Indeed, its logical that if you expect your bicep to ache the day after a good gym session then you should want a similar ache in your penis, ligament aches are good as well.
Hopefully my ability to ache indicates a good propensity towards quick gains though I've never kept up long enough to get more than a fuller feeling and perhaps a 0.5 inch temporary length gain as yet.
I do wonder if a study could be done (perhaps a group of us at some point) so that we all do the same routine but see who gains the most and also who gets the aches and who does not and whether there is a link, it could be indicative of a more susceptible tunica or it could simply be indicative of a greater number of nerve endings.
Do you think that people should push through this ache (makes it worse the next day) to tackle the penis whilst it is weak so to speak or do you think you should leave a day until the ache stops and just do it again. I'm personally planning to push through as i figure that the greater pressure over a number of days will cause the greatest expansion.
