Hello ppls
My stats is about 12.6 cm in girth and 17 cm in lenght.

Iv been peeing probably for over a year already on and off. Iv been using following exercisec most of the time: jelq, ssj, bends, Bathmate (dont rly get any expansion like other guys do, after 7 mins x 2-3 sets of highest pressure my penis just comes out semi erect and very very hard in touch its weird, its like a wire or something) and thats about it for girth.
For Lengght i usually do A strech , basic strechin and using extender.

I do workout 5-6 times a week. Recently i just focus most of my time on girth due to my poor girth size.
My penis when erected feels very hard on the top along the shaft like thers a bone or something and the vein that run along it is not always full as it should be it just feels like i little wire without blood in it and the sides are hard too but they feel a little different like if i press on them theyll be a little squishy not to much tho while the top will be just very hard like a bone or something.
So i noticed i dont rly get internal expansion whenever i do my girth work. It seems like only my foreskin is more vainy after work out and thats about it. Another frustratin thing is that my penis is pretty much the same girth size after workout as it was before and all the ppl that do those girth exercises get expansions and temporary gain.
Also I feel like my pelvic floor musles are in tensed form many times. It might be mental maybe. And that leads my penis to be wiry when its flaccid . After relaxing and massagin my penis it gets more softer tho.
My penis also has an upward bend and is a little turned to the left if u know what i mean

I'm so desprete to gain. Help me out pls.

I forgot to add that i dont get morning wood anymore since a long time . I remember at the beginnin of pe i would be getting morning wood and even at night when id wake up. I was being recles about pe and didnt do my reserch properly i just went into it and i guess i inujured myself somehow but i have no idea how.

Have you tried using your Bathmate in a superset scenario? The best expansion I can suggest will come from the combination of the Bathmate with the SlowSquashJelq in 5 minute sets each. Yes i have tried that routine many times it hasnt worked that good for me before but i think i know the reason why. Its bcoz my grip on the base when i do ssj would be to light and pretty much blood would flow out of my penis. So today i decided to just grip it hard so that no blood would flow out and i believe i have gotten some expansion. I measured my penis and it was basicly the same size in around 70 % when it is in erect but im guessing eventually those semi erect gains will transfer to erect. Anyway despite of measurments i could tell my penis looked more bulky and it was softer and more elastic due to better blood flow in there. Top of the shaft of my penis is very hard when its erected so im wonderin maybe ive got some scar tissue in there and by doing those intense ssj with hard grip so that no blood runs out i might brake it down and finally get some gains.

So anyway i believe i just need to start workin out my penis in a harder fashion and not worry about hurting it. Im thinkin now it might be just like with lifting weights u cant lift the same weights all the time and expect to get bigger u gotta constatly increase the amount u lift.

And i have purchased a cock ring today but few hours after i have done my workout so i didnt get to wear it right after. But ill deffinitly try it out tmrw. How long can i keep a cock ring on my penis without hurtin it ?

And do you think i can perform that routine 2 times a days ? it wont be everyday but on some days ? or is 2 time to much for that routine ?

I am glad you examined your technique and found where you needed improvement! When doing the SSJ it is so important to keep as much blood in the penis as possible. The compression is so dependent on this pressure. I can't wait to hear back from you after a few days, I bet everything changes for you.

Doing it twice a day is really about if you can handle it. Give it a try, if you suffering erection quality or you see ridiculous build up it is probably too much. Once session a day, done correctly, should be plenty to gain.

So its been around 5 days since I started out Bathmate/ssj routine wit a proper technique(still improvin ;p). My routines are usually from 1 to 2 hours (I know it seems long but it works for me) and after i wear cocring for about 2-3 hrs. I have found an awsome way for ssj that works good for me. just a thought. when you do SSJ, you should kegel to get more blood into your glans. it allows the entire penis to expand more. hope it helps. glad to hear you're making progress man :)

This is very true and important when doing the Slow Squash Jelq. The erect penis can increase up to 10% in size just by a good Kegel Squeeze. Why not take advantage of this increase during the exercise?

AT first gains will come in flaccid size, mainly flaccid stretched bone pressed, but eventually these gains will become erect gains. EQ has a lot to do with measurements, so if you want use the cock ring to keep expansion when you measure. WIth the SlowSquashJelq you will want to do 5 minute long sets followed by 5 minute sets in to Bathmate, this can be repeated up to 3 times. You should see much better expansion using this method:)
