Hey guys
I told you in another thread some days ago about a product called 'Air Clamp'.

I have recieved this product for a couple of days now, and here's my review of it.

its exactly like an old school blood pressure machine with the bulb pump. You squeeze the bulb which will force air into the strip which is to be tightened around the penis. A quick release valve exists that will deflate the strip at anytime.

I initially didnt think much of it since the amount of pressure exerted via traidtioal clamps is just huge. so I put on the air clamp and there are some very distinct difference between the clamped penis.

#1, its VERY tough to get limp while having the air clamp on. It does an amazing job at constricting blood flow out of the penis.. MUCH better than cable clamps. at anytime after releasing the clamp however, the penis will instantly deflate and will hang flacid almost the same size as the errect penis. you will feel new blood rushing in to replace the dead blood. It's a very good thing to do in the washroom of a locker room and just walk out with a 6-7 inch flacid rofl rofl rofl .


#2, you dont need to use all ur body to tighten the clamp.. one or two squeezes on the bulb, maybe 3 :p, will put a death grip around the penis.


#3, no wraping is needed.

#4, my cousin very handsome

#5, this could be a bad thing. I notice since blood flow is very constricted, that after 10 mins of the clamp on, the penis might start to feel cold, a clear indication that new blood is needed.


All and all a great product. It's only like 23$ or something like that, so it's very reasonably priced. I will definately add this to my regular Penis Enlargement regimen.

Im a huge clamping fan so I may have to try this! Is it possible to still do excercises like clamped jelqs, squeezes, bends, all that without the air clamp sliding up the shaft? Seems like it would be very slippery.

LOL. and Thanks for both the compliments.

I'm gonna go to they gym specifically just to try this out. Go to the washroom, clamp with this for 2-3 mins, then release the pressure, and just walk out... :blush:
 
I see you have it mounted on its side in that picture. Try to have the valve tubing right on top of your penis. This gives more pressure on the CC chambers. It also helps to put it on completely flaccid, this way you do not have to wear out the velcro.

Just some tips..:)

so does this pump have a limit in pumping air? i mean i remember my old pump i had this problem, i wanted to pump more but it couldnt pump more, is the pressure limited?

ya well this isnt a vaccum pump.
the strap is basically like a balloon, and of course, there is a limit to which it can be expanded. However, this limit is far less from the amount of air you can pump in before the clamp tightens around your unit. After the unit is fully engaged, you cant really pump any more air in it anyways, because you're penis wont be able to be compressed any further. I hope that answered your question.

I just did a set with cable clamps, and half way thru, i put this on on midshaft (with the tube on the top side of the penis as advised here) and wow, the most intense feeling.

VK,

Try and position it so that the tube (hose) exits from below, between your balls. I've read that it is more comfortable or something like that. Can't comment on that personally though

so we have a little delimma here. upp2eightand6 says, to have the tube on top of the penis, and you say on the bottom... do you have a link of where i could find info about this or perhaps if you could cut/paste it in this thread? the more info we have on this in this thread the better.
 
here's another thing I've noticed.

i get very uniform fluid build up using this clamp, whereas with cable clamps i used to get alotta fluid build up right under the glans and just a huge donut very quick..

i'm not fully erect in this pic as in, i was only 50% errect when i applied the clamp as opposed to 90~100% that i am when i clamp.. but its just to show you the sustained errection.

Well, this has been discused in other forum, where the guy that makes these hangs out. That thread is 11 pages and opinions are somewhere all around.

Ok I made a mistake here. It was not "between the balls". But yes from below, pointing forward. Sorry about that.

Hydromaxm, difficult to say. I can tell you the differences between the effects of the two, not exactly sure what to make of these effects in terms of effectivity or gain potential.

With the Cable Clamps, I try and get 100% errect and I apply the clamp on, which pushes me past maximum engorgement, and for about a minute or so I feel a deep internal stretch which is border line painful. But it subsides and the penis only remains in the 100% errect state if I 'edge'. but i try to take the clamp off kegel blood in and reclamp to keep getting these internal stretches.

with that said, the air clamp doesnt really provide those extreme borderline painful internal stretches..

however, I'm wondering if that extreme a stretch is actually what leads to gains. If it is, then for sure cable clamps are more effective. But judging from the physilogical indicators, my penis is extrmely sore after a cable clamp session, sometimes retracts a bit and gets 'skinny' while flacid and i cant get quality errections. Clear indications of fatigued tissue, but maybe just a little too much.

with the air clamp, i hang full and i get a uniform expansion, (compared to the donut effect like fluid build up from the cable clamps). As I said its kind of a fire and forget mechanism, you dont NEED to edge to stay hard, though I do it anyways (good practice for ejaculatory control). Also, I guess since the intensity is lower, I can go much longer. yesterday, i did around 15 sets, each 10 minutes... of air clamp, and i could still get massive erections.. Today I'm quite sore, so its obvious the tissue has been worked, but I still hang low, and get spontaneous woodies.

So maybe the air clamp, will be a better bet at 'enlargement through frequent errections'... since the penis is kept at the extended state for much longer, with less effort.

I used to wrap [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] wraps around my penis before I got a clamp and I remembered how heavy I would hang and how I wouldn't lose my erection. Is it sort of like this: Less work needed but not as intense(erection stays for a long period)
or
cable clamps, very intense(erection needs to be edged)?

Interesting. With no , errr , 'hands on' training, it's cool to see the different ways people end up doing the same things differently.

I've kindof sworn off from clamping because breaking them was p*ssing me off, but here's how I used to apply them:

A length of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace bandage[/words] long enough to wrap around the base slightly more than once, and folded upon itself so it makes two layers of cushioning. While reasonably flacid, close the Clamp around the wrap enough to keep the wrap in place and push the whole thing (wrap and clamp) all the way to the super-base bottom as you can go, then I'd try to get the Clamp into the last possible tooth. If completely flacid it's possible, if not then it's impossible, ... but as low as it would go. Then stimulate -towards- erection.

This way the Clamp is in a far-lower tooth than would be possible if starting out from an erect state.

It's going to move, there's no way around it .... so, when at about 30% 'erection' .... pop the Clamp up by two or three teeth so it's more loose ... and then once again super-shove it all the way to the bottom, click it as closed as humanly possible, and hold it at the bottom while going the rest of the way to erection.

Point of all of this (and maybe some people are built different - so their mileage may vary...) is so that once you're erect, the Clamp is so tight and so far at the bottom that it will often keep you up in a 100+% erect state without any further stimulation, manual, kegels, anything. If it's not all the way at the bottom, and all the way closed as possible, its trapping/engorging effect is going to be less than by doing this.

Once everything seems settled in, you can do kegels anyway (even though they wouldn't actually be necessary) to over-engorge your unit. I'd compare this to a whole-penis ULI, very good effects, ... but it's the kegeling while clamped on the smallest-tooth possible that breaks the Clamps all the time. I've tried other methods of restricting the size of the penis base (to compressed 'clamped' dimensions) and they are a Joke. This is a Lot of hydraulic pressure, too much for things that aren't a clamp, and it was easy to see what exactly is breaking the clamps,, - kegels.

Would then go five to maybe eight minutes at the outside, five minutes is a lot of time like this. Then remove the clamp, apply non-stimulating massage and 'leg-slaps', etc, to get some normal blood going on again ... and then repeat per above. Would do this three or four times per day --- unless I started to get discoloration, then I'd back off for a day or two. You will still get a lighter ring 'tan-line' effect at the very bottom like this, but the whole shaft doesn't turn red spots and blothchy purples.

Clamp tight, Go rough, The let it breathe.

Still want to try the airclamp .... would never be as intense but seems very cool for a different type of effect. :)

percisely as you put it. I feel that clamp work with cable clamps is much more intense than with this air clamp... but I also feel, this intensity pushes the penis past the thin line between gaining zone and overtained state (for me anyways).

and very nice post, very informative. When you're having sex with a girl, if you kegel, does she go cross eyed? cause that's quite a bit of force to break a cable clamp..

I agree with the kegeling while clamped.. another thing i find extremely... well ... EXTREME... or rather intense for the lack of a better word, is jelqing blood from ur inner penis with palm of ur hand towards your glans. so its kinda like pushing up the blood with the 'blade' of ur palm (if that makes sense to you) up..

Monty (the owner of peweights.com) just had an operation on his stomach. He has been recuperating for the past couple of weeks and should be returning emails/orders ASAP.
 
Monty is good people, and he will get back to you when he can. The same can be said for mokeybar. These guys work really hard to put products out that are effective for Penis Enlargement as well as the pocket book. Sometimes they take time off, but be patient and they'll get back to you.
