Today i had a rest day from penis enlargement and decided im going to do only girth until i reach 5 inches then start adding lengthening exercises, also did legs and abs today and had an awesome workout!

Some motivation and my physique goal:
 
I plan to keep gettin inches around. When I'm happy ill probably dream up a hanger to attach at my base. That asshole is kind of buff for my taste; however I do like the wasp shape of your waist. Mine would be similar but a liter of jack everyday gave me disgusting love handles. Almost fixed now with diet just alot more reared towards PE therefore not a priority. What is are red's boas but like aforesaid the dick still feels scary; with the critical nerve bundle and all. After summoning adequate head size/strength I should be prepared for erect stretches.

want me to give you a weekly workout routine i was a monster when i was peaking like my physique was better then that guy and i got it in a matter of 7 months i was as strong as a guy with steroids is at my weight and whats your goal in length ?
 
on my laptop haha im on my desktop and thats my size right now maybe more then 8.5 and last month i measured 5.75 girth but i expect to be 6 at the end of this month , ill post a photo as soon as my laptop is fixed

my abs and traps wreck his , definately my legs aswell personally i dont like his body and i will as soon as i get my laptop fixed , and what i did was 30 minute abs after every workout abs are an everyday thing well 4-5 days a week id do ab crunch machine nomral then target left/right side then go to the standing ab machine i do left right middle then both leg raise then i go to the situp thingy and raise it to max height and do left right middle and left right midle little cruches insietad of the whole motion for you can target the lower abs make sure your flexing while doing that , it should be mad cardio workout i do it for 30 min pretty much non stop switching between machines doesnt matter how many you do just do that and youll get hardcore abs brother trust

Well seeing your abs is about having a low enough body fat percentage also you cant change the shape of your muscles only make them bigger your genetics determine how they will look, just do your share of upper,lower,oblique exercises and get to a low enough bodyfat and theyll look amazing
