Hey everyone been browsing this forum for a couple months now and finally decided to post, and what better way then to make a log!

Im 18 years old and my stats are:
BPEL:7.5 inches
EG:4.8 inches

My goals are to focus alot on girth and hopefully be at 5.25 in 6 months. Ive been doing pe for about 3 months on and off now doing basic condition stuff and then moved on to more advanced exercises like ulis and supra slammers

My routine as of now is:

Every other day
10 min hot water warm up
5 mins of wet jelqing
5 mins of supra slammers

5 min warm down

Alternating days
10 min ho water warm up
Basic stretching routine (not to focused on length right now)
5 min warm down

jelq 15 min then do supra slammers 15 times then end it with mini slammers should take around 1 hour -1 hour 30 insane workout tommorow ill post a vid of my own personal supra slammer method btw do erect jelqs !! when you are about to start slammers do an erect jelq to the top dont let go , kegal uli with other hand then let go

Haha yeah i told her. In some positions i bottom out on her already but i don't really care still want some more length and alot more girth!

So today i said fuck it and did girth again and had a really great workout, it was alot more simple then other ones but i got so much expansion. Also hit the gym and did arms and calves.

ARMS
standing barbell bicep curls 3x12,10,8
dumbbell hammer curls 4x10x10x10x8
21's with barbell
close grip bench press 4x16,12,10,8
skull crushers 3x10,10,10 (dropset on last one did 50% weight and did as many as i could)
dips super setted with triangle push ups 3xto failure
forearm curls with barbell 4x20
Calves
standing calf rasies 4x12,10,10,10
seated calf rasies 4x25

Heres a pic of the expansion i got usually around 4.75 inches!
 
I aim for maximum expansion during my sessions which requires at least two days to recover from. Then again maybe my dick is just a pussy being only 6.5bp/5.2 maybe one day ill grow strong enough to do 1 on 1 off
 
i was doing 3 hoursx girth 3 hours length a day 1 day off but now im just sticking with 3 hours length 1 hour half girth before bed , like does your dick hurt , what do you mean by recover
