Yeah, all I have to comment on is you want to do the heaviest you can handle at the beginning of your day/session/however you divide it up. Even manual stretching after 1 or 2 heavy sets with the BIB when fatigue sets in is an UNBELIEVABLE difference in the amount of stretch you get. This is when the penis is vulernerable, so attack! :)
 
That is my plan. Hanging and sitting at a desk don't work so I will use the next best thing.

I've never gotten gains just using an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] system/stretching by themselves. Hanging a heavy amount (relatively) of weight to get fatigue has always been needed by me, although others have gained without the need of heavy weights. I don't know anyone who can hold 15 lbs of pressure on their arm for 20 minutes at a time.
 
I agree with 10inch. If you're going to use the static heavy, learn to use it heavy. Just be careful and slow about building up in weight. It can fatigue the hell out of you because you can wear it with as much as 10 pounds for a long time. I never go above 6-7 pounds, but I usually have that on for 2 to 4 hours.

I would lock down a definite schedule on manual stretching or else they may be easily dismissed. Even if it is only 10 minutes daily, write it down and follow your schedule.

I have figured out when I am going to do them and have been for the last couple of days. Getting the routine down and sticking with it.

I've been using the light duty religiously 24/7, or as much as I can stand it.

Right now I'm achieving a flaccid stretch of around 6inches.

My flaccid without the stretcher on is around 2.5-3 (which is an amazing improvement.)

They will if I do them for a long time. The body is truly an amazing machine, it does not like things out of order, and unless I force it to, it wants to shrink my flaccid back to where it was.

But, if I keep doing it, my gains should stay.

Prior gains about 3/8" and that was over a year. This combo has really jump started gains for me. I have recently polished off my first full inch.

The Static Heavy used to come with tape - mine did. I've bought more since. I'm looking at a roll right now: it's Secure Comfort First Aid tape. Got it at the supermarket.

Do you think the neosporin jell will work instead of vasaline?
 
I only use a little jelly right on the urethra opening in order to prevent vacuum from affecting the opening. So I think anything thick would work. Vaseline is thick. I recommend not using a lot though.

How long did it take for you to start seeing flaccid gains that didn't go away?

Consistent application will allow the fit to become more and more comfortable plus it is a really good way to see real gains you are making.
 
Been using the Medium duty all week during the day and manual stretches at night. Seems to be working for me. After 2 hours of MD my skin, I believe, is fatigued and I have to let it rest for awhile. Hope to get the HD going soon. Not much privacy at work and none at home. Trying to figure it out. Keeping at it daily.
