2hour almost continuous expressive stretching from the base in all directions whilst wathcing 2 episodes of Netflix.

Did it all under a good blanket too keep me warm, got some really good stretch.

Wife commented on me pulling my penis 😅 "are you trying to rip it off or what!?"

Evening/before bed session

5min
ball/lig stretch under running hot water followed by a good 30min bundle stretching and bundled fulcrum stretching and some expressive base stretching.

Bruise is 90-95% healed up.

Feel a good fatigue right now and some soreness in my ligaments.
