitely expected with the intensity you are using. It takes a certain breed of man to dedicate himself as you have and your gains will truly reflect this!
 
I used to get some fatigue from the Manual Harcore Streches as well but nothing like this, I only did one set today at 16.6 lbs and it was a great strech and a good precursor to my jelqing routine, in the last few days my penis went trough some serious changes that I never experienced before, the tisues are more pliable and softer(jelly kind as fedora put it) and the exit point of the penis went lower, actualy I see it lower and lower every morning when I do SD and UDL streches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] to the pint that it feel like it's getting closer to my anus witch freakes me out.

Also the fatigue it's very similar to what I got from heavy girth exercises, small bursts of sharp pain like nerve pain that last for less then a sec or so that I feel all day and sometimes during the night, and lastly the vascularity went trough the roof :lol

Tomorow I'll add the IR Lamp into the mix to heat up the ligaments and keep the water in the tube warm during the set, I think that IR light will have no problem to penetrate the walls of the tube.

So far this technique brings a fatigue to the penis like no other, it feels like the tissues are ripped apart literraly during the set and is felt troughtout the entire day, the manual hardcore streches gived me a great feeling of streching but I could not go trough more then 2 mins of streching and the force necesary to pull allways fatigued my hands after 2 mins so I tought it would be a good ideea to combine this with hanging by transforming the pump into a hanger(It still feels kinda wrong to say pump hanging... lol). It seems that 2-3 sets of 5 mins are enougth to create MONSTER fatigue to the point that I struggle for 10mins after it to get a decent erection for my jelquing session.

I'll keep you posted with my findings next week, the plans are to increase the weight a bit to maybe 17.5lbs and add the IR Lamp into the mix to keep the water hot inside tube.

Sounds very powerful, I would love for you to shoot a video of all these modified stretches, video is the best way to get it across to us.

Seccond week on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] hanging it's over, it's been a hell of a week with great workouts and insane fatigue reached on friday. For now I'll stick with 2 sets of 5 mins of hanging as this seems to give me a good level of fatigue.

I'm stil Waiting for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] to arive, i ordered it 7 days ago so it must ship from outside europe since it takes so long, probablly states.

I decided to refrain myself from any measurement until new years eve to avoid ruin my motivation and measure my post workout FSL every 2 weeks to make sure I'm progressing. So far I my penis feels a bit straighter and a bit longer and with an lower exit point, but the major difference is in girth witch I think is going up(witch I don't want at this moment). Damn, it seems I 'm one of thowse guys that gains girth just be touching his penis. Gaining length on the other side was a hell of a struggle for me but if I gained 1.5" so far another 0.5 gain is not only atainable at this moment but inevitabile :)

Yes, I do 45mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] streches + DLD Blasters and Mandingos every morning + Lig Jelquing - an exercise I camed out with over the time where you practically wet jelq the base of the flachid penis in a downward angle along the length of the ligaments insertion into the septum streching them, this exercise is the cause of the majority of the strechmarks that I have on the lower portion of the shaft.

Well, I coulnd't stand it so I had to measure... just girth because I got freaked out that I'm gaining too fast and I was right, midshaft girth went from 5.6 to exactly 5.75 in just 2 weeks, I have no ideea what's going on or where did the gains camed from, posibly restored EQ but can't be since my EQ was at 9+ at my last measurement and there's no specific girth exercise in my routine right now other then 2 sets of hardcore hanging followed by 20mins of wet jelq at 80%-90%. In this rythm I'll get to 6" midshaft in one month while still being under 7"nbp in length witch is a big no no.

Excellent to hear of the gains, good work Blue. I am also happy to see that you are covering all the proper stretches to make those length gains. I forget sometimes what men are doing and need reminded:) must be old age:)

Great Bump! I forgot about this thread. I do not think many more people tried this but Blueballs. i would love to see another Brother pick this up and give it another shake and get some good research out there. Expressive Stretches are an important part of every routine.

I'm still new as far as getting serious about pe but I've heard about stretching the internal penis and it seems like this would be a good way to stretch your internal penis. I'm going to give this a shot. DLD since you understand pe way more than I do, if it was you what kind of routine would you do? Like, how much weight, how many sets, how often?

Awesome, I was really hoping for someone to pick up this torch, it looks like it has a great deal of potential for expressive gains in a completely different way.

These are done erect but be very careful. Take your time and be progressive in the weight used. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] HardCore Stretches are a killer on their own so adding weight will only amp up the intensity.
 
I've done the hardcore stretches and felt a tiny bit of fatigue. My penis seems to need intensity to grow. I will take it very gradually and carefully.
 
If you need intensity then chances are you have reached the required conditioning so you should be good bro

No bra I took those pics out of the op. It looks like a great way to stretch/expand, but I haven't tried it only [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] hardcore stretching. I'm operating the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] quite proficiently now so who knows maybe I do hardcore hanging with it in the future. It alone has a good amount of weight, and I was able to go hands free today :D
